An exterior wall system comprising:
a support framework;
the first wall plate and the second wall plate are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the supporting framework;
the heat insulation material is filled between the first wallboard and the second wallboard;
the waterproof breathable film is laid on the outer surface of the second wallboard;
the hanging piece extends along the horizontal direction, and is fixedly connected with the supporting framework; and
at least two heat preservation decoration integrated plates are arranged along the length direction of the hanging piece and connected with the hanging piece, and the heat preservation decoration integrated plates cover the surface of the waterproof breathable film.
The supporting framework, the first wallboard, the second wallboard, the heat insulation material, the waterproof breathable film, the hanging piece and the heat insulation decoration integrated plate are prefabricated and assembled in a factory, so that factory production and assembly integrated construction can be realized, the construction process is simple and convenient, the construction speed can be effectively increased, and the construction period can be shortened; the installation that the polylith keeps warm and decorates integrative board can be realized to the pendant through rectangular shape to can avoid every board to divide processes such as many times single-point connection installation, correction, can realize quick installation, the installation is more regular, and the fixed point is continuous, can guarantee the installation quality, promotes the installation effectiveness. The outer wall system of this scheme can realize the mill prefabrication, simplifies the construction process, promotes construction speed, and can guarantee construction quality.
In one embodiment, the hanging pieces comprise an initial through-length hanging piece and a middle through-length hanging piece which are opposite in the up-down direction and arranged at intervals, the initial through-length hanging piece is arranged close to the side edge of the second wallboard, the middle through-length hanging piece is arranged in the middle of the second wallboard, and the heat-preservation and decoration integrated board is fixed between the initial through-length hanging piece and the middle through-length hanging piece.
In one embodiment, the hanging member includes a first folding edge and a second folding edge folded relative to the first folding edge, the first folding edge is attached to the waterproof breathable film, a fastening member passes through the first folding edge, the waterproof breathable film and the second wall plate and then is connected and fixed with the supporting framework, and the second folding edge is used for supporting the heat-insulating and decorative integrated plate.
In one embodiment, the hanging piece further comprises an inserting portion connected with the second folded edge, and the heat-preservation and decoration integrated board is provided with an inserting groove matched with the inserting portion in an inserting mode.
In one embodiment, a gap is formed between two adjacent heat preservation and decoration integrated plates, and the gap is filled with a sealant.
In one embodiment, the width of the gap is 6mm to 15 mm.
In one embodiment, the heat-insulating decorative integrated board comprises a base layer, a heat-insulating layer, an adhesive layer and a facing coating panel which are sequentially stacked.
In one embodiment, the heat insulation material is heat insulation glass wool.
In one embodiment, the support frame includes a plurality of vertical keels spaced apart horizontally.
In one embodiment, the distance between two adjacent vertical keels is less than or equal to 400 mm.
Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an exterior wall system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a supporting framework, a first wall board 20, a second wall board 30, a thermal insulation material 40, a waterproof and breathable film 50, a hanging member 60, and a thermal insulation and decoration integrated board 70. The first wall panel 20 and the second wall panel 30 are respectively installed at two opposite sides of the supporting framework; the insulation material 40 is filled between the first wall plate 20 and the second wall plate 30; the waterproof breathable film 50 is laid on the outer surface of the second wallboard 30; the hanging piece 60 extends along the horizontal direction, and the hanging piece 60 is fixedly connected with the supporting framework; at least two heat preservation and decoration integrated plates 70 are arranged along the length direction of the hanging piece 60 and connected with the hanging piece 60, and the heat preservation and decoration integrated plates 70 cover the surface of the waterproof breathable film 50.
Specifically, when the outer wall system is assembled, the stress structure of the light gauge steel outer wall structure is completed according to the relevant specifications of the light gauge steel structure system, the support framework is assembled firstly, and then the first wallboard 20 and the second wallboard 30 are installed on two sides of the support framework respectively, wherein the first wallboard 20 is an inner side wallboard, the second wallboard 30 is an outer side wallboard, and the first wallboard 20 and the second wallboard 30 can be OSB boards or plywood boards. In order to ensure the heat insulation effect, a heat insulation material 40 can be filled in a gap of the supporting framework in advance, then the first wallboard 20 and the second wallboard 30 are installed, the heat insulation material 40 can be made of heat insulation glass wool, and a stressed skin system framework can be formed through the steps; then, adhering a waterproof breathable film 50 on the outer surface of the second wallboard 30 according to the construction process requirements so as to realize the waterproof breathable function of the outer wall system; a hanging piece 60 is arranged on the outer side of the waterproof breathable film 50, and the hanging piece 60 adopts a through long hanging piece extending along the horizontal direction and can be used for installing more than two heat-preservation and decoration integrated plates 70; and finally, connecting the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate 70 with the hanging piece 60 according to the preset typesetting position. When the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate 70 is installed, the heat preservation and decoration integrated plate is transversely paved from the position of a horizontal control line to the position of a preset plate arrangement along the horizontal direction from bottom to top; the transverse construction should follow the external corner first and the internal corner later, ensure the special structure (such as the symmetry and uniformity of doors and windows) first, and then construct in large area.
In the external wall system, the supporting framework, the first wallboard 20, the second wallboard 30, the heat insulation material 40, the waterproof breathable film 50, the hanging piece 60 and the heat insulation decoration integrated plate 70 are prefabricated and assembled in a factory, so that factory production and assembly integrated construction can be realized, the construction process is simple and convenient, the construction speed can be effectively increased, and the construction period can be shortened; a new application market is expanded for the heat-insulating and decorative integrated plate 70. And can realize the installation of polylith heat preservation decoration intergral template 70 through the pendant 60 of rectangular shape to can avoid every board to divide processes such as many times single-point connection installation, correction, can realize quick installation, the installation is more regular, and the fixed point is continuous, can guarantee the installation quality, promotes the installation effectiveness. The outer wall system of this scheme can realize the mill prefabrication, simplifies the construction process, promotes construction speed, and can guarantee construction quality.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the hanging member 60 includes a starting through hanging member 60a and a middle through hanging member 60b which are opposite to each other in the up-down direction and are disposed at an interval, the starting through hanging member 60a is disposed near a side edge of the second wall panel 30, the middle through hanging member 60b is disposed at a middle position of the second wall panel 30, and the insulation and decoration integrated plate 70 is fixed between the starting through hanging member 60a and the middle through hanging member 60 b. Optionally, the minimum thickness of the hanger 60 is 3 mm. Through the initial through long pendant 60a and the middle through long pendant 60b that use together, can play fine fixed action to the heat preservation decoration intergral template 70 for the installation of heat preservation decoration intergral template 70 is more reliable and more stable. The male and female corners enhance the strength of the boards at the joint, reduce the potential quality hazards of water leakage, falling off and the like caused by deformation, cracking and the like, ensure the quality of the house and improve the durability of the house.
Further, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in this embodiment, the hanging member 60 includes a first folding edge 61 and a second folding edge 62 folded relative to the first folding edge 61, the first folding edge 61 is attached to the waterproof breathable film 50, a fastening member 80 passes through the first folding edge 61, the waterproof breathable film 50 and the second wall panel 30 and then is connected and fixed with the supporting framework, and the second folding edge 62 is used for supporting the integrated thermal insulation and decoration plate 70. Specifically, the initial through-length hanger 60a and the middle through-length hanger 60b each include a first folded edge 61 and a second folded edge 62 extending in a horizontal direction, and the first folded edge 61 and the second folded edge 62 are bent to each other to form an "L" shaped structure. During assembly, the first folding edge 61 is attached to the outer side of the waterproof breathable film 50, and then is locked and fixed with the support framework through the fastener 80. In order to secure the mounting stability, the fastening member 80 is provided in plurality. The fastener 80 includes, but is not limited to, a self-tapping screw or a shooting screw. For example, in the present embodiment, the position where the first folding edge 61 intersects with each of the mullions 10 of the supporting framework is locked and fixed by at least four tapping screws.
Further, in this embodiment, the hanging member 60 further includes an inserting portion 63 connected to the second folded edge 62, and the heat insulation and decoration integrated plate 70 is provided with an inserting groove 71 inserted and matched with the inserting portion 63. The insertion groove 71 is formed in the heat insulation and decoration integrated plate 70 in advance, so that the heat insulation and decoration integrated plate can be quickly installed and fixed with the hanging member 60. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the second folded edge 62 of the initial through-length hanging piece 60a at the bottom edge of the second wall panel 30 is provided with an upward-folded inserting part 63, and the upward-folded inserting part 63 can be inserted and matched with the inserting groove 71 at the bottom of the insulation and decoration integrated plate 70. As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the second folded edge 62 of the middle through long hanging piece 60b is provided with an upward folded inserting part 63 and a downward folded inserting part 63, wherein the upward folded inserting part 63 can be inserted into and matched with an inserting groove 71 at the bottom of the upper heat insulation and decoration integrated plate 70, and the downward folded inserting part 63 can be inserted into and matched with an inserting groove 71 at the top of the lower heat insulation and decoration integrated plate 70.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a gap is provided between two adjacent insulation and decoration integrated boards 70, and the gap is filled with a sealant 90. After the heat-insulating decorative integrated plate 70 is installed, the plate is sewn through the sealant 90, so that the installation durability of the heat-insulating decorative integrated plate 70 can be further improved. Optionally, in this embodiment, the width of the gap is 6mm to 15 mm.
Further, in the present embodiment, the insulation and decoration integrated board 70 includes a base layer, an insulation layer, an adhesive layer, and a facing coating panel, which are sequentially stacked. The substrate of the facing coating panel can be made of impact-resistant plates such as inorganic fiber reinforced composite materials, natural granite thin stones, ceramic thin plates, metal plates and the like, and has better impact resistance. The coating of the veneer coating panel comprises but is not limited to coatings such as elastic exterior wall paint, flexible texture paint, natural real stone paint, multicolor paint, fluorocarbon metal paint and the like, so that the veneer decoration has more selectivity and better effect and can better meet the decoration requirement of the exterior facade of a building. In addition, the insulation layer on the insulation and decoration integrated plate 70 and the insulation material 40 filled between the first wall plate 20 and the second wall plate 30 can form a double-layer insulation effect, so that the insulation performance of the external wall system can be further improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, on the basis of the above embodiment, the supporting framework includes a plurality of vertical keels 10 arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction. A stable support structure can be formed by the cooperation of a plurality of the mullions 10. Alternatively, the furring channel 10 may be a C-shaped channel. In order to further improve the structural strength of the supporting framework, optionally, the distance between two adjacent vertical keels 10 is less than or equal to 400 mm.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
