Description
Claims (2)
- 炭素網が同軸に多層に重なった多層カーボンナノチューブを、超臨界水中で、濃度が0.4mol/L以上0.8mol/L以下のHNO 3 と接触させて、上記カーボンナノチューブ表面および表面より内側の炭素網に、アルコール性水酸基またはエーテル基の少なくともいずれか一方を形成することを特徴とするCNT表面改質方法。
- 前記HNO 3 の濃度が0.8mol/Lであり、前記接触させる時間が60分以上180分以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のCNT表面改質方法。
