Description
Claims (10)
- 液体組成物を保持するように構成され、かつ多数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された供給トレイであって、各ウェルが、開放頂部および開放底部を有する中空の部材から形成され、前記底部が、底部に取り付けられた透過性障壁を有し、供給トレイが、
支持表面と、
前記支持表面を囲むように前記支持表面を取り囲む壁と、
前記壁が前記支持表面から延びるのと実質的に同じ方向に、前記支持表面から延びる複数の突出部と、
フィルタプレートのウェルを位置決めする誘導手段とを備えており、
各前記突出部は、フィルタプレートが供給トレイ上に位置決めされたとき、該フィルタプレートの1つから4つのウェルに近接して位置し、
前記誘導手段は、フィルタプレートが供給トレイから取り外されるとき、垂れた液滴が、ウェルに隣接する突出部に接触し、障壁の底部表面から降りる液滴が全て、突出部によって供給トレイに戻るように誘導すべく、フィルタプレートのウェルを位置決めするものであって、該誘導手段は、供給トレイの壁に形成され、供給トレイにフィルタプレートを位置決めするように、フィルタプレートに形成された位置合わせピンと相互作用する凹部から成る、前記供給トレイ。 - 前記壁が、外側表面を含み、該外側表面が、多孔膜の形態の透過性障壁が取り付けられた筒状形状の中空の部材から形成された、少なくとも1つのウェルを有するマルチウェルフィルタプレートを支持するように構成され、各前記多孔膜が、前記支持表面の上の空洞体積に延びる、請求項1に記載の供給トレイ。
- 前記突出部が、支柱、ディンプル、円錐、および角錐から成る一群から選択される、請求項1に記載の供給トレイ。
- 前記突出部が、支柱、ディンプル、円錐、および角錐から成る一群から選択される、請求項2に記載の供給トレイ。
- 供給トレイの支持表面が、該支持表面を横切って延びる1つまたは複数のバッフルを含む、請求項1に記載の供給トレイ。
- 供給トレイが、1つまたは複数のバッフルを含み、バッフルが、波形エレメント、曲線エレメント、直線エレメント、および十字形エレメントからなる一群から選択される形状を有する、請求項1に記載の供給トレイ。
- 一つまたは複数のバッフルは、供給トレイの壁に接していない、請求項5または6に記載の供給トレイ。
- 供給トレイが、2つまたは複数のバッフルを含む、請求項1に記載の供給トレイ。
- 請求項1に記載の供給トレイと、前記供給トレイによって支持されたマルチウェルフィルタプレートとを備える、マルチウェル検査装置であって、
前記マルチウェルフィルタプレートが、プレートから延びる複数のウェルを備え、各前記ウェルが、(a)2つの開口部を有する中空の部材であって、一方の開口部が前記プレートから延びる中空の部材と、(b)前記プレートから延びる前記開口部の周りに固定された透過性障壁とを備え、
前記ウェルの透過性障壁は、前記供給トレイの空洞体積内に配置されるようになっており、
前記マルチウェルフィルタプレートが更に、誘導手段を備えており、該誘導手段は、マルチウェルフィルタプレートが供給トレイから取り外されるとき、垂れた液滴が、ウェルに隣接する供給トレイの突出部に接触し、障壁の底部表面から降りる液滴が全て、突出部によって供給トレイに戻るように誘導すべく、ウェルを位置決めするものであって、前記マルチウェルフィルタプレートの誘導手段は、プレートに形成され、供給トレイにマルチウェルフィルタプレートを位置決めするように供給トレイの壁の凹部と相互作用する位置合わせピンから成る、マルチウェル検査装置。 - 前記壁が、外側表面を含み、該外側表面が、多孔膜の形態の透過性障壁が取り付けられた筒状部材から形成された複数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成され、各前記多孔膜が、前記支持表面の空洞体積を延びる、請求項9に記載の検査装置。
