図2は、図1のプレスフレームの受容体ホルダーの、図1で左側から見た、部分的に破断して示す平面図、
図3は、図1のプレスフレームの案内レール上の案内ユニットの転がり支承部の詳細図、
図4は、転がり支承部の配置形式の互いに異なる2つの案内ユニットの詳細図、及び
図5は、走行桁及び受容体の構成ユニットの走行距離(移動距離)を示す概略図である。
Claims (8)
- 押し出し機兼パイププレスであって、初期応力のかけられた上方及び下方の引っ張り薄板セット並びに上方及び下方の圧力控え材を介して互いに力伝達可能に結合されたシリンダー桁と対向桁とから成るプレスフレームを有しており、プレスフレーム内に運動可能な走行桁及び運動可能な受容体を配置してあり、受容体が、装入装置によって装入されたプレスすべき材料を、母型の備えられた対向桁の前のプレス位置へ移すようになっている形式のものにおいて、
走行桁(5)及び受容体(6)が、転動体(12)を有する案内ユニット(15)を介してプレスフレーム(1)内を走行するようになっていることを特徴とする押し出し機兼パイププレス。 - 案内ユニット(15)の転動体(12)が、下方の圧力控え材(4)に結合された案内レール(14)に沿って走行するようになっている請求項1記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- 走行桁(5)が2つの案内ユニット(15)上に配置されており、かつ受容体(6)が4つの案内ユニット(15)上に配置されている請求項1又は2記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- 走行桁(5)及び受容体(6)が、自由な支持部(17)を介して案内ユニット(15)上に載せられている請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- 自由な支持部(17)が、案内ユニット(15)から走行桁(5)若しくは受容体(6)の方向へ向かって順次に圧力プレート(21)、球欠体(8)及び滑りプレート(19)を有している請求項4記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- 滑りプレート(19)と走行桁(5)若しくは受容体(6)との間に少なくとも1つのスペーサー部材(22)が配置されている請求項5記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- 案内ユニット(15)の自由な支持部(17)がばね部材(24)によって負荷されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
- ばね部材(24)が初期応力をかけられている請求項7記載の押し出し機兼パイププレス。
