Claims (4)
- 光ディスクの記録面にレーザー光を集光するための対物レンズを備えた可動部と、
その一端側は支持基板に固定され、他端側は上記可動部に接続されることにより、上記可動部を支持する支持部材と、
上記可動部に設けられたコイルと、
を有する光ピックアップ装置において、
上記可動部の少なくとも一方の側面には接続基板が配置され、当該接続基板の平面部には、上記支持部材が電気的に接続されるための固定部位が設けられ、上記平面部の面に対して垂直方向となる面を有する上記接続基板の側面部に、上記コイルの端末線が電気的に接続されるための上記コイルの端末用凹部が設けられ、導電性融着材が、上記平面部から上記支持部材が存在する側に突出しないように、上記端末線が上記端末用凹部内にて接続され、上記固定部位と上記端末用凹部とを介して上記支持部材と上記コイルとが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする光ピックアップ装置。 - 前記接続基板の前記平面部の一端側には、前記支持部材が導電性融着材により電気的に接続されるための支持部材の端末用凹部が設けられ、導電可能となっている前記コイルの端末用凹部と上記支持部材の端末用凹部とを介して前記支持部材と前記コイルの端末線とが電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ピックアップ装置。
- 前記端末用凹部は、半円形、V字型、コ字型、U字型、斜面型またはL字型の形状から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光ピックアップ装置。
- 前記端末用凹部の内周全面にパッドが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の光ピックアップ装置。
