Description
積層材料を以下の成分から調製する。

ヒドロゲル層: HYPOLa 25g
水 100g
a ダウ・ケミカル・コーニング・リミテッド製のHYPOL PreMA G60
b PRIMAL B-15J(登録商標)又はRHOPLEX N-560(登録商標)
深在空洞創傷用包帯を以下のようにして調製する。
Claims (14)
- 第1のポリウレタンから作られた親水性フォーム層と、第2のポリウレタンから作られたヒドロゲル層とから成る創傷用包帯であって、ヒドロゲル層は、親水性フォーム層にラミネートされており、創傷用包帯は、空洞創傷充満に適した束を形成する1以上の絡み合った細長い積層材料のストリップから成ることを特徴とする創傷用包帯。
- 親水性フォーム層の密度は、0.28g/cm3 〜0.5g/cm3 であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の創傷用包帯。
- 親水性フォーム層の厚さは、1mm〜20mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の創傷用包帯。
- ヒドロゲル層は、実質的に非発泡状態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- ヒドロゲル層の乾量は、1000g/m2 〜5000g/m2 であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- ヒドロゲル層は、フォーム層にウレタン又は尿素結合により結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- フォーム層のポリウレタン及び(又は)ヒドロゲル層のポリウレタンは、イソシアネートをキャップした初期重合体を架橋することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- 初期重合体は、イソシアネートをキャップしたポリエーテル初期重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の創傷用包帯。
- 初期重合体は、イソシアネートをキャップしたエチレンオキシ/プロピレンオキシ初期重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の創傷用包帯。
- ヒドロゲル層は、10重量%〜30重量%の水を含み、フォーム層は、10重量%未満の水を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- 実質的に無菌状態にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- フォーム層及び(又は)ヒドロゲル層は、薬剤を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11のうち何れか一に記載の創傷用包帯。
- 空洞創傷用包帯として用いるための積層構造を調製する方法であって、イソシアネートをキャップした初期重合体と水並びに任意的に水以外のポリウレタン連鎖延長又は停止化合物から選択された1又は2以上の化合物及びイソシアネートの重合を可能にする触媒と反応させることにより第1の発泡ポリウレタン層を準備する段階と、イソシアネートを含有した初期重合体と水、他のポリウレタン連鎖延長又は停止化合物及びイソシアネートの重合を可能にする触媒と反応させることにより第2のヒドロゲルポリウレタン層を準備する段階と、第2の層を第1の層にラミネートする段階と、ポリウレタン層を硬化させて乾燥させ、それにより積層材料を得る段階とを有し、前記方法は、前記硬化及び乾燥段階の実施完了前に積層材料をスリットする段階を更に有していることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記スリット段階は、積層材料を複数の互いにつながったストリップの状態にスリットする段階から成ることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
