Claims (2)
- 複数の異常を検出する検出回路と、前記検出回路の検出信号を遅延する遅延回路と、前記遅延回路の出力によって充放電を制御するスイッチ回路とを有するバッテリー保護回路において、前記遅延回路の周波数カウンターは複数の遅延時間に対応した出力を有し、前記遅延回路は前記周波数カウンターで長い遅延時間のカウント中に前記検出回路が短い遅延時間の異常を検出した場合、短い遅延時間を出力するカウンターまでの全てのカウンターをリセットすることを特徴とするバッテリー保護回路。
- 前記遅延回路は長い遅延時間のカウント中に前記検出回路が短い遅延時間の異常を検出した場合、短い遅延時間を出力するカウンターの次段にカウントを繰り上げることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリー保護回路。
