Description
Claims (8)
- 複数の金型を備え各金型でディスク用基板を同時成形可能な複数個取りの射出成形装置であって、
複数の固定型を各々が接触した状態または僅かな隙間を介した状態で固定盤に並設し同数の可動型を各々が接触した状態または僅かな隙間を介した状態で可動盤に並設すると共に、
固定盤と可動盤の少なくとも一方の型境界部分に対応する位置に熱媒体流通用の第1温調流路を設け、
固定盤と可動盤の少なくとも一方に第1温調流路と独立する第2温調流路を第1温調流路とほぼ直交するように設けた、
ことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 - 第1温調流路は少なくとも2つの流路から成り、該流路は隣接する型それぞれのキャビティ相当部の外側部分に沿うように設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 第2温調流路は少なくとも2つの流路から成り、該流路は並設された型のキャビティ相当部の外側部分に沿うように間隔をおいて設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の射出成形装置。 - 各型の中心部温調流路に所定温度の熱媒体を供給する低温側温度調節器と、各型のキャビティ対応の周辺部温調流路に前記よりも高い温度の熱媒体を供給する高温側温度調節器とを備え、
第1温調流路は低温側温度調節器に接続されていて該低温側温度調節器から熱媒体の供給を受け、
第2温調流路は低温側温度調節器に接続されていて該低温側温度調節器から熱媒体の供給を受ける、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形装置を利用し、第1温調流路及び第2温調流路に熱媒体を流通させながら各金型のキャビティ内に溶融プラスチックを射出しこれを硬化させてディスク用基板を得る、
ことを特徴とする射出成形方法。 - 第1温調流路は少なくとも2つの流路から成り、該流路は隣接する型それぞれのキャビティ相当部の外側部分に沿うように設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の射出成形方法。 - 第2温調流路は少なくとも2つの流路から成り、該流路は並設された型のキャビティ相当部の外側部分に沿うように間隔をおいて設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の射出成形方法。 - 各型の中心部温調流路に所定温度の熱媒体を供給する低温側温度調節器と、各型のキャビティ対応の周辺部温調流路に前記よりも高い温度の熱媒体を供給する高温側温度調節器とを備え、
第1温調流路は低温側温度調節器に接続されていて該低温側温度調節器から熱媒体の供給を受け、
第2温調流路は低温側温度調節器に接続されていて該低温側温度調節器から熱媒体の供給を受ける、
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜7の何れか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
