Description
上述の目的および利点は本発明により達成される。
すなわち、本発明では、鉄および鉄合金、特にスチールへのコーティングに有用な非クロメート保護コーティングおよびコーティング溶液であり、V2O5、Ce2(MoO4)3またはSrWO4を腐食防止成分として含んでなる。
Claims (9)
- 25から75重量%までのH2O、
5から20重量%までのH3PO4、
2から10重量%までのMgO、
10から50重量%までのAl、および
Ce2(MoO4)3およびSrWO4からなる群より選択される0.5から10重量%までの金属酸化物、を有してなる非クロメート保護コーティング溶液。 - 50から75重量%までのH2O、
8から12重量%までのH3PO4、
2から5重量%までのMgO、
20から40重量%までのAl、および
5から10重量%までのCe2(MoO4)3を有してなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非クロメート保護コーティング溶液。 - 50から75重量%までのH2O、
8から12重量%までのH3PO4、
2から5重量%までのMgO、
20から40重量%までのAl、および
5から10重量%までのSrWO4を有してなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の非クロメート保護コーティング溶液。 - 溶液が2.5から5.0の間のpH値を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の非クロメート保護コーティング溶液。
- 溶液が3.0から4.0の間のpH値を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の非クロメート保護コーティング溶液。
- 非クロメート保護コーティングでコーティングされた金属基板を有してなる複合材料であって、前記非クロメート保護コーティングが、
15から40重量%までのH3PO4、
3から20重量%までのMgO、
20から75重量%までのAl、および
Ce2(MoO4)3およびSrWO4からなる群より選択される1.0から20重量%までの金属酸化物を有してなる、ことを特徴とする複合材料。 - 前記非クロメート保護コーティングが、
13から20重量%までのH3PO4、
3から10重量%までのMgO、
35から70重量%までのAl、および
7から20重量%までのCe2(MoO4)3を有してなる、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の複合材料。 - 前記非クロメート保護コーティングが、
13から20重量%までのH3PO4、
3から10重量%までのMgO、
35から70重量%までのAl、および
7から20重量%までのSrWO4を有してなる、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の複合材料。 - 前記金属基板が、鉄および鉄合金よりなる群から選択されるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれかに記載の複合材料。
