Description
図1で等角図法によって示された(同じく図2にも示されている)逆V字型の上部梁2を備えた好ましい具体例を以下に示す。もう一つの具体例では、(図3に示すように)T字型断面を有する上部梁2を含み得る。どちらの変形例でも、格子状底板(底板格子)1は、上部梁の断面形状の選択と独立して、鋼鉄チューブ又はプレストレストコンクリートから構成することができる。
第二の具体例では、プレストレストコンクリート要素からなる格子(底板格子)1とともに、T字型又は断面逆V字型の上部梁2を備えた変形例が採用される。格子状底板(底板格子)1の組立部品としての要素(予め製造された部品)1.1は、建築現場で、前記の変形例と同様の方法、かつ、同様の一時連結の方法により、組み立てられ、全体に連結される。
Claims (6)
- 底板格子(1)と、中間部が底板格子(1)から上方に離間した位置に設けられ且つ終端部が底板格子(1)に固定される上部梁(2)と、底板格子(1)及び上部梁(2)の中間部を相互連結する中間部ロッド(3)とからなり、底板格子(1)が中心部をプレストレスされた後、上部梁(2)がさらにプレストレスされることを特徴とする、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
- 底板格子(1)は、鋼鉄のチューブ又はプレストレストコンクリートによって予め製造された部品(1.1)を現場において組み立て、軽量板を予め製造された部品(1.1)間の開口部に挿入することによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
- 底板格子(1)が有する予め製造された部品(1.1)の横方向と長手方向の両方の連結部が、溶接に先立って、隣接する終端(10)を互いに突き刺すことによって一時的に固定され、長手方向の連結部はプレストレスによって固くされることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
- 予め製造された部品(1.1)の長手方向の相互連結は、天井の防錆保護と断熱を確保すべく硬い膨張発泡体又は軽量コンクリートが後に充填されるチューブの中に位置した案内体(8)を貫くケーブル(7)を備えた底板格子(1)をプレストレスすることによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
- 上部梁(2)と底板格子(1)とは、中間部ロッド(3)を溶接することによって構造体の全長に沿って相互連結され、上部梁(2)は、上部梁(2)の終端部に作り付けられた終端部ロッド(4)を通して底板格子(1)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
- 水平方向の底板格子(1)に側面に沿って支持される中間部ロッド(3)は、上部梁(2)を座屈に対して安定化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の、非常に大きいスパン用の平坦な底板格子を備える二重プレストレスされた屋根天井構造体。
