流れ、製品落下筒に開設されたスリット上部より小袋の
内側へのひっくり返り、包装筒Tの内側に位置して下方
へ流れ、横シールをしたときには袋内後面に接着される
ことになり、小袋が横シーラーにより噛込まれる虞れが
なく、良好な横シールが行われることが保障される。そ
うして、偏平な小袋の包装フィルムへの接着を高速で行
うことが可能なので、包装速度を上げることができる。

して包装することができるので、除湿剤、脱臭剤等の食
品への混入、誤食の虞れがなく、袋内の被包装物を袋前
面の透明部より見ようとするとき、小袋が邪魔にならず
に見ることができる。

内側に通した製品落下筒2を包むように曲成しかつ該フ
ォーマー1の前側のV形襟部1aに向かって流れてきたフ
ィルム両縁f、fを縦割りスリット3に通して製品落下
筒2の前側で合掌させ縦シーラー4により縦シールして
包装筒Tとして製品落下筒2の下方へ垂下し、製品落下
筒2を通して落下供給され包装筒Tに充填される被包装
物の上下位置を横シーラー5により横シールする構成で
ある縦型製袋充填包装方法において、 スリット上部がフォーマー1の前側のV形襟部1aに臨ん
で所要大きく開口する小袋呑み込み口6aとなるスリット

方法。
1.
