Claims (3)
- 極低温に冷却可能なRF(無線周波数)受信コイル装置(1)と、z軸方向に延在してNMR測定により検査されるべき試料物質(7)が入った試料チューブ(6)を収納する室温パイプ(4)とを備えて成るNMR(核磁気共鳴)プローブヘッドにおいて、
前記RF受信コイル装置(1)と前記室温パイプ(4)との間の真空部に、z軸方向に延在し、半径方向に試料チューブ(6)を囲む調温手段(11)であって、RF場に対して透過性を有する調温手段(11)が配置され、前記調温手段(11)は、前記試料チューブ(6)を前記RF受信コイル装置(1)の軸方向領域において半径方向に囲み、1mm未満の半径方向の厚さを有する層であって、波長範囲100nm≦λ≦100μmにおける放射を吸収し、波長範囲λ>100mmにおける放射に対して透過性を有する材料で形成された層を備え、前記層を均一に加熱する加熱手段(19)が設けられていることを特徴とするNMRプローブヘッド。 - 前記試料チューブ(6)を半径方向に囲む層は、電気的に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のNMRプローブヘッド。
- 電流源と加熱コイル(12;13)との間に、ローパスフィルタ(15)又は、測定核のNMRの周波数と等しい共振周波数を有する並列共振回路(16,16’)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のNMRプローブヘッド。
