Claims (6)
- アルカリ灰を原料として熱水中又は水蒸気中で硫黄と反応させて生成した多硫化物(但し、Sx(x=2〜12))を主成分とし、重金属を含有する被処理物に混合することによって重金属を固定化して被処理物からの溶出を防止することを特徴とする重金属固定化処理剤。
- 反応装置内で原料となるアルカリ灰と硫黄とを混合し、原料となるアルカリ灰中のカルシウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、又はマグネシウムと硫黄を熱水中又は水蒸気中で反応させて生成した重金属と反応して固定化する重金属固定化処理剤。
- 反応装置内で原料となるアルカリ灰と硫黄とを混合し、原料となるアルカリ灰中のカルシウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、又はマグネシウムと硫黄を熱水中又は水蒸気中で反応させて生成する重金属と反応して固定化する重金属固定化処理剤の製造方法。
- 反応装置内で原料となるアルカリ灰と硫黄とを混合し、原料となるアルカリ灰中のカルシウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、又はマグネシウムと硫黄を熱水中又は水蒸気中で反応させて重金属固定化処理剤を生成し、この重金属固定化処理剤を用いて原料とは異なるアルカリ灰中の重金属を固定化する重金属固定化処理方法。
- 前記反応中又は反応後に、石、粘土、真砂、又は灰を混入することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の重金属固定化処理方法。
- 反応装置内で廃棄物としてのアルカリ灰の一部と硫黄とを混合し、このアルカリ灰中のカルシウム、カリウム、ナトリウム、又はマグネシウムと硫黄を熱水中又は水蒸気中で反応させて重金属固定化処理剤を生成し、この重金属固定化処理剤を用いて残りのアルカリ灰中の重金属を固定化する重金属固定化処理方法。
