【0025】
x=[南西端の北緯×3/2] …(1)
y=[南西端の東経―100] …(2)
v=[南西端の北緯×12―x×8] …(3)
w=[(南西端の東経―y−100)×8] …(4)

このBの値としては、たとえば0.7g(gは重力加速度)とする。
【0079】
Appl Phys. Vol.17, No.5, pp.811-816, 1978)。
それぞれの値をLf(0.1Hzのパワー)、Hf(0.3Hzのパワー)とする。

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0015]
First, the danger information collection / delivery system according to the first embodiment will be described. The danger information includes near-miss information. Here, “near-miss” means that a certain situation is a situation that makes a person feel dangerous, such as “when near” or “when near”. Here, in particular, “missing hats” related to road traffic, such as the location where the driver or pedestrian of a motorcycle or pedestrian felt danger on the road, and the situation at that time (the action taken to avoid the surrounding situation and danger) ) Etc. The danger information collection and distribution system is a system for collecting information about accidents and accident information from the general public, providing this information to drivers and pedestrians, and preventing the occurrence of accidents.

[0075]
Next, a method for determining whether or not a dangerous state is performed by the traveling state determination unit 207 will be described. The types of danger include sudden steering, sudden braking, and slipping due to the driver's surprise, or traveling close to the preceding vehicle, overspeeding, traveling in a tension state, and the like. Each detection method will be described.
[0076]
Whether or not the handle is a sudden handle is determined using the handle angle. In other words, when the centrifugal force due to the radius of curvature due to the handle angle θ is greater than a certain value, it is determined that the handle is a sudden handle. Specifically, this determination is performed using the following equation (6).
[0077]
2θv × v / d> F (6)
θ: Handle angle [rad]
v: Car speed [m / sec]
d: Distance between front and rear wheels of vehicle [m]
F: Acceleration at a constant value (eg 0.7 g) [m / sec x sec]
[0078]
Whether or not the brake is suddenly braked is determined based on whether or not the vehicle acceleration obtained by differentiating the vehicle speed is equal to or less than a certain negative threshold B. The value of B is, for example, 0.7 g (g is gravitational acceleration).
[0079]
Whether or not the vehicle is slipping is determined based on whether or not there is a correlation between the vehicle speed A obtained by integrating the acceleration, which is the output of the
[0080]
This correlation calculation will be described in detail. First, an acceleration history in a certain time range and a tire angular acceleration history are taken. For example, the fixed time is 30 seconds. When this acceleration is numerically integrated, an initial value is required. This initial value is set to 0 or a value before the speed B. Then, two time series correlations are taken. This correlation is expressed by the following equation (7).
[0081]
[Expression 1]
[0082]
The slip is determined as a slip when the correlation value obtained by the equation (6) is a certain value, for example, 0.9 or less, assuming that there is a difference between the two speeds. Here, the speed A may be a speed included in the GPS information. However, in this case, the slip determination is not performed when the radio wave is interrupted.
[0083]
Whether or not the vehicle is in the approaching traveling state with the preceding vehicle is determined based on the speed of the vehicle and the distance between the preceding vehicle and the preceding vehicle. As this determination method, it is determined that there is a risk of rear-end collision when the inter-vehicle time, which is a value obtained by dividing the inter-vehicle distance by the traveling speed of the host vehicle, is less than a certain value (for example, 1.4 seconds). Specifically, the equation (8) is used.
[0084]
(D−ε) / v <Δt (8)
d: Distance between vehicles [m]
v: Own vehicle speed [m / sec]
ε: constant (for example, 2 m) [m]
Δt: Dangerous inter-vehicle time (for example, 1.4 seconds)
[0085]
Further, whether or not the vehicle speed exceeds the legal speed is determined by comparing the legal speed and the own vehicle speed. The legal speed may be included in the map information.
[0086]
The determination as to whether or not the driver is in a tense running running in a tense state is made using time-series data of speed. When time-series data of speed is converted to the frequency domain by Fourier transform, it is known that a 1 / f characteristic can be obtained when following the vehicle in close proximity (Reference Musha T, Higuchi H .: Traffic Current Fluctuation and the Burgers Equation, Jpn. Appl Phys. Vol. 17, No. 5, pp. 811-816, 1978). This 1 / f characteristic is observed in a frequency band of about 0.1 Hz to 2 Hz. Therefore, by using this characteristic, when the following conditions (1) to (3) are satisfied in the frequency band from 0.1 Hz to 2 Hz, a dangerous state that is followed by high-speed driving, that is, a driver: Is determined to be running in tension.
[0087]
(1) Power is proportional to the inverse of frequency
(2) The integrated value of power is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold T
(3) The speed is equal to or higher than the predetermined speed V
[0088]
The determination as to whether the vehicle is traveling in tension is specifically performed using the configuration shown in FIG. In FIG. 17A, a predetermined frequency component is extracted from the velocity information converted into the frequency domain, and a slope m, an intercept b, and a dispersion degree σ showing characteristics of a proportional relationship between power and logarithm of power are obtained. FIG. 17B shows a procedure for determining whether the vehicle is in a tension running state based on the slope m, the intercept b, and the dispersion degree σ.
[0089]
First, velocity information in the frequency domain is classified into only components of the frequency fj by the band-pass filter (BPF) 301 of the frequency f1, the frequency f2,..., And the frequency fn (j = 1,..., N n: prepared bandpass Number of filters). The power of each frequency is detected by the
[0090]
[Expression 2]
[0091]
The degree of follow-up is evaluated by the slope m, intercept b, and dispersion σ (value obtained by dividing the minimum value of E by n and taking the square root) calculated by the least square fitting unit 304 (305). ). As an example of this evaluation value, there is the following equation (10).
[0092]
Tracking degree evaluation value = m + b−σ (10)
[0093]
The value of Equation (10) increases as the degree of tracking increases. Conversely, in a free stream (when there is no preceding vehicle and the driver travels at a desired speed), the value is small. The traveling state determination unit 207 determines whether or not the evaluation value of the equation (10) is greater than or equal to a certain value B (306). If this evaluation value is B or more, it is determined that the vehicle is in the following state, and the speed is determined (307). Further, if the speed is equal to or higher than a certain value V1, it is determined that the speed is following high, that is, it is a tension running (308). Here, a value of 5 or more may be used as n (typ. 10), and values of 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 1.0, and 2.0 may be used as the respective frequencies.
[0094]
Next, a method for determining whether or not the driver is running in tension from the pulse wave will be described. The pulse wave is synchronized with the heartbeat. Here, when the heartbeat potential is measured, it is as shown in FIG. Here, when the

Next, a method for classifying emotions from speech will be described. Examples of this method include those found in “Hiroyuki Kamikobe, Yutaka Kobayashi, Yasunaga Niimi: Analysis and Modeling of Emotional Expression of Speech, Science Technique SP92-131 1993.1 pp.65-72”. This is a method of classifying emotions of “anger, joy, sadness, surprise, fear, and disgust” based on voice. In this method, in the case of each emotion, it is used that the manner of speaking changes as shown in the following (1) to (5) as compared with normal times.
[0097]
(1) When angry, speaking speed increases
(2) When “joy”, the dynamic range of the fundamental frequency increases
(3) In the case of “sadness”, the dynamic range of the fundamental frequency is reduced.
(4) When “surprise”, the speaking speed increases and the dynamic range of the fundamental frequency increases slightly.
(5) When “disgust”, the speaking speed is slow and the dynamic range is slightly increased.
[0098]
The characteristics of (1) to (5) are shown in FIG. The vertical axis in FIG. 19 is the logarithm of the ratio (dynamic range) of the minimum and maximum frequency component power of the fundamental frequency, and the horizontal axis is the ratio of the talk speed divided by the normal conversation speed. Logarithmic. Here, the fundamental frequency is a vibration frequency emitted from the vocal cords and is also called a voice pitch (pitch).
[0099]
As a result of the emotion classification from the driver's voice using this method, if it is determined as “surprise” 601 or “anger” 602, the driver has fallen into a dangerous state or is angry due to the interference of another vehicle. There is a high possibility of feeling. Therefore, when the emotion classification is performed based on the audio signal and belongs to the

[0152]
In this method, the minimum cost to each intersection on the road network is determined one by one from the starting point, gradually expanding the range, and finally the shortest cost route to all the intersections is obtained. Here, the (road) link cost that emphasizes the road length is represented by the following equation (11).
[0153]
Link cost = road length + Sa x road risk index (11)
Sa: Risk level
[0154]
In addition, the (road) link cost that places importance on travel time is represented by the following equation (12).
[0155]
Link cost = road travel time + Sb x road risk index (12)
Sb: Risk level
[0156]
Here, the risk levels Sa and Sb are quantified in accordance with the risk level allowed by the user (“not considering danger”, “a little risk avoidance”, “danger avoidance”). For example, in the case of “not considering danger”, both Sa and Sb are set to 0. In the case of “a little risk avoidance”, the order of the term of road length (or travel time) and the order of the term of degree of danger (the two items on the right side of Equation (11) and Equation (12)) should be matched. To do. That is, Sa is a value obtained by dividing the average road length by the average value of the risk index, and Sb is a value obtained by dividing the average travel time by the average value of the risk index, or a value close to this value. In the case of “risk avoidance”, the minimum non-zero value of the risk degree term (equation (11), two items on the right side of equation (12)) should not exceed the minimum road length (or travel time). Is set to Sa (or Sb). That is, Sa is a value obtained by dividing the maximum value of the road length by the minimum value of the road risk index, and Sb is a value obtained by dividing the maximum value of the road travel time by the minimum value of the road risk index.
[0157]
Here, the risk index is an index indicating the degree of danger, is a weighted sum of the number of dangerous districts on a certain road, and is defined by Expression (13) with reference to the danger information table 1069.
[0158]
[Equation 3]
[0159]
Here, the weight wi according to the type of danger is, for example, 10 for a fatal accident, 5 for a human accident other than a fatal accident, 3 for a property damage accident, and other automatically transferred danger information and 1 may be used for reporting. These pieces of information are intended only for information disclosed to drivers or residents.
