そして、これに過硫酸カリウムを添加することにより、上記組成物がゲル化し、3mm角の角型に成形される。この担体14A、14A…の充填率としては、たとえば30%とできる。

水 59.75部
過硫酸カリウムの添加により上記組成でゲル化させ、3mmの角型に成形し、亜硝酸生成槽14に30%充填して使用した。その他の槽には板状不織布を30%充填すると共に、活性汚泥を4000mg/L投入し、汚泥を不織布に付着させて馴養した。活性汚泥中の総菌数は2.45×10cells/cm3 であった。
亜硝酸生成槽14の滞留時間 12時間
嫌気性アンモニア酸化槽16の滞留時間 8時間
硝化槽18の滞留時間 12時間
返送率 300%
この条件で処理した結果、処理水のアンモニア性窒素が30mg/L以下であり、T−Nが60mg/L以下である結果を得ることができた。
Claims (4)
- 有機物を除去する無酸素槽と、
亜硝酸を生成させる亜硝酸生成槽と、
亜硝酸とアンモニアから嫌気的に脱窒させる嫌気性アンモニア酸化槽と、
前記嫌気性アンモニア酸化槽の処理液中に残存するアンモニアを酸化させる硝化槽と、 前記硝化槽の処理液の一部を前記無酸素槽に循環させる返送ラインと、
を備えてなることを特徴とする廃水処理装置。 - 前記硝化槽の処理液中に残存する亜硝酸及び硝酸を脱窒させる脱窒槽を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1の廃水処理装置。
- 前記無酸素槽の処理水の一部を前記嫌気性アンモニア酸化槽に流入させるバイパスラインを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の廃水処理装置。
- 無酸素槽において廃水中の有機物を除去して第1の処理水を生成し、
該第1の処理水を亜硝酸生成槽において処理して亜硝酸を生成させた第2の処理水を生成し、
該第2の処理水を嫌気性アンモニア酸化槽において処理して亜硝酸とアンモニアから嫌気的に脱窒させた第3の処理水を生成し、
該第3の処理水を硝化槽において処理して残存するアンモニアを酸化させた第4の処理水を生成し、
該第4の処理水の一部を前記無酸素槽に循環させることを特徴とする廃水処理方法。
