Claims (10)
- 一組の溶接パラメータについて溶融池の幅、深さ及び形状を時間と相関させるために、金属合金からなる塊体(20)の表面(24)における溶融池(26)の発達を経時的に測定する段階、
金属合金からなる部品(10)の表面(14)の欠陥を除去し、欠陥の除去によって、上記測定段階で時間と相関させた溶融池の幅、深さ及び形状と実質的に同一の幅、深さ及び形状を有する空洞(32)を表面(14)に形成する段階、
空洞(32)とほぼ同一の幅、深さ及び形状を有する溶加材インサート(30)を、その外表面(34)の空洞(32)の表面に対応する部分が空洞(32)の表面と近接して並ぶように、空洞(32)内に配置する段階、次いで
溶加材インサート(30)を溶融させて空洞(32)を充填した金属接合溶接補修部が形成するように、溶加材インサート(30)を上記溶接パラメータ組を用いて、上記測定段階で相関させた時間加熱する段階
を含む、溶接補修法。 - 前記加熱段階において、溶融フロント(38)が、溶加材インサート(30)を通して溶加材インサート(30)の外表面(34)に向かって広がり、溶加材インサート(30)の外表面(34)全体にほぼ同時に到達する、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 前記加熱段階において、部品(10)の空洞(32)表面下の部分(40)も溶融され、該部分(40)が実質的に均一な厚さを有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の溶接補修法。
- 前記測定段階及び加熱段階がアーク溶接機(23、43)又は高エネルギービームで実施される、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 部品(10)の金属合金が超合金である、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 前記測定段階が、前記溶接パラメータ組について複数の溶融池の幅、深さ及び形状を複数の時間と相関させる段階を含む、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 溶加材インサート(30)が、前記溶接パラメータ組に関する複数の溶融池の幅、深さ及び形状に略等しい幅、深さ及び形状をもつように形成された複数の溶加材インサート(30)のうちの1つであり、当該方法が、複数の溶加材インサート(30)から溶加材インサート(30)を選択する段階をさらに含む、請求項6記載の溶接補修法。
- 溶加材インサート(30)が、部品(10)の金属合金よりも延性の高い及び/又は部品(10)の金属合金よりも溶融温度の低い第二の金属合金からなる、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 前記測定段階が、複数の金属合金に対して複数組の溶接パラメータに関する溶融池の幅、深さ及び形状を時間と相関させるために、複数の金属合金について溶融池(26)の発達を経時的に測定する段階を含む、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
- 部品(10)の金属合金が超合金ガスタービンエンジン部品であって鋳造品又は鍛造品である、請求項1記載の溶接補修法。
