Description
Claims (12)
- 液体組成物を保持するように構成され、かつ開放頂部および開放底部と、底部に結合された多孔膜とを有する多数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された、供給トレイであって、
液体を導入することができ、かつ液体を除去することのできる下方エリアを形成する、傾斜つき支持表面と、
前記傾斜つき表面を囲むために、前記傾斜つき表面を取り囲む壁とを備え、
前記傾斜つき支持表面が、前記壁から支持表面サブセクションに連結された排水路に向けてそれぞれ傾斜した、複数の支持表面サブセクションを備える、供給トレイ。 - 液体組成物を保持するように構成され、かつ開放頂部と、多孔膜が結合された開放底部とを有する多数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された、供給トレイであって、
液体を除去することができる排出エリアと、液体を供給することができる導入エリアとを有する、傾斜つき支持表面を備え、
前記傾斜つき支持表面が、前記導入エリアから前記排出エリアへ液体の排出を行うように傾斜し、供給トレイがさらに、
前記傾斜つき表面を囲むように前記傾斜つき表面を取り囲む壁を備え、
前記傾斜つき支持表面が、前記壁から支持表面サブセクションに連結された排水路に向けてそれぞれ傾斜した、複数の支持表面サブセクションを備える、供給トレイ。 - 前記壁が、多孔膜が取り付けられた筒状部材から形成される少なくとも1つのウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された外側表面を含み、各前記多孔膜が、前記支持表面の上の空洞体積に延びる、請求項1または2に記載の供給トレイ。
- 前記支持表面から前記壁が延びる方向と実質的に同じ方向に、前記支持表面から延びる多数の突出部を含み、前記突出部が、前記突出部が前記ウェル内の前記液体を押しのけることを可能にする長さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の供給トレイ。
- 前記突出部が支柱である、請求項4に記載の供給トレイ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の供給トレイと、前記供給トレイの壁によって支持されたマルチウェルフィルタプレートとを備えるマルチウェル検査装置であって、
前記マルチウェルフィルタプレートが、プレートから延びる多数のウェルを備え、各前記ウェルが、(a)開口部を有しかつ前記プレートから延びる部材と、(b)前記開口部の周りに固定された多孔膜とを備え、
前記ウェルの多孔膜が、前記供給プレートの空洞体積に配置され、
前記マルチウェルフィルタが、前記供給トレイに液体を導入する第1アクセスホールと、前記供給トレイから液体を回収する第2アクセスホールとを含む、マルチウェル検査装置。 - 前記壁が、開放頂部および開放底部を有する複数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された外側表面を含み、多孔膜が開放底部に結合され、各前記多孔膜が、前記支持表面の上の空洞体積に延びる、請求項6に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
- 前記壁が、開放頂部および開放底部を有する複数のウェルを有するフィルタプレートを支持するように構成された外側表面を含み、多孔膜が開放底部に結合され、各前記多孔膜が、前記支持表面の上の空洞体積に延びる、請求項6に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
- 前記供給トレイが、前記支持表面から前記壁が延びる方向と実質的に同じ方向に、前記支持表面から延びる多数の突出部を含み、前記突出部が、前記突出部が前記壁内で液体を押しのけることを可能にする長さを有する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
- 供給トレイが、1つまたは複数のバッフルを含む、請求項6に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
- 供給トレイが、1つまたは複数のバッフルを含み、バッフルが、波形エレメント、曲線エレメント、直線エレメント、および十字形エレメントからなる一群から選択される形状を有する、請求項6に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
- 供給トレイが、2つ以上のバッフルを含む、請求項6に記載のマルチウェル検査装置。
