Claims (11)
- 光信号を入出力し、一側面が所定の角度で傾斜するように研磨された光ファイバーと、
前記光ファイバーを位置させるための溝が上部に形成されるとともに、該溝と直交方向に設けられ、かつ、前記溝に位置した前記光ファイバーの傾斜面と実質的に同一方向に傾斜するようにスロットが形成された基板と、
前記スロットに挿入される波長分配器フィルターと、
該挿入された波長分配器フィルター上に位置するように前記基板上に配置され、前記波長分配器フィルターから光信号を受信するフォトダイオードと、
前記光ファイバーに対向するように位置し、光信号を送信するレーザダイオードを有するTO−CANと、
U字型の形状を呈し、前記光ファイバー、前記基板、及び前記TO−CANを実装する単一ハウジングと、
を具備し、
前記波長分配器フィルターは、その上部が前記基板の上面から突出しないように前記スロット内に配置され、
前記単一ハウジングには、前記基板を安定して付着させるための安着部が形成された
ことを特徴とする双方向光送受信器。 - 前記基板は、シリコン光学ベンチからなること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記基板は、光導波路を有するPLC基板からなること
を特徴とする請求項1の記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記光ファイバーは、前記単一ハウジングの一側面に支持ホルダーによって固定され、TO−CANは、前記単一ハウジングの他側面に固定ホルダーによって固定されること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記単一ハウジングの両側面には、前記支持ホルダーと固定ホルダーを貫通して結合するための少なくとも一つ以上の結合孔部が形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記TO−CANと前記光ファイバーとの間には、アイソレータが配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記波長分配器フィルターは、ブラッグ格子を含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 一端が所定の角度に研磨された傾斜面を有する光ファイバーと、
上部に形成されたV-溝及びスロットを有し、前記V-溝に前記光ファイバーを位置させる基板と、
前記光ファイバーの傾斜面と実質的に同一の方向に傾斜する方向で、かつ、前記基板の前記V-溝と直角方向をなすように、前記基板の前記スロットに挿入される波長分配器フィルターと、
該挿入された波長分配器フィルター上に位置するように前記基板上に配置され、前記波長分配器フィルターから光信号を受信するフォトダイオードと、
前記光ファイバーに対向するように位置し、前記V-溝を貫通して光信号を伝送するレーザダイオードと、
U字型の形状を呈し、前記光ファイバー、前記基板、及び前記レーザーダイオードを実装する単一ハウジングと、
前記光ファイバーが固定される支持ホルダーを貫通させて結合するために、前記単一ハウジングの一側面に形成された第1の結合孔部と、
前記レーザーが固定される固定ホルダーを貫通させて結合するために、前記単一ハウジングの他の一側面に形成された第2の結合孔部と、
を具備し、
前記波長分配器フィルターは、その上部が前記基板の上面から突出しないように前記スロット内に配置され、
前記単一ハウジングの前記各側面の間には、前記基板を安定して付着させるための安着部が形成された
ことを特徴とする双方向光送受信器。 - 前記レーザーダイオードと前記基板との間に配置されたアイソレータをさらに含むこと
を特徴とする請求項8記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記波長分配器フィルターは、ブラッグ格子を含むこと
を特徴とする請求項8記載の双方向光送受信器。 - 前記レーザーダイオードは、前記TO−CANに実装されていること
を特徴とする請求項8記載の双方向光送受信器。
