Description
この発明の実施の形態1に係る空燃比演算装置について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る空燃比演算装置としての内燃機関の構成を示す図である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられ、前記エンジンから排出された排気ガスの空燃比を測定するリニア空燃比センサと、
前記リニア空燃比センサにより測定された空燃比について、次の式
Vf(n)=G×Vf(n−1)+(1−G)×V(n)
によりフィルタ処理を繰り返し行う電子制御装置と
を備えた空燃比演算装置であって、
前記式中のV(n)は前記リニア空燃比センサにより測定された空燃比に対応する電圧値、Vf(n−1)はフィルタ処理の前回の演算値、G(0≦G≦1)はV(n)とVf(n−1)の演算比率を表すフィルタゲイン、Vf(n)はフィルタ処理の今回の演算値を表し、
前記電子制御装置は、前記リニア空燃比センサの温度が所定の温度よりも低い場合は、前記リニア空燃比センサのポンプ電流を遮断し、前記フィルタゲインGを第1の所定の値に設定して前記フィルタ処理を行い、このときのフィルタ処理の演算値を理論空燃比電圧に変換し、前記リニア空燃比センサの温度が所定の温度以上に上昇した場合には、前記フィルタゲインGを前記第1の所定の値よりも小さい第2の所定の値に設定して前記フィルタ処理を行い、このときのフィルタ処理の演算値と前記理論空燃比電圧との差より空燃比を演算する
ことを特徴とする空燃比演算装置。 - 前記電子制御装置は、
前記リニア空燃比センサの温度を検出するとともに、前記リニア空燃比センサから空燃比電流信号を検出する空燃比検出回路と、
前記空燃比検出回路により検出された空燃比電流信号を電圧値に変換する電流/電圧変換回路と、
前記空燃比検出回路により検出された前記リニア空燃比センサの温度が所定の温度よりも低い場合は、前記リニア空燃比センサのポンプ電流を遮断するためにポンプ電流遮断指令を出力し、前記フィルタゲインGを第1の所定の値に設定して前記フィルタ処理を行い、このときのフィルタ処理の演算値を理論空燃比電圧に変換し、前記空燃比検出回路により検出された前記リニア空燃比センサの温度が所定の温度以上に上昇した場合には、前記フィルタゲインGを前記第1の所定の値よりも小さい第2の所定の値に設定して前記フィルタ処理を行い、このときのフィルタ処理の演算値と前記理論空燃比電圧との差より空燃比を演算するマイクロコンピュータと、
前記ポンプ電流遮断指令に基づき前記リニア空燃比センサのポンプ電流を遮断するポンプ電流遮断回路と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の空燃比演算装置。 - 前記マイクロコンピュータは、前記フィルタゲインGを第1の所定の値に設定したときのフィルタ処理の演算値を理論空燃比電圧に変換するときに、空燃比誤差が小さいリッチ側に校正する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の空燃比演算装置。
