Description
請求項1記載の発明の要旨は、内部両側にパイプ(1)の挿入深さを制限する係止段部(12)が形成され、この係止段部(12)の両側でパイプ(1)の外径より大きく拡径され、入口(14)側へ向かってしだいに減少する内径及び内部形状を有する連結管(10)と;前記連結管(10)の入口(14)側の内部に圧縮状態に挿入されるスナップリング(30)と;前記連結管(10)の拡管部(16)内に気密に設けられるパッキング部材(20)と;前記連結管(10)の入口(14)側に挿入され、円周方向には、パイプ(1)との接触面に鋸歯突起(42a)が形成された複数の固定ジョー(42)が結合され、外周面の一部には、前記スナップリング(30)の離間部(32)より小さい幅を有する係止突起(44)が形成され、該係止突起(44)は鋸歯状であり、各単位鋸歯は傾斜面(44a)と垂直面(44b)からなり、該係止突起(44)が前記スナップリング(30)の内側端に係止される前記ジョーカップリング(40)と;前記ジョーカップリング(40)とパッキング部材(20)との間に介在される弾性部材(50)とを含んで構成されることを特徴とするパイプカップリングに存する。

Claims (2)
- 内部両側にパイプ(1)の挿入深さを制限する係止段部(12)が形成され、この係止段部(12)の両側でパイプ(1)の外径より大きく拡径され、入口(14)側へ向かってしだいに減少する内径及び内部形状を有する連結管(10)と;
前記連結管(10)の入口(14)側の内部に圧縮状態に挿入されるスナップリング(30)と;
前記連結管(10)の拡管部(16)内に気密に設けられるパッキング部材(20)と;
前記連結管(10)の入口(14)側に挿入され、円周方向には、パイプ(1)との接触面に鋸歯突起(42a)が形成された複数の固定ジョー(42)が結合され、外周面の一部には、前記スナップリング(30)の離間部(32)より小さい幅を有する係止突起(44)が形成され、該係止突起(44)は鋸歯状であり、各単位鋸歯は傾斜面(44a)と垂直面(44b)からなり、該係止突起(44)が前記スナップリング(30)の内側端に係止される前記ジョーカップリング(40)と;
前記ジョーカップリング(40)とパッキング部材(20)との間に介在される弾性部材(50)とを含んで構成されることを特徴とするパイプカップリング。 - 内部には軸方向に貫通孔(62)が形成され、この貫通孔(62)の両側にパイプ(1)の挿入深さを制限する係止段部(64)が形成された中央連結管(60)と;
前記中央連結管(60)と連通できるように両側にそれぞれ結合され、パイプ(1)が貫通する内部空間が、中央連結管(60)側から入口(72)側へ向かってしだいに減少する内径及び内部形状を有するサイド連結管(70)と;
前記中央連結管(60)とサイド連結管(70)との間に介在されるパッキング部材(80)と;
前記各サイド連結管(70)の入口(72)側の内部に圧縮状態に挿入されるスナップリング(90)と;
前記各サイド連結管(70)の入口(72)側に挿入され、円周方向には、パイプ(1)との接触面に鋸歯突起(102a)が形成された複数の固定ジョー(102)が結合され、外周面の一部には、前記スナップリング(90)の離間部(92)より小さい幅を有する係止突起(104)が形成され、該係止突起(104)は鋸歯状であり、各単位鋸歯は傾斜面(104a)と垂直面(104b)からなり、該係止突起(104)がスナップリング(90)の内部に係止されるジョーカップリング(100)と;
前記各サイド連結管(70)の中央連結管(60)側垂直内壁(66)とジョーカップリング(100)との間に介在される弾性部材(110)と含んで構成されることを特徴とするパイプカップリング。
