Description
Claims (6)
- シリンダーの先端に取り付けられ、前記シリンダーの内外部を連通させて作動流体を流動させるようにする流路が貫通して設けられた弁板と、
一端部が前記弁板上に固定されるように取り付けられ、自由端部が前記作動流体の圧力によって前記流路を選択的に開閉する弁と、
前記弁に関して前記弁板の反対側に相当する前記弁の一面に固定され、その先端部が前記弁の中央部を貫通して前記弁と前記弁板との間に位置し、前記弁の開弁方向に前記弁に弾性力を発生する開放ばねとを具備する密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。 - 前記弁に取り付けられて前記弁の開度を制御し、前記弁を閉じる方向に前記弁に弾性力を発生する弁ばねをさらに具備する請求項1に記載の密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。
- 前記弁の中間部には切除部が形成され、前記開放ばねが前記切除部を貫通して前記弁の下面と前記弁板との間で前記弁の先端部へ向けられる請求項1または2に記載の密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。
- 前記開放ばねは、その一端部が前記弁の前記一面に取り付けられて前記弁と共に固定され、その自由端部が前記弁と前記弁板との間で前記弁の他面に密着するように取り付けられ、前記弁の前記切除部を貫通する部分によって分けられた二つの部分が段差を有して形成される請求項3に記載の密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。
- 前記弁と前記開放ばねが固定される前記弁板の部分には、前記弁板の前記流路の周りに位置する弁座よりも相対的に高い段差部が形成される請求項1または4に記載の密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。
- 前記開放ばねの先端に対応する前記弁板の部分には凹溝が形成される請求項5に記載の密閉型圧縮機の弁装置。
