Description
PO4 +10%アセトニトリル水溶液を0.5ml/minの速度で供給した。またカラム4は内径4.6mm長さ250mmのイオン交換型カラムを用いた。電解装置7は図2および図3に示した構造になっており、硼素をドープしたダイヤモンドを作用電極として使用している。電解装置は作用電極に一定の電圧を印加した状態で測定された電流値を時間の経過とともに記録するクーロメーター方式の測定装置8に接続されている。

Claims (6)
- 液体クロマトグラフの分離カラムからの溶出液の流路に電解装置が設けられている液体クロマトグラフ分析装置において、前記電解装置は導電体の電極板の少なくとも片面に導電性のダイヤモンド皮膜が形成された作用電極と、厚さが0.05ないし0.5mmであって面に穴が開いた電気絶縁体のスペーサと、これを挟んで作用電極のダイヤモンド皮膜が形成された面と対向する面を有する導電体からなる対極とからなり、さらに前記スペーサの穴によって形成される一つの空間にそれぞれ開口して溶出液の導入口および排出口ならびに参照電極が設けられ、作用電極の電極板における対極と対向する面と反対側の面の一部分の他は、全面が溶出液との接触を許容する構造になっており、前記溶出液は電解装置内において1.0kg/cm2以上15.0kg/cm2以下の圧力が加圧されており、また電解装置には前記作用電極に一定の電圧を印加した状態で電解を行ない電解電流を測定する測定装置が接続されていることを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ分析装置。
- 作用電極の電極板の端面には、ダイヤモンド皮膜が形成されていないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体クロマトグラフ分析装置。
- 電解装置は溶出液流路に2台以上直列に接続されており、測定装置は下流側の電解装置になるに従って高い電圧を作用電極に印加した状態で電解を行ない、それぞれ電解電流を測定するものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液体クロマトグラフ分析装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の液体クロマトグラフ分析装置を使用して、有機化合物中のヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、アミノ基、ペルオキシ基およびメルカプト基の少なくとも1つを分析することを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ分析方法。
