Description
この実施態様の溶接用裏当て材1は、鉄筋5,5を突合せ溶接する際に用いる溶接用裏当て材1であって、前記鉄筋5,5を取り囲むように配置される略U字形状のセラミック製の本体2と、該本体2の内周面26に塗布した砂鉄層3とを備えたものである。
この実施態様の裏当て材100は、前記本体2の内周面26に、溶接位置に対応した所定幅の凹部溝101を形成し、該凹部溝101に、前記砂鉄層3を形成したものである。

Claims (6)
- 鉄筋等を突合せ溶接する際に用いる溶接用裏当て材であって、
前記鉄筋等を取り囲むように配置される略U字形状のセラミック製の本体と
該本体の内周面に塗布した砂鉄層とを備えた
溶接用裏当て材。 - 前記砂鉄層に、クロム材を加えた
請求項1記載の溶接用裏当て材。 - 前記砂鉄層を、前記内周面の全面に形成した
請求項1又は2記載の溶接用裏当て材。 - 前記本体の内周面に、溶接位置に対応した所定幅の凹部溝を形成し、
該凹部溝に、前記砂鉄層を形成した
請求項1又は2記載の溶接用裏当て材。 - 前記本体の開口側端面に、鉄筋等の開先間隔の目印となるガイド部を設けた
請求項1〜4記載の溶接用裏当て材。 - 前記本体に、溶接後に破壊を容易にする切欠部を設けた
