Description
Claims (16)
- 3D印刷用の造形材料容器であって、
造形材料を保持するためのつぶれることが可能な貯蔵部と、
前記貯蔵部の少なくとも1つの部分に取り付けられ、それにより補強された部分のつぶれに抵抗するための比較的堅い補強構造であって、これにより、前記貯蔵部によって囲まれるかまたは占有される体積が減少することに抵抗できる比較的堅い補強構造と、
造形材料が前記貯蔵部から出ることができるようにするための造形材料排出口構造と、
ガスが前記貯蔵部に入ることができるようにするための開口を含むガス入口構造を備え、
前記造形材料排出口構造は前記容器の上面にまたは該上面の近くに設けられており、また前記貯蔵部の内部空間内を下方へと、前記貯蔵部の下側部分の基部まで延びている吸引管を備えており、
前記貯蔵部の下側部分の基部は、前記補強構造の基部に取り付けられ、これによって、前記補強構造に対して動くのが阻止される、
3D印刷用の造形材料容器。 - 前記補強された部分は、前記貯蔵部内の圧力が、該貯蔵部をつぶすのに十分に該貯蔵部外の圧力よりも小さいときに、該貯蔵部が部分的につぶれた形状をとるようにする、請求項1の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分は、前記貯蔵部が予め決められた部分的につぶれた形状をとるように選択される、請求項2の容器。
- 前記予め決められた部分的につぶれた形状は、前記貯蔵部内の造形材料を、該貯蔵部内の選択された位置に導くことができる、請求項3の容器。
- 前記容器が意図された使用時の向きを向いているときには、前記予め決められた部分的につぶれた形状の最下部は、造形材料を3D印刷システムに供給するために、前記容器の使用中に造形材料が前記貯蔵部から取り出される位置に合致する、請求項3の容器。
- 前記補強構造は、該補強構造に対する前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分の動きを阻止または制限することによって前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分のつぶれに抵抗する、請求項1から5のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記貯蔵部の可撓性は、前記容器から造形材料を取り出すための吸引システムの動作の結果、前記貯蔵部が、前記予め決められた部分的につぶれた形状をとることができるようなものとされる、請求項3の容器。
- 前記予め決められた部分的につぶれた形状を有する前記貯蔵部の体積は、前記貯蔵部がつぶれていないときの該貯蔵部の体積の少なくとも80%である、請求項3の容器。
- 前記貯蔵部はプラスチック材料から構成され、前記補強構造は厚紙から構成される、請求項1から8のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記容器が意図された使用時の向きを向いているときには、前記貯蔵部は、少なくとも、充填されておりかつつぶれていない状態において、収束しない上側部分と収束する下側部分を有し、前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分は前記上側部分に含まれる、請求項1から9のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記上側部分は、2対の対向する側壁を備え、前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分は、それらの対向する側壁の対のうちの第1の対を含み、該第1の対の対向する側壁のつぶれは前記補強構造によって抵抗され、第2の対の対向する側壁のつぶれは、前記補強構造によって抵抗されない、請求項10の容器。
- 前記容器が意図された使用時の向きを向いているときには、前記貯蔵部は、少なくとも、充填されておりかつつぶれていない状態のときに、実質的に垂直の長軸を有する円筒部を備え、前記少なくとも1つの補強された部分は、該円筒部の円周部を含むことからなる、請求項1から9のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記補強構造は、箱を備え、前記貯蔵部は、該箱内に少なくとも部分的に収容される、請求項1から12のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記補強構造は、ガスが、前記補強構造と前記貯蔵部の間の空間に流入できるようにすることができる、請求項1から13のいずれか1の容器。
- 前記貯蔵部内に3D印刷用の造形材料を有する、請求項1から14のいずれか1の容器。
- 3D印刷用の造形材料用容器であって、
造形材料を受け取って保持するための可撓性の内側部分と、
前記内側部分の周りに配置されて、選択された位置で該内側部分に接続された寸法安定性のある外側部分であって、これにより、前記内側部分によって囲まれるかまたは占有される体積が減少することに抵抗できる外側部分
を備え、
前記容器は、前記内側部分の圧力が前記外側部分の圧力より低いことに応答して、第1の構成から第2の構成に変わることができ、前記第1の構成では、前記内側部分によって囲まれた空間は第1の形状を有し、前記第2の構成では、前記内側部分によって囲まれた前記空間は、前記選択された位置によって決まる第2の形状を有することからなり、
造形材料が前記内側部分から出ることができるようにするための造形材料排出口構造と、
ガスが前記内側部分に入ることができるようにするための開口を含むガス入口構造を備え、
前記造形材料排出口構造は前記容器の上面にまたは該上面の近くに設けられており、また前記内側部分の内部空間内を下方へと、前記内側部分の下側部分の基部まで延びている吸引管を備えており、
前記内側部分の下側部分の基部は、前記外側部分の基部に取り付けられ、これによって、前記外側部分に対して動くのが阻止される、3D印刷用の造形材料用容器。
