Claims (8)
- 近位端および遠位端を有する軸と、
前記軸の遠位端に配置された拡張性バルーンと、
前記拡張性バルーンと流体接続している拡張チャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、前記軸の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びており、かつ第1のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第1のガイドワイヤチャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、一般に前記軸上に配置され、かつ第2のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第2のガイドワイヤチャネルと、
前記拡張性バルーンの周りに配置されたチューブ状拡張性ステントを備え、
前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは前記拡張性バルーンに沿って取り付けられていて、
前記ステントは前記ステントの長軸に垂直な遠位端と、前記ステントの長軸に対して垂直でない近位端とを有し、前記ステントが短い辺と長い辺とを有しており、
前記ステントの近位端は前記ステントの長軸から45〜80°の角度をなしており、
前記ステントは前記拡張性バルーンの一部分であって、前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの遠位端に対して遠位である部分に配置されている
ことを特徴とする拡張カテーテル。 - 前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの近位端は前記軸の近位端より遠位に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡張カテーテル。
- 前記第1のガイドワイヤチャネルの近位端は前記軸の近位端より遠位に配置された第1の側の出口であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡張カテーテル。
- 前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの近位端は、一般に、前記第1のガイドワイヤの第1の側の出口に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の拡張カテーテル。
- 前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの近位端は、前記拡張性バルーンより近位に配置されている第2の側の出口であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡張カテーテル。
- 前記ステントの近位端は、一般に、前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの遠位端の近傍に配置され、かつ前記ステントの短い辺は、一般に、前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの遠位端と整列していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡張カテーテル。
- 近位端および遠位端を有する軸と、
前記軸の遠位端に配置された拡張性バルーンと、
前記拡張性バルーンと流体接続している拡張チャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、前記軸の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びており、かつ第1のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第1のガイドワイヤチャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、一般に前記軸上に配置され、かつ第2のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第2のガイドワイヤチャネルを備え、
前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは前記拡張性バルーンに沿って取り付けられ、および前記第1および第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは前記拡張性バルーン上に配置されていて、
前記第1のガイドワイヤチャネルの遠位端は、一般に、前記軸の遠位端上に配置され、前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの遠位端は前記拡張性バルーンに沿って配置されていて、
前記第1および第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは相互に流体接続している
ことを特徴とする拡張カテーテル。 - 近位端および遠位端を有する軸と、
前記軸の遠位端に配置された拡張性バルーンと、
前記拡張性バルーンと流体接続している拡張チャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、前記軸の少なくとも一部分に沿って延びており、かつ第1のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第1のガイドワイヤチャネルと、
近位端および遠位端を有し、一般に前記軸上に配置され、かつ第2のガイドワイヤをスライド自在に受容するような形状と寸法に構成された、第2のガイドワイヤチャネルを備え、
前記第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは前記拡張性バルーンに沿って取り付けられ、および前記第1および第2のガイドワイヤチャネルの近位端は前記軸の近位端に配置されていて、
前記第1および第2のガイドワイヤチャネルは相互に流体接続している
ことを特徴とする拡張カテーテル。
