Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reverse pillow packaging in which a strip-shaped packaging film on which a package is placed is formed into a cylindrical shape around the package, and the package is formed by applying a vertical seal and a horizontal seal to the cylindrically formed packaging film. The present invention relates to a method and a reverse pillow packaging machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as one of the packages, in addition to a package to be originally packaged, an accessory related to the package is sealed in the same bag. For example, in a package body in which food is packaged, a freshness maintenance agent for maintaining the freshness of the food is enclosed in the package body. As an example of a freshness-keeping agent, there is an oxygen scavenger that absorbs oxygen contained in the air inside the bag and creates an oxygen-free state inside the packaging bag to prevent quality deterioration due to food oxidation. In addition to the oxygen scavenger, freshness maintaining agents include, for example, a moisture absorbent that absorbs moisture, a deodorizer that absorbs odors, and a preservative that volatilizes alcohol components. In addition, when packaging food, accessories other than freshness-preserving agents include soy sauce, sauces, hot pepper, chili oil, sachets, and other small bags containing seasonings and spices, and small printed materials that explain the contents of the package. is there.
[0003]
If the package is a food product, the freshness-preserving agent may be mistaken for the ingredients, seasonings or spices that are added to the food product, and it can be taken directly into the mouth or processed or cooked with the food product. There is a risk of eating. In order to eliminate the possibility of such accidents, accessories are attached to the inner surface of the packaging film, for example, with double-sided tape, when the package is packaged in a bag formed from the packaging film. . Examples thereof include those disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-111606 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-139303 regarding bag filling of food. What is disclosed in this publication is that an adhesive is obtained by automatically feeding a plurality of attachment bags sequentially and applying a double-sided adhesive tape, an adhesive or an adhesive to one side of the attached attachment bags. An adhesive layer or pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the inner surface of the bag other than the bag seal portion corresponding to one bag of the heat-adhesive sheet-like packaging material that is transferred to the bag making and filling means. The attached bag with a layer is automatically attached through the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer to form a sheet-like packaging material with the attached bag, and the attached bag is located inside the sheet-like packaging material with the attached bag. The bag is automatically made and filled with food, sealed and packaged. Even if the food inside is removed from the packaging bag, the attachment bag remains inside the packaging bag, thereby preventing accidental eating of inedible drugs. In this publication, a normal pillow packaging machine is disclosed as a bag making and filling machine.
[0004]
In addition, a flat sachet adhered by an appropriate method near the edge of the wrapping film and removed from the position where the lateral sealing is performed before the belt-like wrapping film fed from the raw film roll is placed on the former. Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-110649 discloses a vertical bag-filling and packaging method for entering a product dropping cylinder through a squeeze opening. Since the sachet is sealed together with the vertical seal part, it is housed in an adhesive state on the rear surface of the sachet, so that the sachet remains in the packaging bag even when opened, and there is no risk of food contamination or accidental eating. Also, when trying to see the package in the bag from the transparent part on the front of the bag, the sachet does not get in the way and you can see the package visually.
[0005]
By the way, the wrapping film fed from the wrapping film roll arranged below the machine base is reversed by the guide roller and traveled in the horizontal direction, the package is placed on the wrapping film and traveled together with the wrapping film. 2. Description of the Related Art A reverse pillow packaging machine is known in which side edges folded back from the left and right are vertically sealed and formed into a cylindrical shape, and a package is formed by sealing in the lateral direction before and after the traveling direction of the package. According to this packaging method, a package can be placed directly on a traveling packaging film, and packaging can be performed in a sanitary manner even in a small-scale production.
[0006]
As the reverse pillow packaging that can attach the attachment to the packaging film, the one shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 can be considered. FIG. 9 is a side view of a reverse pillow packaging machine provided with a former, and FIG. 10 is a front view of the reverse pillow packaging machine shown in FIG. The reverse pillow packaging machine 40 includes a guide roller 41 and a former 42 for forming a strip-shaped packaging film 43 guided by the guide roller 41 into a cylindrical shape. The package 47 is fed onto a packaging film 43 that is formed into a cylindrical shape within the former 42. After being guided by the guide roller 41, the belt-shaped packaging film 43 is rapidly formed from a belt shape into a tubular shape through a U-shape in the former 42 of the reverse pillow packaging machine 40. If the accessory 48 is attached to the belt-like packaging film 43 in advance, the accessory 48 is easily peeled off from the packaging film 43 when the packaging film 43 is bent or folded sharply by the edge of the guide roller 41 or the former 42. There is. Further, below the machine base (not shown), there are an original film roll (not shown) for feeding out the packaging film 43 and various mechanisms (preliminary roll, date device, etc., not shown) related thereto. Since it is arranged, there is a disadvantage that a sufficient space for installing a mechanism for attaching the appendage 48 to the packaging film 43 cannot be secured.
[0007]
On the other hand, the attachment 48 may be attached to the packaging film 43 running in the former 42. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the attachment 48 is attached to the inner surface side of the both side portions 45 of the packaging film 43 erected along the side of the package 47 by the both side wall portions 44 of the former 42. Will adhere. In the former 42, since the package 47 is already placed on the packaging film 43, there is not enough space. Therefore, the feeding mechanism of the accessory 48 is arranged between the inside of the both side portions 45 of the packaging film 43 and the package 47 without interfering with the package 47 and the placement work on the package film 43. Have difficulty. Also, if the packaging film remains strained due to heat or other factors during the production of the packaging film, the flat packaging film before being formed into a cylinder by the former is guided by a roller. Since there is no one that regulates the displacement in the width direction of the film, the packaging film may meander in the width direction, such as meandering, and the attachment position of the accessory to the packaging film may not be accurate. There is also a problem that it is not broken. If there is a large variation in the attachment position of the attachment, the attachment is located at the corner of the finished bag package, or across the front and back sides, and the side of the package. Alternatively, the edge of the accessory may damage the packaging film or impair the sealing performance of the package.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, in reverse pillow packaging using a former that wraps the packaging film abruptly, if the accessories are attached to the packaging film in advance, they will easily peel off when the accessories cross the edge of the former, and the When the product is supplied, the package itself placed directly on the packaging film makes it difficult to supply accessories. Also, because of the small volume production, accessories are supplied by hand. Under these circumstances, there is currently no known device with an automatic supply mechanism for accessories. However, in reverse pillow packaging machines, the number of packages per unit time has gradually increased in recent years, and it is costly to manually supply accessories while ensuring sanitary standards. There are also problems. Therefore, in reverse pillow packaging, the layout for the accessory supply mechanism can be easily set, and the accessories are automatically supplied to the packaging film at a low cost and reliably and accurately to the packaging film. It is required to be able to produce a package with attachments attached to the appropriate attachment position.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and in reverse pillow packaging, the assembly of the accessory supply mechanism is simple, and the accessory of the package is predetermined on the packaging film at low cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reverse pillow packaging method and a reverse pillow packaging machine that can accurately and reliably adhere to the attachment position.
[0010]
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention is configured as follows. That is, this invention forms the packaging film into a shape composed of a flat portion and upright portions on both sides thereof by a former, and travels and guides in the lateral direction by the former, and travels in the lateral direction on the upper surface of the machine base. A package is placed on the flat portion of the package, and the package accessory is attached to a substantially flat region of the packaging film located on the side of the package placement position. The attached packaging film is formed into a cylindrical shape around the package during running in the lateral direction, and the packaging film is vertically sealed and the packaging film is horizontally sealed between the packages. inverse pillow consisting in wrapping the package by the packaging film adhered to the appendage inside in a state to be positioned on the sides or back of the inside of the package said appendage About the instrumentation method.
[0011]
Further, the present invention provides the former on which the packaging film is formed into a shape composed of a flat portion and upright portions on both sides of the packaging film, and the packaging film is guided in the lateral direction on the upper surface of the machine base. An attachment attachment means for attaching attachments of the package to the flat part of the packaging film, the packaging film disposed on the downstream side in the lateral direction of the attachment attachment means, and the attachment film attached thereto. A cylindrical film forming means for forming a cylindrical shape around an object and causing the packaging film to travel, and a longitudinal seal is provided on the cylindrically formed packaging film that is disposed downstream of the cylindrical film forming means. comprising a transverse sealing means for sealing said packaging film between said packaging with longitudinal sealing means, and is disposed on the downstream of the longitudinal sealing means, said appendage attachment means, said On the flat part of the packaged film, in a region that is substantially flat and is located on the side of the placement position of the package and that is located on the side or back of the package when the package is formed. It relates to a reverse pillow wrapping machine consisting of attaching attachments .
[0012]
Further, in this reverse pillow packaging method and reverse pillow packaging machine, the accessory is located in the longitudinal direction with the packaging film being formed in a cylindrical shape around the package on the side of the package mounting position. It is attached to the position on the side to be sealed.
[0013]
Further, in this reverse pillow packaging machine, the former is configured to stand on both sides of the bottom plate portion for forming the flat portion of the packaging film and the bottom plate portion and to fold back the both side portions of the packaging film from outside to inside. It is comprised from the side-plate part which shape | molds the said standing part. If the upright portion has a width in the lateral direction substantially corresponding to the seal width of the vertical seal, it is sufficient to provide stability in running the packaging film.
[0014]
Further, in the reverse pillow packaging machine, the accessory attaching means releases the accessory received from the chute for sliding and dropping the accessory onto the flat part or the accessory supply means above the flat part. It is a gripping tool to be dropped.
[0015]
Further, in the inverse pillow packaging machine which chute or gripper appendages attachment means, said appendage attachment means further presses the pre SL appendage of the state in which the placed on a flat portion on said flat portion A pressing means can be provided. In this case, the accessory placed on the flat part of the packaging film by the chute or the gripping tool is positively pressed against the flat part of the packaging film by the pressing means even if the attachment is uncertain. Adhesion on the packaging film is ensured, and there is no possibility that the accessory is peeled off from the packaging film when the packaging film is formed into a cylindrical shape in a later process.
[0016]
Further, in this reverse pillow packaging machine, an expansion guide for expanding the packaging film in the width direction and expanding the supply range of the package onto the packaging film is provided in the vicinity of the upstream of the cylindrical film forming means. Is provided. Even if the attachment placed on the flat part of the packaging film is uncertain, the attachment through which the spreading guide passes is positively pressed against the packaging film, so that the attachment does not adhere to the packaging film. It becomes certain, and there is no possibility that the accessory is peeled off from the packaging film when the packaging film is formed into a cylindrical shape in a later process.
[0017]
In the inverse pillow packaging method or reverse pillow packaging machine, the packaging film is draft in laterally machine frame of the upper surface by the former while being molded into a shape having a an upright portion flat portion by former, the guide state in travel. The packaging film is subjected to running resistance by a former formed into a shape having such a flat portion and an upright portion, but is stably guided in the lateral direction by the running resistance, that is, in a state where meandering is restricted. The attachment is reliably attached in a natural posture to a substantially flat region located on the side of the package mounting position with respect to the flat portion of the packaging film formed by the former. In addition, since the attachment is attached to the packaging film that travels stably, the attachment position in the width direction on the packaging film becomes accurate. Since the packaging film is not subjected to rapid reversal or folding in the subsequent cylindrical molding or sealing process, the accessory is not peeled off from the packaging film. The accessory is placed in a stable state on the inner side or back side of the tubular film , that is, on the side where the vertical seal portion is formed . When the vertical seal and the horizontal seal are applied, the accessory is placed inside the package. It becomes the sealed state.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a reverse pillow packaging machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 is a side view showing an embodiment of a reverse pillow packaging machine according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of the reverse pillow packaging machine shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a former of the reverse pillow packaging machine shown in FIG. The schematic perspective view shown and FIG. 4 are the front views of the reverse pillow packaging machine shown in FIG.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the reverse pillow wrapping machine 1, a wrapping film 3 fed from a raw film roll 2 by appropriate feeding means is rotatably attached to an appropriate position on a machine base 4. 5 to the former 26 provided at the tip of the upper surface 6 of the machine base 4. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the former 26 is configured by facing a pair of former pieces 27 and 28, and the facing distance W 1 can be adjusted according to the width dimension of the packaging film 3. The former pieces 27 and 28 are each composed of a horizontal bottom plate portion 29 extending in the traveling direction of the packaging film 3 and a side plate portion 30 standing upright at both sides and extending in the traveling direction of the packaging film 3. The front edge 30a of the side plate portion 30 is inclined obliquely upward and rearward with respect to the bottom plate portion 29, preferably at an angle of about 45 °. A large portion of the packaging film 3 near the center in the width direction is a flat portion 3 a that is folded back by the front edge 29 a of the bottom plate portion 29 of the former 26 and guided to the upper surface 29 b of the bottom plate portion 29. The portion of the packaging film 3 outside the flat portion 3a is folded back from the outside to the inside by the side plate portions 30 of the former pieces 27 and 28 to become the standing portion 3b.
[0020]
The package 7 is placed at a predetermined interval at the center position in the width direction of the flat portion 3a of the packaging film 3 formed by the former 26 and traveling in the lateral direction. In the illustrated reverse pillow wrapping machine 1, the package 7 is placed directly on the upper surface of the packaging film 3 by an operator's manual operation, but connected to the former 26 on the left side of the reverse pillow wrapping machine 1 shown in FIG. 1. Alternatively, a carry-in conveyor (not shown) may be arranged so that the carry-in conveyor automatically feeds the former 26 at a predetermined interval.
[0021]
The packaging film 3 guided in the horizontal direction by the former 26 is run by the tubular film forming means 8 disposed on the upper surface 6 of the machine base 4 in the wake of the former 26. As shown in FIG. 2, the tubular film forming means 8 is composed of a pair of pulling rollers (paper drawing rollers) 9 that sandwich both side edges 12 of the packaging film 3 and rotate in opposite directions. The pulling roller 9 continuously pulls the packaging film 3 from the left to the right in FIGS. 1 and 2 by the rotation, and further feeds the packaging film 3 backward. The film feeding speed of the wrapping film 3 is controlled in synchronization with the film feeding speed of the feeding means for feeding the original film roll 2. Both side edge portions 12 of the packaging film 3 (substantially the same as the upright portion 3b, but not necessarily the same as the upright portion 3b) are brought together by the pulling roller 9 and overlapped, and the packaging film 3 is formed into a tube shape from a strip shape. To form. The former 26 provides resistance against pulling and feeding of the packaging film 3 by the pulling roller 9, and this resistance prevents the lateral displacement of the packaging film 3 and provides stability to the running of the packaging film 3. it is conceivable that. In order to stabilize the travel of the packaging film 3, it is sufficient that the height of the upright portion 3b is as long as the seal width of the vertical seal.
[0022]
In the downstream of the tubular film forming means 8, there is provided a vertical sealing means 10 for performing a vertical seal on the packaging film 3 fed by a pair of pulling rollers 9. The vertical sealing means 10 includes a pair of vertical sealing rollers (back bonding sealing rollers) 11 that rotate in opposite directions. The vertical seal roller 11 is a heating roller that welds the mating surfaces of both side edges 12 of the packaging film 3 sandwiched between the pulling rollers 9 in a palm-like shape and vertically seals them. A horizontal sealing means 13 is arranged further downstream of the vertical sealing means 10. The horizontal sealing means 13 is a pair of heating elements 14 that perform box motion operation on the upper and lower sides of the packaging film 3 formed into a cylindrical shape, and the packaging film 3 is moved to a single packaging body 15 in a process of moving between the packaging films 3. A horizontal seal is applied by welding for each length corresponding to. The heating body 14 may be provided with a cutting blade or a cutting blade (not shown) that cuts the packaging body 15. The produced package 15 is conveyed by a conveyor 16. The horizontal sealing means 13 is a pair of heating bodies 14 that perform box motion operation in the illustrated example, but may be a rotary sealer having a welding heater (and cutter) on the end face. The horizontal sealing means 13 may be other sealing means such as bundling when the sealing property of the package 15 as a product is not questioned.
[0023]
In each package 15, an appendage 17 corresponding to the package 7 such as an oxygen scavenger is enclosed. An accessory supply mechanism 19 for supplying the accessory 17 onto the packaging film 3 is provided on a frame (not shown) supported by the machine base 4, and the accessory 17 is wound around a roll 20 and stored. It has been. A double-sided adhesive or double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 21 as an adhesive member is attached to one surface of the row of the appendages 17 drawn out from the roll 20 by an appropriate means. Is collected by another roll. The row of attachments 17 is cut into individual attachments 17 by a cutting means 23 having a cutting blade, and the individual attachments 17 are slid onto the packaging film 3 by a chute 24. The chute 24 has a groove 25 that is sufficiently wider than the width of the double-sided adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape 21 so that the double-sided adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape 21 provided on the lower surface of the accessory 17 does not adhere to the slope of the chute 24. The interval at which the appendage 17 is dropped from the chute 24 is matched with the interval at which the package 7 is placed on the packaging film 3. The appendage 17 slides down the chute 24 and adheres to the flat portion 3 a that is maintained flat by the bottom plate portion 29 of the former 26 with the momentum of colliding with the packaging film 3. In the case of a packaging film such as a plain packaging film whose position when it becomes the packaging body 15 is difficult to specify, the attachment position of the accessory 17 is a guideline for placing the package 7. On the surface of the accessory 17, an adhesive portion may be formed in advance by applying an adhesive or an adhesive instead of the double-sided adhesive tape or the double-sided adhesive tape.
[0024]
The timing and position for attaching the appendage 17 may be the side of the package 7 already placed on the packaging film 3, and the placement position should be the side of the package 7 to be placed later. There may be. Further, at the same time when the package 7 is placed, the accessory 17 may be attached on the packaging film 3 on the side of the placement position of the package 7. The relationship between the accessory 17 and the width of the packaging film 3 will be described based on the description of FIG. With respect to the total width W0 of the packaging film 3, the width W1 of the flat portion 3a is set closer to the center, leaving a vertical seal margin (back bonding margin) W2 on both sides. If the bag packaging 15 (see FIG. 11) is produced if it is an area on the side of the packaging 7 placed on the packaging film 3, the accessory 17 is positioned on the side or back of the packaging. Even if it exists, it is not located in the front. When the attachment 17 is attached close to the vertical seal allowance W2 of the flat portion 3a, the attachment 17 is positioned on the side where the vertical seal portion (back pasting portion) 35 of the completed bag package 15 is formed. When the accessory 17 is attached to the center of the flat portion 3a, the accessory 17 is positioned on the front side of the completed bag package 15. Such arrangement is limited to the case where there is no transparent portion in the packaging film 3 such as a plain packaging film or the accessory 17 can be seen from the front side.
[0025]
FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a bag package manufactured by pillow packaging. A transverse seal portion 36 is formed by the transverse seal means 13 so as to intersect with the longitudinal seal portion 35. The packaging film 3 is often printed with respect to design, product name, product content, etc., but it is possible to confirm the inner package 7 through the packaging film 3 with a part of the packaging film 3 transparent. Making it possible is also commonly adopted. Since the accessory 17 is attached to the packaging film 3, even if the packaging film 3 on the surface side of the bag package 15 has a transparent part, the accessory 17 moves to the transparent part in the bag package 15. Never come. Even when the bag package 15 is displayed as a product at the store, the consumer does not see the package 7 because of the accessory 17. The attachment position of the accessory 17 can be arbitrarily determined within the range of the inner side surface or the back surface according to the shape of the package 7 or the bag package 15. Further, when there is a portion that does not hinder the attachment 17 when it is sandwiched by the sealing means, such as the bag packaging 15, the packaging film 3 and It is also possible to seal together.
[0026]
In order to make it easy to place the package on the packaging film 3, it is preferable that the packaging film 3 is laterally expanded by an expansion guide disposed immediately upstream of the tubular film forming means 8. From the position where the flat portion 3a is formed by the former 26 to the position where the spread guide is provided, a wide supply range L (see FIG. 2) of the package in the longitudinal direction in which the flat portion 3a of the packaging film 3 is maintained is secured. The
[0027]
With reference to FIG.6 and FIG.7, the expansion guide used for the reverse pillow packaging machine by this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged plan view showing a region including the expansion guide of the reverse pillow packaging machine according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a partial enlarged plan view of the reverse pillow packaging machine using another expansion guide. Components having the same functions as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. The expansion guide 31 shown in FIG. 6 is a non-rotating round bar-shaped expansion guide extending vertically, and the packaging film 3 slides on the surface of the expansion guide 31. Moreover, the expansion guide 32 shown in FIG. 7 is a rod-shaped or plate-shaped expansion guide arranged substantially along the traveling direction of the packaging film 3. On the side where the packaging film 3 arrives, the spread guide 32 is bent so as to gradually approach the packaging film 3, and the contact with the appendage 17 is made smooth. When the expansion guide 31 or 32 is disposed at a position that contacts the passing accessory 17, the expanding guide 31 or 32 serves as a pressing means that presses the accessory 17 against the packaging film 3 and more reliably adheres to the packaging film 3. To work. The appendage 17 wound around the original film roll 20 (see FIG. 1) is more likely to warp, especially as it is wound closer to the center of the roll 20, but the expansion guides 31 and 32 are pressed. When acting as a means, such warpage is corrected to prevent the accessory 17 from being easily peeled off from the packaging film 3.
[0028]
The wrapping film 3 used in the reverse pillow wrapping machine 1 has the standing part 3b formed by the former 26. Therefore, the total width of the standing part 3b on both sides is compared with the packaging film having a width of only the flat part 3a. Only wide ones can be used. In addition, it is possible to cope with a change in packaging size by adjusting both former pieces in the horizontal direction.
[0029]
Another example of the attachment means and the pressing means comprising a roller for pressing the attachment immediately after being attached to the packaging film will be described. FIG. 8 is a view showing another embodiment of the reverse pillow wrapping machine provided with an attachment attachment mechanism and a pressing means having another structure, cut at the center position of the former. The attachment attachment means 50 for attaching the attachment 17 to the packaging film 3 shown in FIG. 8 includes a gripping tool for holding the attachment 17. An example of the gripping tool is the suction tool 51. The accessory 17 is supplied by a mechanism similar to the accessory supply mechanism 19 shown in FIG. That is, the row of attachments 17 to which double-sided adhesive or adhesive tape is applied is sent downward by a pair of feed rollers 55 and cut into individual attachments 17 by the cutting means 56 at the side position of the rotating shaft 52. . The suction tool 51 reciprocally rotates between a horizontal receiving position and a lower attachment position around a rotation shaft 52. An air passage 53 is opened on the suction cup 54 provided at the tip of the suction tool 51, and a negative pressure is applied. The cut individual appendages 17 are adsorbed by the adsorbing tool 51 rotated to the receiving position. The adsorbing tool 51 supplies the adsorbed appendage 17 to the position immediately above the place where the packaging film 3 is to be placed, and packages it at a predetermined timing based on the supply speed of the packaging film 3 and the length of one bag package. Drop on film 3. The air acting on the air passage 53 of the adsorbing tool 51 may be switched from intake to exhaust when dropping, and the pressing force of the appendage 17 against the packaging film 3 may be increased by blowing compressed air.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 8, a pressing roller 60 as another example of the pressing means is disposed downstream of the attachment attaching means. The pressing roller 60 is disposed at a position facing the bottom plate portion 29 in consideration of the thickness of the appendage 17. In order not to apply an excessive force to the accessory 17 or the packaging film 3, the pressing roller 60 is supported by the support body 62 via the pressing spring 61 so as to be able to advance and retract. Moreover, you may comprise the pressing roller 60 with an elastic body. The pressing roller 60 presses the appendage 17 placed on the packaging film 3 against the packaging film 3 with the bottom plate portion 29 laid down. As a result, the accessory 17 is reliably attached to the packaging film 3 by an adhesive member such as an adhesive. In the case where the spreading guides 31 and 32 are provided and the spreading guides 31 and 32 function as pressing means, it is not necessary to use the pressing roller 60.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. That is, in the reverse pillow packaging method and the reverse pillow packaging machine according to the present invention, the former for forming the packaging film into the main flat portion and the upright portions on both sides thereof is used, and the meandering of the packaging film is regulated by the former. The packaging film runs stably in the lateral direction on the upper surface of the machine base . In addition, since the attachment is attached to a substantially flat area located on the side of the place where the package with a sufficiently wide flat portion is placed , the attachment can be attached to the packaging film without interfering with other mechanisms. It can be reliably and easily attached. Since the attachment does not adhere to the packaging film before being molded by the former, the attachment is not peeled off from the packaging film when passing through the former. Furthermore, since attachments are attached to the packaging film that runs stably, there is no variation in the attachment position of the attachments. As a result, the attachment position of the packaging fill arm appendages are stable, even in adjuncts such that there is even harder edge, appendages is encapsulated in a predetermined position inside the side or back of the package , Does not damage the packaging film or impair the sealing performance of the bag package due to the displacement of the attachment position.
