Claims (1)
- 圧力発生室となる溝状窪部が列設されると共に、各溝状窪部の一端に板厚方向に貫通する連通口を形成した金属製の圧力発生室形成板と、上記連通口と対応する位置にノズル開口を穿設した金属製のノズルプレートと、溝状窪部の開口面を封止すると共に、溝状窪部の他端に対応する位置に液体供給口を穿設した金属製の封止板とを備え、圧力発生室形成板における溝状窪部側に封止板を、反対側にノズルプレートをそれぞれ接合してなる液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法であって、上記圧力発生室形成板に列設される上記溝状窪部を同時に加工する成形と圧力発生室形成板の位置決めをする基準穴の成形を同一加工ステージ内で行うことを特徴とする液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
