Description

【0001】

The moving chute 52 containing the small bag 11 is moved to the upper position of the packaging bag 5 set in advance in the automatic bagging machine by a moving arm 53 driven by a driving mechanism (not shown) (see FIG. 1). Next, the moving chute 52 is moved downward from this state and inserted into the packaging bag 5. In this state, the pressing portion 61 of the crimping mechanism 60 is inserted into the moving chute 52 from the pressing portion insertion port 56 by the moving arm 62 driven by a driving mechanism (not shown), and the small bag 11 is pressed toward the inner surface of the packaging bag 5. To do. By this operation, the sachet 11 is pushed out from the sachet discharge port 55 toward the inner surface of the packaging bag 5, and the double-sided adhesive tape 22 provided on the sachet 11 comes into contact with the inner surface of the packaging bag 5. The sachet 11 is further pressed by the pressing portion 61 and pressed against the support surface 64 of the support mechanism 63 together with the packaging bag 5. By this operation, the packaging bag 5 and the sachet 11 are pressed by the pressing portion 61 while being supported by the support surface 64, so that the sachet 11 is stably and reliably attached to the inner surface of the packaging bag 5. .
[0043]
Thereafter, the crimping mechanism 60 is retracted to the original position, and the moving chute 52 is moved upward by the moving arm 53 and then horizontally in the opposite direction (the direction opposite to the arrow X direction shown in FIG. 1). Moved back to original position.
[0044]
This operation is repeated as necessary, and the sachets 11 are automatically and continuously adhered to the inner surface of the packaging bag 5.
