タイルパネル1の寸法は、幅が略0.5M(=455mm)に、高さが略3M(=2725mm)に設定されている。
【0023】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tile layout method for tile panels configured by laminating a plurality of tiles on a surface of a substantially flat panel base material so as to provide joints having a predetermined width therebetween.
[0002]
[Background technology]
When the exterior surfaces of various structures such as buildings such as houses and buildings are tiled, for example, fiber reinforced cement boards, ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) boards, PC (precast concrete) boards A tile panel constructed by pasting a plurality of tiles on the surface of a substantially flat panel base material composed of, etc., and providing joints of a predetermined width between them, is manufactured in advance at the factory, There is a construction method in which these tile panels are carried into the construction site of the structure and attached to the structural frame.
According to this construction method, since the tile pasting work at the construction site is omitted, the workability is remarkably improved. In addition, since the tile is attached to the surface of the panel base material at the factory, the adhesive strength is stably secured and the finish is beautiful.
[0003]
In addition, as a building construction method, a wooden panel in which a face material is pasted on at least one surface of a rectangular frame made of crosspieces is created in advance, and at the construction site, these wooden panels are combined, a floor such as a house, A panel method is known that can save labor in construction work by constructing walls, roofs, and the like.
And, for example, as disclosed in JP-A-8-82030, in this panel method, exterior materials such as tile panels are previously attached to the wooden panel (outer wall panel) used as an outer wall at a factory, and these It is considered to reduce the work of attaching the tile panel to the outer wall panel at the construction site and reduce the construction period and construction cost of the exterior surface of the building by bringing the outer wall panel into the building construction site and assembling it.
[0004]
Here, when the exterior surface is configured using such tile panels and outer wall panels, in order to improve the appearance of the tile layout of the entire exterior surface, the joints between the two tile panels adjacent to each other are arranged. It is necessary to consider the positional relationship.
The width of tile joints is very small compared to the manufacturing dimensions of tile panels and outer wall panels. Therefore, in order to accurately align the joint positions of the two tile panels adjacent to each other, it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the manufacturing dimensions and mounting positions of the tile panels and outer wall panels. Then, the advantage of using the above tile panel and outer wall panel, that is, the tile pasting work at the construction site is omitted, and the advantage that the construction period and construction cost of the exterior surface are reduced is offset. There was a problem.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the present invention issues, when constituting the outer Somen, and less noticeable a deviation of position of the two tiles panel joints adjacent to each other, that to have a uniformly good design property on the entire exterior surface It is to provide a tile allocation method for tile panels that can be made.

In addition, each tile stuck on the surface of the panel base material is formed so as to have a chamfered portion between the side surfaces adjacent to each other, so that the top and bottom when each tile is viewed from the front side. The corners at the ends of the left and right sides are removed. As a result, even if a misalignment occurs between the joint positions of two tile panels adjacent to each other due to errors in the manufacturing dimensions and mounting positions of the tile panels, the misalignment of the joints can be made inconspicuous. Therefore, it is possible to suppress visual discomfort between the arrangement of joints inside the tile panels and the arrangement of joints adjacent to each other between the tile panels, and to have a uniform and good design on the entire exterior surface covered with multiple tile panels. Can be given.
[0038]
In addition, each tile affixed to the surface of the panel substrate is formed to have a recessed portion at the intersection between the front and side surfaces, so that the exterior surface covered with the tile panel is illuminated with light. In this case, the widths of the shadows of the tiles appearing at the joints on the lower side and the left side or the right side of each tile become uneven. Due to errors in the tile panel manufacturing dimensions and mounting position, if the two tile panels adjacent to each other are misaligned, the above shadow appears darkly, especially when the sunlight is strong. Especially when the edges are straight, the deviation may be emphasized and noticeable. However, the unevenness of the shadow of the tile is made uneven by providing the tile with a concave part, and this deviation of the joint is noticeable. Can be eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress the visual discomfort between the arrangement of joints inside the tile panels and the arrangement of joints adjacent to each other between the tile panels, and to achieve a uniform and good design over the entire exterior surface covered with a plurality of tile panels. Can have sex. Furthermore, by providing the recessed portions at the ridges on the four sides of the top, bottom, left, and right when the tile is viewed from the front, it is possible to give the tile a design with a calm taste that has undergone a secular change.
