Description

【0001】

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the lock levers of the front and rear both-side lock mechanisms are coupled by an interlocking mechanism, and the lock release handles simultaneously operate to unlock the lock levers of the front and rear both-side lock mechanisms via the interlocking mechanism. Is provided.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the second aspect, as an opening locking means for fixing the door to the cabin main body at the open position, a striker is provided on the outer surface of the cabin main body, while the door is engaged with the striker. And an opening lock mechanism having a lock lever for holding the lock member in the engagement position, and the lock lever of the opening lock mechanism includes a lock lever of both front and rear lock mechanisms of the closing lock means, It is connected to the interlocking mechanism so that the unlocking operation is interlocked.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, since the door is evenly locked on both the front and rear sides by the closing locking means, the entire door can be securely fixed to the cabin body, and there is no possibility of the door flapping in the closed position even during work involving vibration.
[0014]
Moreover, since the locking members of the front and rear locking mechanisms engage with the striker on the cabin body side and the door is fixed in a state of being pulled inside the cabin, the door is brought into close contact with the cabin body (edge of the entrance / exit) A stable fixed state without flapping can be obtained.
[0015]
By the way, since the door opening / closing handle, which is a power point when the door is closed, is provided on the front side, the engagement of the front lock member and the striker close to this power point is surely performed by a sufficient operation force. On the other hand, since the operating force does not directly reach the rear side far from the power point, there is a possibility that the engagement action between the lock member and the striker may not be smoothly performed due to slight bending of the door.
[0016]
In this respect, as described above, the entire door is attracted inward by the attraction force of the front side lock member and the striker, so that the door rear side lock member is smoothly and reliably engaged with the striker by this door attraction action. .
[0017]
On the other hand, according to the configuration of the second aspect, the operation force of one lock release handle is transmitted to the lock mechanisms on both the front and rear sides by the interlocking mechanism and unlocked at the same time, so that the lock release operation is simplified.
[0018]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the locking mechanism of the opening locking means for fixing the door in the open position is connected to the interlocking mechanism of the closing locking means, and the opening lock is released by the same unlocking handle. Thus, there is no need to provide an unlocking means exclusively for opening. For this reason, the unlocking structure of the entire door is simple and small, and the cost is low, and there is no possibility of operating the closing lock and the opening lock by mistake.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0020]
In FIG. 1, 11 is a cabin body, 12 is a door that opens and closes the entrance / exit of the cabin body 11, and this door 12 is a pair of links 15 that rotate in the front-rear direction about vertical shafts 13 and 14 as in the prior art. , 16 are supported on both the upper and lower sides, and the link 15, 16 moves between a closed position shown by a solid line in FIG. 1 and an open position shown by a two-dot chain line. In FIG. 1, 17 is a cabin front window, and 18 is an opening / closing handle for door opening / closing operation.
[0021]
As a closing lock means for locking the door 12 in the closed position, a front lock mechanism 19 is provided at the front end portion and a rear lock mechanism 20 is provided at the rear end portion in the intermediate portion in the height direction of the door 12, and the cabin body 11. A gate-shaped front striker 21 is provided at the front edge, and a rear striker 22 is provided at the rear edge.
[0022]
Further, as an opening lock means for locking the door 12 in the open position, the opening lock mechanism 23 at the rear end of the intermediate portion in the height direction of the door 12 is provided below the closing rear lock mechanism 20, and the entrance / exit in the cabin body 11. A gate-shaped opening striker 24 is provided on each outer side surface behind the mouth.
[0023]
Both the closing and opening locking means (lock mechanisms 19, 20, 23 and strikers 21, 22, 24) have the same configuration, and basically perform the same locking / releasing action.
[0024]
The configuration and operation of this locking means will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0025]
The lock mechanisms 19, 20, and 23 include a lock member 26 that rotates around a vertical lock center shaft 25, a lock lever 27 that holds the lock member 26 in the lock position, and the lock member 26 in the original position shown in FIG. And a second helical spring 29 for urging the lock lever 27 toward the lock position shown in FIG.
[0026]
The locking member 26 is provided with a bifurcated engaging portion 26a, and a stepped locking portion 26b is provided at a position spaced from the engaging portion 26a in the circumferential direction by a predetermined angle. 27a is engaged with and disengaged from the locking portion 26b.
[0027]
FIG. 2 shows a state before locking, and the locking member 26 is in a posture in which the engaging portion 26 a faces the strikers 21, 22 and 24. At this time, the stopper portion 27 a of the lock lever 27 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the lock member 26.
[0028]
When the door 12 is closed (or opened) from this state, the engaging portions 26a of the lock member 26 are engaged with the strikers 21, 22, and 24 as shown in FIG. When rotated, the lock lever 27 rotates about the lever shaft 30 and the stopper portion 27a is engaged with the engagement portion 26a of the lock member 26 as shown in FIG.
[0029]
As a result, the lock member 26 is held in a state where the strikers 21, 22, and 24 are bitten, and the door 12 is locked in the closed position (or open position).
[0030]
As described above, the locking mechanisms 19 and 20 for closing and the strikers 21 and 22 that engage with the locking mechanisms 19 and 20 are provided on both front and rear sides of the door 12, and the door 12 is locked evenly on the front and rear sides. Thus, the entire door 12 can be fixed to the cabin body 11 without flapping.
[0031]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the lock member 26 is engaged with the strikers 21, 22, and 24, so that the entire lock mechanisms 19, 20, and 23 are attracted toward the inside of the cabin (see FIG. 4). α indicates this amount of attraction).
[0032]
Since this attractive force acts on the entire door 12 through the lock mechanisms 19 and 20, the door 12 is firmly fixed by the cabin main body 11 in the door closed state, and there is no possibility of the door 12 flapping even during work with intense vibration. .
[0033]
Further, when the door is closed, the rear side of the door is attracted inward by the pulling force to the inside of the cabin acting on the front locking mechanism 19 (door front side) close to the opening / closing handle 18 shown in FIG. The rear side locking mechanism 20 far from the rear side engages with the rear side striker 22 smoothly and reliably.
[0034]
The door lock by each lock mechanism 19, 20, 23 can be released by rotating the lock lever 27 clockwise from the state of FIG. 4 and removing the stopper portion 27a from the locking portion 26b.
[0035]
An unlocking mechanism for unlocking the lock mechanisms 19, 20, and 23 collectively will be described with reference to FIG.
[0036]
At the middle of the door 12 in the height direction, a lock release handle 31 that is operated in a state where the operator is seated in the driver's seat is attached to the front so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction around the intermediate support shaft 32. The operation force of the release handle 31 is transmitted to the closing front and rear both-side locking mechanisms 19 and 20 and the opening locking mechanism 23 through a link-type interlocking mechanism 33.
[0037]
The interlock mechanism 33 includes a relay link 35 attached to an intermediate portion in the front-rear direction so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction about a shaft 34, and a transmission plate attached to the rear portion so as to be rotatable in a vertical direction about the shaft 36. 37, a first connecting link 38 that connects the lower end of the unlocking handle 31 and the lower part of the relay link 35, the upper end of the relay link 35, and the lock lever 27 of the closing front locking mechanism 19 (not shown in FIG. 5). (The same applies to the other lock mechanisms 20 and 23), the third link 40 for connecting the lower end of the relay link 35 and the power point portion of the transmission plate 37, and the transmission plate 37. A fourth connecting link 41 that connects one of the operating point portions and the lock lever 27 of the closing rear locking mechanism 20, and a fourth connecting link that connects the other operating point portion and the locking lever 27 of the opening locking mechanism 23. It consists of a connecting link 42.
[0038]
With this configuration, when the unlocking handle 31 is operated rearward as indicated by a two-dot chain line in a state in which the door 12 is closed and locked, this operating force is transmitted to the relay link 35, the transmission plate 37, and each connection. It is simultaneously transmitted as a force in the unlocking direction to the lock lever 27 of each lock mechanism 19, 20, 23 via the links 38 to 42, and the lock of each lock mechanism 19, 20, 23 is released.
[0039]
Note that the interlocking mechanism 33 is held at the unlocking position of the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5 even when the hand is released from the unlocking handle 31.
[0040]
2 to 4, even if the lock lever 27 is rotated clockwise from the locked state shown in FIG. 4 to release the lock member 26 by the unlocking operation. The lock member 26 still remains engaged with the strikers 21, 22, and 24, but returns to the original position shown in FIG. 2 when the door 12 is operated in the opening direction or the closing direction.
[0041]
As described above, since the lock mechanisms 19 and 20 for closing can be simultaneously unlocked by operating one lock release handle 31, the unlocking operation is simplified.
[0042]
Moreover, since the opening lock mechanism 23 can be unlocked by operating the same handle 31, it is not necessary to provide an unlocking means exclusively for opening. For this reason, the unlocking structure is simple and small, the cost is low, and there is no possibility that the closing lock and the opening lock are mistakenly operated unlike the case where separate handles are provided.
[0043]
By the way, the lock mechanisms 19, 20, and 23 are not limited to those exemplified in the above embodiment, and various structures (having a function of attracting the door 12 to the cabin inside when locked) can be widely used.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the door is closed and the front and rear sides are evenly locked by the closing locking means, the entire door can be securely fixed to the cabin body, and the door can be used even during work involving vibration. There is no risk of flapping in the closed position.
[0045]
Moreover, since the locking member of the locking mechanism in the closing locking means engages with the striker and attracts the door to the inside of the cabin, the door can be brought into close contact with the cabin main body, and a stable fixed state without flapping can be obtained.
[0046]
In addition, because the entire door is pulled inward by the pulling force of the locking member and striker of the front locking mechanism, the locking member of the door rear locking mechanism that is far from the opening / closing handle, which is the power point of the opening / closing operation, is smoothly and reliably attached to the striker. Engage with.
[0047]
On the other hand, according to the invention of claim 2, since the operation force of one lock release handle is transmitted to the lock mechanisms on both the front and rear sides by the interlocking mechanism and unlocked at the same time, the lock release operation is simplified.
[0048]
According to the invention of claim 3, the locking mechanism of the opening locking means for fixing the door in the open position is connected to the interlocking mechanism of the closing locking means, and the opening lock is released by the same unlocking handle. Thus, there is no need to provide an unlocking means exclusively for opening. For this reason, the structure of the unlocking means is simple and small, the cost can be reduced, and there is no possibility of operating the closing lock and the opening lock by mistake.
