Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple building assumed to be used as a compost, a simple garage, a warehouse (storage), and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in large buildings such as compost houses, garages, warehouses, etc., it has been demanded that they can be constructed more easily in a short period of time and at a low cost.
As a method of constructing such a building, conventionally, a method of constructing a building by assembling a concrete molding form in the form of a building on site, pouring raw concrete into this and curing it is adopted. .
However, in the above method, it takes a lot of labor, time and cost just to create a formwork, pour ready-mixed concrete, and cure and harden it. In addition, it is technically very difficult to uniformly fill ready-mixed concrete to every corner of a large building form on the site to produce a structure free from defects such as cracks and cracks.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-62288 (Prior Application 1) has been proposed as a simple building that can be assembled with a simple structure. Prior application 1 relates to a simple building mainly used as a warehouse. A sheet is stretched around the framework that is the building frame, a heat insulating material is attached to the outside of this sheet, and a waterproof property is applied to the outside of the heat insulating material. The outer sheet is stretched and no curing is required because no concrete is used.
However, this prior application 1 has the following problems.
a. Since the framework used as the building frame is assembled by connecting various pipes and steel materials, it takes time and effort.
b. Since the sheet is stretched on the framework, the heat insulating material is attached to the outer side of the sheet, and the sheet is further attached to the outer side of the heat insulating material, the work is complicated and very troublesome.
[0003]
Moreover, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-29994 (prior application 2) has been proposed as a simple building that can be easily assembled by arranging panels. Prior application 2 is related to a simple silo for storing feed. The side wall and the support panel having an angle of about 20 degrees from the vertical surface are sequentially connected to each other, arranged in parallel on the left and right sides, and the upper part is covered with a sheet. The sheet is tightened with a long iron pipe.
However, this prior application 2 has only the following problems: the left and right side walls and the upper part of the sheet are fastened with iron pipes.
c. It is a simple silo with panels placed side by side on both sides and a sheet placed between the panels, and it does not have strength as a building.
d. Since the walls are only arranged in two rows on the left and right sides, there is a risk that the walls will fall when the weight of the contents is applied to the walls.
e. Although an example is shown to prevent the soil from falling over the wall, it is very troublesome to fill the soil.
f. Since the panels are only arranged on the left and right sides and used as the outer wall, it is easy for wind and rain to blow in, and there is a risk that the contents will flow out of the facility.
Therefore, in the present invention, in view of the above-mentioned problems, a composting house that can reduce construction labor on site as much as possible, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost burden, and has sufficient functions and strength as a building, simple The purpose is to provide simple buildings such as garages and warehouses.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
First, the problem to be solved is to reduce the construction effort on site as much as possible, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost burden, and require an appropriate number of compartmentalized accommodation spaces. For example , a simple building with sufficient function and strength as a building such as a compost, a simple garage, a warehouse, etc., and a second, a simple building with a high frame structure strength, The fourth object is to provide a simple building that can be assembled easily and quickly, and the fourth object is to provide a simple building that can be transported in large quantities at one time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a simple building assembled using a wall panel produced in advance in a factory. The wall panel has a substantially L-shaped or a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and this wall panel The outer wall part which is the wall surface part of the building and the boundary wall part inside the building are formed by connecting each other, and a suitable number of independent space-like accommodation space parts are formed by the boundary wall part , The roof building portion is placed and connected to the edge, and a roof portion is formed on the roof building portion.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the hut assembly part has an integrated structure assembled in advance with the roof part.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the roof building portion has a truss structure.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the truss structure of the roof building portion is a flat truss structure.
[0006]
The wall panel in the present invention is produced in advance in a factory, and a high-quality one is provided. The wall panel material is mainly made of concrete (including those with reinforcing materials such as reinforcing bars inside), but if it can maintain strength as a building such as reinforced plastic or metal, It is not limited. The wall panel having a substantially L-shaped or substantially inverted T-shaped cross section has at least a base portion installed on the ground (base) and an upright wall portion that forms a wall, and can stand alone. Become a thing. This wall panel includes one for an L-shaped corner in plan view. The standing wall portion may be vertical or angled so as not to fall down. The size of the wall panel is a size that does not hinder the transfer and installation. Wall panels are used not only as exterior walls of buildings but also as boundary walls inside buildings. The interior of the building is partitioned into a suitable number of independent space-like accommodation spaces by boundary walls.
The ground (underlying) may be simply pressed and solidified, but it is more preferable to place concrete in advance, because it is easier to obtain a flat surface than to place the contents directly on the soil. The base part may only be placed on the ground (underground), or may be partially embedded in the ground (underground) in order to be firmly fixed, or a pile may be provided on the lower surface of the base part. Alternatively, an adhesive layer may be interposed between the ground (base). For connection between the wall panels, known connection means such as fastening with bolts and nuts, butting, and engagement are used.
The floor surface may be in a state where the wall panel is still installed, but it is preferable to finish the surface smoothly with mortar or other surface finishing material.
The shed part is a framework of the roof portion of the building, and is generally composed of purlins, purlins, rafters, bunches, shacks, slab beams and the like. The truss structure is a structure in which a frame is assembled so as to obtain the required strength with a triangle as a basic unit. A two-dimensional structure is a flat truss structure, and a three-dimensional structure is a three-dimensional truss structure. Also good. Moreover, let the hut of the said structure be a plane truss and a solid truss, respectively. Note that a part of the frames may be omitted if the required strength is obtained. This shed assembly may be assembled in advance at the factory. The connection between the wall panel and the roof building portion is performed by providing connection means on the upper portion of the wall panel and the lower frame (lower chord) or joint of the roof building portion. The connecting means may be a pin-like protrusion inserted into a connecting hole provided in the lower frame (lower chord) or joint, or may be anchored, or a metal fitting may be installed on the top of the wall panel. Further, it may be welded to the lower frame or the joint of the roof building portion, and is not particularly limited. Further, when the roof building portion has a flat truss structure, a truss frame may be installed along the upper surface portion of the outer wall portion and / or the boundary wall portion.
The roof portion includes a roof material and a fixture that fixes the roof material on the roof building portion, and indicates a portion installed above the roof building portion. The roofing material refers to an exterior material that forms a roof surface such as a vertical roofing board, a horizontal roofing board, a folded board, and a tile. The shape of the roof is arbitrary, and may be any shape such as a single flow or a gable, and is not particularly limited. Examples of the material of the roof material include ceramic materials such as metals, tiles, resins, and cements, but lightweight materials such as metals and acrylic resins are preferable. This roof part may be a roof panel in a form integrated with a shed assembly part in a factory in advance, or may be connected on site. The roof panel does not necessarily need to be formed by a single panel covering the entire roof surface, but may be of an appropriate size so as to be easily handled during transfer and construction, and may be connected on site.

Next, an example of the construction procedure of the above-described simple building will be described in the form of FIG.
First step: Laying foundation slabs on the ground and placing concrete on them.
Second step: A mortar is poured over the concrete to treat the surface smoothly.
Third step: The wall panels 2A and 2B are arranged at predetermined positions, the base portion 3 is covered with mortar, and the floor surface is smoothly finished to form the casing 5 composed of the outer wall portions 5a and 5b and the boundary wall portion 5c.
Fourth step: The shed assembly 6 is placed on and connected to the housing 5.
5th process: The roof part 7 is formed on the roof building part 6. FIG.
Further, in the second step, the wall panels 2A and 2B may be fixed by setting up the reinforcing bar anchors before curing the concrete and mortar, or the wall panels 2A and 2B by setting up the post-installed anchors after the curing. The wall panels 2A and 2B themselves may be provided with fixing piles, and the wall panels 2A and 2B preferably fix the base 3 by some method. [0015]
【The invention's effect】
A. According to claim 1, wall panels produced in the factory in advance are connected in the field to form wall surfaces such as outer walls and boundary walls, and the roofing parts are placed and connected by placing and connecting the roof building parts. The construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced, and simple buildings such as compost houses, simple garages, and warehouses can be built.
Since the wall panels are produced at the factory, we can provide high-quality products without cracks and cracks. If there is a defect, it can be removed in advance by quality inspection.
Since the inside of the building is partitioned by the boundary wall portion, it is possible to clearly distinguish the place of placement depending on the type of accommodation, the difference in the date of delivery, and the like.
The wall panel can be used to create the boundary wall so that compartments can be easily added or removed when needed.
When the base part is buried in the ground (foundation), it is firmly fixed. Moreover, when a pile is provided in the base part, it is firmly fixed to the ground and stabilized. Further, when an adhesive layer such as mortar is interposed between the base portion and the foundation, it is firmly fixed to the foundation and stabilized. When the floor surface is finished with mortar or the like, a smooth floor surface can be obtained by filling gaps such as joints between wall panels.
B. According to the second aspect, a simple building such as a compost, a simple garage, or a warehouse can be easily constructed simply by placing and connecting a roof panel in which a roof building part and a roof part are pre-assembled on a wall panel. Since the connection between the roof building and the roof can be performed in the factory, a high-quality product can be obtained and the work at high places is reduced, so that the safety of the work is increased.
C. According to claim 3, the structural strength is improved by the truss structure. In particular, when a three-dimensional truss structure is used, the load can be dispersed.
D. According to the fourth aspect, since it is a plane (two-dimensional) truss structure, it can be installed along the upper surface of the wall panel, and the weight burden can be distributed to the wall panel. And when transporting, they are stacked on the truck bed, so they can be transported in large quantities at once without being bulky.
