Description
a)欠陥指標が第1の時点で1つの基準値に設定されるステップと、
b)予め決められた早期の時点の欠陥指標と、少なくとも1つの信号依存性の量を考慮して物理量に対する評価値から演繹された第1の量とから合計が形成されるステップと、
c)欠陥指標は、前記合計が基準値よりも大きい場合に合計の値に、かつ前記合計が基準値よりも小さいかまたは等しい場合に基準値に設定されるステップと、によって形成されることによって解決される。

Claims (9)
- 予め決められた時点でセンサによって測定される少なくとも1つの信号によって表される物理量から演繹できる冷凍設備内の非測定物理量を評価するための欠陥指標が所定の値に到ったときアラームを発生するシステムであって、
前記欠陥指標が、
a)第1の時点で1つの基準値に設定されるステップと、
b)予め決められた早期の時点の欠陥指標と、「前記冷凍設備が欠陥なしの運転条件で運転された場合での現在時点における理想的な非測定物理量」と「現在時点の前記少なくとも1つの信号によって表される物理量」との差である残余に基づき算定される「現在時点の欠陥指標」との合計を計算するステップと、
c)前記合計が前記基準値よりも大きい場合には前記欠陥指標を前記合計の値に、前記合計が前記基準値よりも小さいかまたは等しい場合に前記欠陥指標を前記基準値に設定するステップと
によって決定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基準値が零であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの信号によって表される物理量が前記冷凍設備の熱交換器内の冷媒の物理量であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器内の冷媒の物理量が、該冷媒の前記熱交換器内での熱移動量であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記h Ref,in が、それぞれセンサによって測定される前記膨張弁入口での冷媒の温度と圧力から決定されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記h Ref,out が、それぞれセンサによって測定される前記熱交換器出口での冷媒の温度と圧力から決定されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
