Description
前記テルミット溶接用端子を、前記挿入孔の内部端が前記テルミット溶接装置の外部に位置するように配置することを特徴とする。
前記テルミット溶接部と前記挿入孔との間に挿入孔の軸方向に一定の間隔の前記テルミット溶接用端子の一部分が存在することを特徴とする。
しかし、仮に導体12の先端部がルツボ17内に位置した場合でも、テルミット溶接後、前記挿入孔4の内部端16とテルミット溶接用端子1の溶接部側の一端との間の、溶融されなかった部分が前記挿入孔4の軸方向に所定幅の間隔を保持していれば、同様に本発明の目的は達せられる。

Claims (6)
- 溶接部を形成するためのテルミット溶接装置と、一端に開口して内部に至る挿入孔と他端近傍にテルミット溶接部とを有するテルミット溶接用端子とを用いたテルミット溶接において、
前記テルミット溶接用端子を、前記挿入孔の内部端が前記テルミット溶接装置の外部に位置するように配置することを特徴とするテルミット溶接方法。 - テルミット溶接において溶接部を形成するためにテルミット溶接装置内に配置される一端側のテルミット溶接部と、他端側に開口して内部端に至る挿入孔とを有するテルミット溶接用端子であって、
前記テルミット溶接部と前記挿入孔の間に挿入孔の軸方向に一定の間隔の前記テルミット溶接用端子の一部分が存在することを特徴とするテルミット溶接用端子。 - 前記テルミット溶接部と挿入孔とは、挿入孔の軸方向と直交する断面について、同一の断面上に存在しないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のテルミット溶接用端子。
- ほぼ半円柱形状の外形を有する請求項2又は3に記載のテルミット溶接用端子。
- 前記挿入孔の開口端近傍は、開口端に向かって直径が拡大するような面取りがなされている請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載のテルミット溶接用端子。
- アルミ青銅系の合金の単一材製である請求項2ないし5のいずれかに記載のテルミット溶接用端子。
