Claims (8)
- 第1金型と第2金型との間で金属素材板に鍛造加工を行なう微細鍛造加工方法であって、上記第1金型には、平行に配列された突条部とこれら突条部の間に形成された空隙部が設けられ、上記第2金型には、上記空隙部と略同じ長さで上記空隙部内への素材流動を行なう筋状突起が設けられ、この筋状突起には長さ方向における中間部の高さが低く設定された凹部が設けられている仮成形金型と、上記筋状突起が除去された平坦面とされ、上記凹部に対応する箇所に収容凹部が設けられた仕上げ金型とが準備され、第1工程は上記第1金型と上記仮成形金型との間で上記金属素材板に予備成形を行い、第2工程は上記第1金型と上記仕上げ金型との間で金属素材板に仕上げ成形を行なうことを特徴とする微細鍛造加工方法。
- 上記筋状突起は、空隙部に対向している請求項1記載の微細鍛造加工方法。
- 上記筋状突起は、突条部に対向している請求項1記載の微細鍛造加工方法。
- 圧力発生室となる溝状窪部が列設されると共に、各溝状窪部の一端に板厚方向に貫通する連通口を形成した金属製の圧力発生室形成板と、上記連通口と対応する位置にノズル開口を穿設した金属製のノズルプレートと、上記溝状窪部の開口面を封止する金属製の封止板とを備え、圧力発生室形成板における溝状窪部側に封止板を、反対側にノズルプレートをそれぞれ接合してなる液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法であって、上記第1金型には、平行に配列された突条部とこれら突条部の間に形成された空隙部が設けられ、上記第2金型には、上記空隙部と略同じ長さで上記空隙部内への素材流動を行なう筋状突起が設けられ、この筋状突起には長さ方向における中間部の高さが低く設定された凹部が設けられている仮成形金型と、上記筋状突起が除去された平坦面とされ、上記凹部に対応する箇所に収容凹部が設けられた仕上げ金型とが準備され、第1工程は上記第1金型と上記仮成形金型との間で上記圧力発生室形成板に予備成形を行い、第2工程は上記第1金型と上記仕上げ金型との間で圧力発生室形成板に仕上げ成形を行って上記圧力発生室形成板に溝状窪部を成形することを特徴とする液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記筋状突起は、空隙部に対向している請求項4記載の液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記筋状突起は、突条部に対向している請求項4記載の液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記収容凹部を挟んで平行に配置された上記平坦面は、圧力発生室の連通口に近い側の一方の平坦面が、他方の平坦面よりも圧力発生室形成板から遠ざかる方向に後退した位置に配置されている請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記仮成形金型の筋状突起の長手方向の幅寸法と、上記仕上げ金型の収容凹部に直交する方向の幅寸法とが、上記圧力発生室の長さ方向の寸法と略同じである請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液体噴射ヘッドの製造方法。
