Description
Kukdo Chemical Co., Ltd.製のビスフェノール−Aをベースとしたエポキシ樹脂(前記式1:R’=CH3)700kgを150℃で加熱して溶融させる。溶融したビスフェノール−Aをベースとしたエポキシ樹脂に、下記〔化7〕の式3に示されるメトキシ基シリコーン中間体300kgを加える。この混合物を150℃を超える温度で6〜12時間加熱し、追加量の生成物を得る。
本発明において用いるメトキシ基シリコーン中間体の比重は1.120〜1.140、粘度は50〜100cp(25℃で)、メトキシ含量は14.0〜16.0重量%である。

RE樹脂II:カルボキシポリエステル(平均酸価=50±3)
H−3842:変性ジシアンアミド
レベリング剤:アクリル樹脂をベースとしたレベリング剤
2MI:2−メチル−イミダゾール
第1の組成物は、主成分として本発明のシリコーン変性エポキシ樹脂(KSR−1000)と、硬化剤としてH−3842とを含む。第3の組成物は、主成分として非変性のビスフェノール−Aをベースとしたエポキシ樹脂と、硬化剤としてH−3842とを含む。
Claims (5)
- 前記工程(a)において、前記ビスフェノールエポキシ樹脂を50℃〜150℃で加熱する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)において、反応物質の総重量に基づいて、前記メトキシ基シリコーン中間体を5〜50重量%添加する請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記工程(c)において、前記混合物を150℃〜200℃で加熱する請求項2記載の方法。
