Description
Claims (20)
- 3次元物体を製造する装置であって、前記物体を積み重ねるためのサポート(505)、前記サポート又は前に固化された層上に、固化可能な粉末材料の層を形成するように供給するコーター(510)、特定層における前記物体に対応したポイントにおいて、供給された粉末材料を部分的に固化する固化装置(540)、ベース(2;514)と側壁(3;515)とを備えた粉末を供給する供給容器(1;513)とを有し、
前記供給容器内に、少なくとも一つの領域で流動性媒体が容器内部に向かって透過可能である境界(4;523)を持つチャンバーが、前記容器(1;513)内に設けられると共に、前記流動性媒体を前記チャンバー内に供給する装置(9;528)が備えられ、前記供給容器内に含まれている粉末を流動化する前記供給容器内に、前記流動性媒体が導かれるように、前記境界は構成、配置されていることを特徴とする3次元物体を製造する装置。 - 前記境界(4)が、容器内側の断面に亘って、ベース(2)から距離をおいて延在し、流動性媒体を透過できる材料から作られた層(4)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された装置。
- 前記境界(4)が、気体の透過可能なプレートにより成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された装置。
- 前記気体の透過可能なプレートが焼結プラスチック材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載された装置。
- 前記境界(523)が圧延ワイヤ織布より形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載された装置。
- 流動性媒体を供給する装置が気体を供給する装置であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載された装置。
- 流動性媒体の、温度と、圧力及び体積流量の少なくとも一つを制御する制御装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載された装置。
- 垂直方向下方に伸びている、粉末出口(7;526、517)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載された装置。
- 粉末に流動性を持たせるための装置が、3次元物体を製造するための装置の外側に位置する供給容器(1)として備えられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された装置。
- 粉末に流動性に持たせるための装置が、3次元物体を製造するための装置内に備えられ、コーター(510)の上流に連結されている充填容器(513)として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載された装置。
- 充填容器(513)が出口開口部(517)を持ち、その下流に計量装置(518)が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載された装置。
- 粉末に流動性を持たせるための装置が、充填容器のベースから距離をもって配置されている、気体透過可能な層(523)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載された装置。
- 粉末材料の層を連続的に形成し、3次元物体の断面に対応する箇所で層を部分的に、且つ、順次、硬化することによって3次元物体が形成される3次元物体を製造するための方法であって、供給容器(1;513)に流動性媒体を供給して、前記供給容器内で、硬化の前に前記粉末に流動性を持たせることを特徴とする方法。
- 粉末に流動性を持たせるステップは、層を連続的に形成するステップ、及び層を固化するステップ前に行なわれることを特徴とする請求項13に記載された方法。
- 層を形成する前に、粉末は流動化されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載された方法。
- 流動性媒体を供給容器(1;513)に供給することによって、流動化が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれかに記載された方法。
- 流動性媒体の温度と、圧力及び体積流量の少なくとも一つが制御されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載された方法。
- 粉末は、流動体媒体の供給の際、湿潤化されるか、或いは、化学的に処理されることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載された方法。
- コータ(510)の上流に連結される充填容器(513)中において、粉末に流動性を持たせることを特徴とする請求項13乃至18のいずれかに記載された方法。
- コータの中に計量された粉末が放出され、計量前に、当該粉末に流動性を持たせることを特徴とする請求項19に記載された方法。
