Claims (11)
- 第1の吐出口と、
前記第1の吐出口を開閉する第1の開閉装置と、
前記第1の吐出口と異なる大きさを有する第2の吐出口と、
前記第2の吐出口を開閉する第2の開閉装置と、
低冷房または低暖房負荷運転時に、前記第1の吐出口及び第2の吐出口のいずれか一方だけを開いて運転し、高冷房または高暖房負荷運転時に、前記第1の吐出口及び第2の吐出口両方を開いて運転するように制御する制御部とを備えた多段運転空気調和機であって、
前記低冷房または低暖房負荷運転は、前記第1の吐出口を開き、前記第2の吐出口を閉じて運転する1段運転と、前記第2の吐出口を開き、前記第1の吐出口を閉じて運転する2段運転とを含み、
前記高冷房または高暖房負荷運転は、前記第1の吐出口及び第2の吐出口両方を開いて運転する3段運転を含むことを特徴とする多段運転空気調和機。 - 前記第2の吐出口は、前記第1の吐出口よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
- 前記第1の吐出口の開放時に駆動される第1の圧縮器と、前記第2の吐出口の開放時に駆動され、前記第1の圧縮器よりも大きい圧縮容量を有する第2の圧縮器とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
- 冷媒を圧縮する第1の圧縮器と、
前記第1の圧縮器の駆動時に開放される第1の吐出口と、
前記第1の吐出口を開閉する第1の開閉装置と、
前記第1の圧縮器と異なる圧縮容量を有する第2の圧縮器と、
前記第2の圧縮器の駆動時に開放され、前記第1の吐出口と異なる大きさを有する第2の吐出口と、
前記第2の吐出口を開閉する第2の開閉装置と、
前記第1の圧縮器の駆動時に前記第1の吐出口を開き、前記第2の圧縮器の駆動時に前記第2の吐出口を開くように制御する制御部とを備えた多段運転空気調和機であって、
前記制御部は、前記第1の圧縮器は駆動する一方で、前記第2の圧縮器の駆動は防ぎ、前記第1の吐出口は開く一方で、前記第2の吐出口は閉じる1段運転と、
前記第2の圧縮器は駆動する一方で、前記第1の圧縮器の駆動は防ぎ、前記第2の吐出口は開く一方で、前記第1の吐出口は閉じる2段運転と、
前記第1の圧縮器と第2の圧縮器とも駆動し、前記第1の吐出口と第2の吐出口とも開く3段運転とを含む多段運転を遂行するよう制御することを特徴とする多段運転空気調和機。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1及び第2の圧縮器の駆動に連動して前記第1の吐出口及び第2の吐出口を開くことによって、冷房能力の異なる多段運転を遂行することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
- 前記第2の圧縮器の圧縮容量は、前記第1の圧縮器よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記第2の吐出口は、前記第1の吐出口よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記1段運転では、前記第1の圧縮器の吐出冷媒を前記第1の圧縮器の吸入側に迂回させるためのバイパス管と、該バイパス管に設置されたバイパスバルブとをさらに備え、
前記2段運転及び3段運転では前記バイパスバルブを閉じることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多段運転空気調和機。 - 前記第1の吐出口に隣り合って設けられる第1の熱交換器と、前記第2の吐出口に隣り合って設けられる第2の熱交換器とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
- 前記第2の熱交換器の熱交換能力は、前記第1の熱交換器の熱交換能力よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
- 前記第1の熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流れを調節する第1のバルブと、前記第2の熱交換器に供給される冷媒の流れを調節する第2のバルブとをさらに備えた多段運転空気調和機であって、
前記制御部は、前記1段運転時に、前記第1のバルブは開放し前記第2のバルブは閉鎖、前記2段運転時に、前記第2のバルブは開放し前記第1のバルブは閉鎖し、前記3段運転時に、前記第1のバルブ及び前記第2のバルブ両方とも開放するように制御することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の多段運転空気調和機。
