Claims (5)
- 第1のポート、第2のポート、および第3のポートを有し、前記第2のポートが前記第1のポートまたは前記第3のポートのいずれかに連通するように切り換える切換弁装置であって、
往復移動可能な移動弁体と、
前記移動弁体が一方の移動端にあるときに、前記移動弁体の移動路の一部を流路の一部とし前記第2のポートと前記第1のポートとを連通するように設けられた、第1の流路と、
前記移動弁体が他方の移動端にあるときに、前記移動弁体に設けられた内部流路を流路の一部とし前記第2のポートと前記第3のポートとを連通するように設けられた、第2の流路と、
前記移動弁体を前記一方の移動端側に付勢する付勢部材と、を有し、
前記移動弁体には、前記内部流路における前記第3のポート側から前記第2のポート側への流れのみを許容する第1のチェック弁が設けられ、
前記第3のポートに流体圧が加えられたときに、前記流体圧によって前記移動弁体が前記他方の移動端に移動して前記第1の流路を閉じ、前記第1の流路が閉じられた後に前記第1のチェック弁が開となって前記第2の流路を開けるように構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする切換弁装置。 - 外部から供給される圧流体を遮断するための遮断弁が一体的に設けられ、
前記遮断弁の流入側が第4のポートとして設けられ、

前記チューブの他端を閉じる第2のカバーと、
前記チューブおよび前記第1のカバーの内部を軸方向に往復移動可能な移動弁体と、
前記移動弁体が前記第2のカバー側の移動端にあるときに、前記移動弁体の移動路の一部を流路の一部とし前記第2のポートと前記第1のポートとを連通するように設けられた、第1の流路と、
前記移動弁体が前記第1のカバー側の移動端にあるときに、前記移動弁体に設けられた内部流路を流路の一部とし前記第2のポートと前記第3のポートとを連通するように設けられた、第2の流路と、
前記移動弁体を前記2のカバー側に付勢するバネ部材と、を有し、
前記移動弁体は、
前記第1のカバー側の移動端に設けられた弁座に当接して前記第1の流路を閉じるポペット弁体と、
前記ポペット弁体と一体に設けられて前記内部流路における前記第3のポート側から前記第2のポート側への流れのみを許容する第1のチェック弁と、を有し、
常時は前記バネ部材の付勢によって前記ポペット弁体が前記弁座から離れて前記第1の流路が開かれており、
前記第3のポートに流体圧が加えられたときに、前記流体圧により前記移動弁体が移動し前記ポペット弁体が前記弁座に当接して前記第1の流路を閉じ、前記第1の流路が閉じられた後に前記第1のチェック弁が開となって前記第2の流路を開けるように構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする切換弁装置。 - 請求項2または3記載の切換弁装置と、
往動駆動するために設けられた、第1のシリンダ室および前記第1のシリンダ室よりも大きな有効受圧面積を有する第2のシリンダ室を備えた、復動型の流体圧シリンダと、
前記流体圧シリンダに供給するための流体を収容するタンクと、
を備え、
