Description
手術室、集中治療室、および他の病院の設備および他の臨床設備において、医療設備(例えば、頭上ライトおよびモニタリングデバイス)は、天井から下方へ延びる懸吊システムによって頭上から支えられる。この配置は、多忙な医療従業者の通路から離れて設備を有利に配置し、必要とされる場合、なお容易にアクセス可能である。例えば、懸吊された照明は、外科医を物理的に妨害することなく、外科医部位を効果的に照らし得る。
本発明の1つの局面によれば、1つ以上のライトヘッド、モニター、作業照明、カメラ、および他の医療装置を選択可能な高さで頭上構造体から懸吊するための懸吊システムが、提供される。懸吊システムは、1つ以上のライトヘッド、モニター、カメラ、および他の医療装置を支持するために構成された降下管を備える。受入れ要素は、降下管を受け入れ、その結果、降下管の遠位端は、受入れ要素の下方端より下に延びる。枠は、受入れ要素によって受け入れられ、そして降下管の一部を取り囲み、受入れ要素の内側の降下管の一部の圧縮締め付けを達成し、受入れ要素の下方端より下に延びる降下管の距離は、可変的である。頭上構造体に受入れ要素を取り付けるための手段が、提供される。
図1を参照して、頭上照明システム10は、示される場合は、頭上光線12である固定された頭上構造体12から取り付けられる。取り付けプレートまたは「チーズプレート」14は、複数の長軸ファスナー16によって頭上構造体12より下の選択された距離d1で固定される。代表的には、距離d1は、構造構成要素12より下の手術室の天井18の距離に相当する。
Claims (18)
- 1つ以上のライトヘッド(26)、モニター(28、30)、作業照明(34)、カメラ、および他の医療器具を選択可能な高さで頭上構造体体(12)から懸吊するための懸吊システム(10)であって、該懸吊システムは、該1つ以上のライトヘッド、モニター、カメラ、および他の医療器具を支えるために構成された降下管(20)を備え、以下:
該降下管の遠位端(22)が受入れ要素の下方端(47)より下に延びるように該降下管を受け取る受入れ要素(42);
該受入れ要素によって受け取られ、そして該降下管の一部(41)を取り囲んで、該降下管の該部分の圧縮締め付けを達成する枠(48)であって、ここで、該枠の下方端(52)が該受け入れ要素(42)の下方端を越えて延びる枠(48);
該頭上構造体に該受入れ要素を取り付けるための手段(14、16);および
該受入れ要素中に前記枠を圧縮的に引張るために該枠の下方端(52)上にねじで取り付けるように適合された、締め付けナット(53)、
によって特徴付けられる、懸吊システム。 - 請求項1に記載の懸吊システムであって、さらに以下:
