Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple building that is assumed to be used as a compost house, a simple garage, a warehouse (shed), and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, it has been demanded that large-scale buildings such as a compost house, a garage, a warehouse, and the like can be constructed more easily in a short period of time and at low cost.
Conventionally, as a method of constructing such a building, a method of assembling a formwork for concrete molding on site in the form of a building, pouring ready-mixed concrete into the form, and curing it has been adopted. .
However, in the above method, it takes a lot of labor, time, and cost to simply form a mold, pour ready-mixed concrete, cure and harden it. Furthermore, it is technically very difficult to uniformly fill the corners of the formwork of a large building with ready-mixed concrete at the site to produce a defect free of cracks and cracks.
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-62288 (prior application 1) has been proposed as one of simple buildings capable of assembling facilities with a simple structure. The prior application 1 relates to a simple building mainly used as a warehouse, in which a sheet is stretched over a framework serving as a building skeleton, a heat insulating material is attached outside the sheet, and a waterproof property is provided outside the heat insulating material. The outer sheet is stretched and does not use concrete, so it does not require long curing.
However, the prior application 1 has the following problems.
a. The framework that is to be the building skeleton is assembled by connecting various pipes and steel materials, which requires a lot of work.
b. Since the sheet is stretched over the skeleton, the heat insulating material is attached to the outside of the sheet, and the sheet is mounted outside the heat insulating material, the work is complicated and very troublesome.
[0003]
Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 4-299994 (prior application 2) has been proposed as a simple building in which panels can be arranged to easily assemble a facility. The prior application 2 relates to a simple silo for storing feed, in which a side wall having an angle of about 20 degrees from a vertical plane and a panel composed of supports are sequentially connected, and are arranged side by side on the left and right sides, and the top is covered with a sheet. Then, the sheet is tightened by a long iron tube.
However, in the prior application 2, only the left and right side walls and the sheet on the upper side are tightened by an iron pipe, and there are the following problems.
c. It is a simple silo in which panels are arranged on both left and right sides and sheets are placed between the panels, and it does not have the strength of a building.
d. Since the walls are merely arranged in two rows on the left and right sides, there is a risk that the walls may fall down when the weight of the stored object hangs on the walls.
e. Although an example is shown in which soil is piled up near a wall to prevent it from falling down, it is very troublesome to pile up the soil.
f. Since the panels are merely arranged on the left and right sides to form an outer wall, wind and rain are easily blown, and there is a possibility that the stored contents may flow out of the facility.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention minimizes the time required for construction on site, shortens the construction period, reduces the cost burden, and also provides a composting facility having sufficient functions and strength as a building, The purpose is to provide simple buildings such as garages and warehouses.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is, firstly, to minimize the labor of construction on site, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost burden, and function as a building such as a compost bar, a simple garage, and a warehouse. Second, a simple building with sufficient strength, second, a simple building with high frame structure strength, and third, a simple building that is easy and quick to assemble. Another object of the present invention is to provide a simple building that can be transported to a site in large quantities at one time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a simple building that is assembled using wall panels that are factory-produced in advance, wherein the wall panels have a substantially L-shaped or substantially inverted T-shaped cross section. They are connected to each other to form a wall surface of a building, and a hut assembly is placed on the upper edge of the wall and connected to form a roof on the hut assembly.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the hut assembly part has an integrated structure in which the roof part is assembled in advance.
According to the present invention, the truss structure has a truss structure.
According to the present invention, the truss structure of the hut assembly portion is a flat truss structure.
[0006]
The wall panel in the present invention is produced in a factory in advance, and a high quality panel is provided. The material of the wall panel is mainly made of concrete (including those in which reinforcing materials such as reinforcing bars are arranged inside), but other materials that can maintain strength as buildings such as reinforced plastics and metals Not limited. The wall panel having a substantially L-shaped or substantially inverted T-shaped cross section has at least a base portion installed on the ground (base) and an upright wall portion forming a wall, and can be erected independently. Become something. The wall panel includes a wall panel having an L-shaped corner. The upright wall portion may be vertical or at an angle such that it does not fall down. The size of the wall panel is such that it does not hinder transfer and installation. The wall panel is used not only as the outer wall of the building, but also as a boundary wall inside the building. The interior of the building may be formed into a suitable number of independent space-like accommodation spaces by boundary walls.
The ground (ground) may be formed by simply compacting the soil. However, it is preferable to put concrete in advance to obtain a flat surface, and it is more preferable to place the contents directly on the soil. The base portion may be merely placed on the ground (base), may be partially embedded in the ground (base) for firm fixing, or a pile may be provided on the lower surface of the base. Alternatively, an adhesive layer may be interposed between the substrate and the ground (base). For connection between the wall panels, known connection means such as fastening with bolts and nuts, butting, and engagement are used.
The floor surface may be in a state where the wall panel is installed, but it is preferable to finish the surface smoothly with mortar or another surface finishing material.
The hut assembly is a framework of the roof part of the building, and is generally composed of a purlin, a main building, a rafter, a hut bundle, a hut han, a hut beam, and the like. The truss structure is a framed structure that can obtain the required strength with a triangle as a basic unit. A two-dimensional one is a planar truss structure, and a three-dimensional one is a three-dimensional truss structure. Is also good. In addition, the trusses having the above structures are referred to as a plane truss and a space truss, respectively. Note that some frames may be omitted if the required strength is obtained. This hut assembly may be assembled in a factory in advance. The connection between the wall panel and the hut assembly is made by providing a connection means to the upper frame of the wall panel and the lower frame (lower chord) or joint of the hut assembly. The connection means may be such that a pin-shaped projection is inserted into a connection hole provided in a lower frame (lower chord) or a joint, may be anchor-joined, or a metal fitting may be provided on the upper part of the wall panel. The joint may be welded to a lower frame or a joint of the hut assembly portion, and is not particularly limited. Further, when the hut assembly has a flat truss structure, a truss frame may be installed along the upper surface of the outer wall and / or the boundary wall.
The roof portion includes a roof material, a fixture for fixing the roof material on the hut assembly portion, and the like, and indicates a portion installed above the hut assembly portion. The roofing material refers to an exterior material that forms a roof surface, such as a vertical roofing shingle, a horizontal roofing shingle, a folded plate, and a tile. The shape of the roof is arbitrary, and may be any shape such as a one-sided flow and a gable, and is not particularly limited. Examples of the material of the roofing material include ceramic materials such as metal, tile, resin, and cement. Lightweight materials such as metal and acrylic resin are preferable. This roof portion may be a roof panel integrated with the hut assembly portion at the factory in advance, or may be connected on site. The roof panel does not necessarily need to be formed of a single panel covering the entire roof surface, but may be of an appropriate size so that it can be easily handled during transportation and construction, and may be connected on site.

[0014]
Next, an example of the construction procedure of the above-mentioned simple building will be described with reference to FIG.
First step: Lay the foundation stone on the ground and cast concrete on it.
Second step: mortar is flowed on concrete to smooth the surface.
Third step: The wall panels 2A and 2B are arranged at predetermined positions, and the base 3 is covered with mortar to finish the floor smoothly, thereby forming the frame 5 composed of the outer walls 5a and 5b and the boundary wall 5c.
Fourth step: The shed assembly 6 is placed and connected on the frame 5.
Fifth step: The roof 7 is formed on the hut assembly 6.
Further, in the second step, a reinforcing rod anchor may be erected before curing the concrete and mortar to fix the wall panels 2A, 2B, or a post-installed anchor may be erected after curing to lay the wall panels 2A, 2B. May be fixed, and a fixing stake may be provided on the wall panels 2A and 2B themselves, and the wall panels 2A and 2B preferably fix the base 3 by some method. Further, in the above construction example, if the hut assembly section 6 and the roof section 7 are connected in advance at the factory to form the roof panel 13, the fifth step can be shortened.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
A. According to claim 1, since the wall panels produced in advance in the factory are connected at the site to form a wall portion such as an outer wall or a boundary wall, the hut assembly portion is placed and connected, and the roof portion is roofed, so that the work of construction is troublesome. A simple building such as a compost house, a simple garage, a warehouse, etc. can be built with less cost, a shorter construction period, and a lower cost burden.
Since the wall panels are produced in the factory, we can provide high quality products without cracks and cracks. If there is a defect, it can be removed in advance by quality inspection.
When the interior of the building is defined by the boundary wall, the place of placement can be clearly distinguished depending on the type of the stored items, the difference in the date of carrying in, and the like.
The boundary panels can be made with wall panels so that compartments can be easily added or removed when needed.
When the base is buried in the ground (foundation), it is fixed firmly. When a stake is provided on the base, the stake is firmly fixed to the ground and is stable. Further, when an adhesive layer such as mortar is interposed between the base portion and the foundation, it is firmly fixed to the foundation and becomes stable. When the floor is finished with mortar or the like, a smooth floor can be obtained by filling gaps such as joints between wall panels.
B. According to the second aspect, a simple building such as a compost house, a simple garage, a warehouse, or the like can be easily constructed simply by mounting and connecting a roof panel on which a hut assembly section and a roof section are assembled in advance on a wall panel. Since the connection between the hut assembly and the roof can be made at the factory, high quality products can be obtained, and work at high places can be reduced, so that work safety can be increased.
C. According to the third aspect, the truss structure improves the structural strength. In particular, when a three-dimensional truss structure is used, the load can be dispersed.
D. According to the fourth aspect, since the truss has a planar (two-dimensional) truss structure, it can be installed along the upper surface of the wall panel, and the weight burden can be distributed to the wall panel. And, during transportation, they can be transported in bulk at once without being bulky because they are lined up on a truck bed.
