Claims (2)
- 流体が通過する管路表面から該管路の内側に向かって突出する突設部と、
前記突設部における前記管路の内側の底面に接合配置された第1温度検出手段と、
前記第1温度検出手段に積層配置された発熱手段と、
前記第1温度検出手段及び前記発熱手段から離間して前記突設部における前記管路の上流側の表面に接合配置された第2温度検出手段と、
前記第1温度検出手段と前記第2温度検出手段とに接続された出力手段と、
を備え、
前記発熱手段は、前記第1温度検出手段を所定の熱量で加熱し、
前記第1温度検出手段は、自己の温度に基づいて第1信号を出力し、
前記第2温度検出手段は、前記管路内を流れる前記流体の温度に基づいて第2信号を出力し、
前記出力手段は、前記第1信号と前記第2信号との差に基づいて前記流体の流速を示す第3信号を出力し、
前記第1温度検出手段と前記第2温度検出手段とは、ブリッジ回路の別個の辺として構成される感温抵抗体であり、
前記発熱手段は、所定の電圧により前記第1温度検出手段を前記所定の熱量で加熱する抵抗体であり、
前記出力手段は、前記第1信号と前記第2信号との差動出力を前記第3信号として出力する差動増幅回路であり、
前記第2温度検出手段には、前記第3信号を補正する補正手段が並列に接続されている
ことを特徴とする流速センサ。 - 請求項1記載の流速センサにおいて、
前記第1温度検出手段及び前記突設部間、前記第1温度検出手段及び前記発熱手段間、並びに前記第2温度検出手段及び前記突設部間は、銀を含有する接着剤によって接合されている
ことを特徴とする流速センサ。
