Description
Claims (6)
- 固定ジョーと、ネジ軸の回転によって進退移動する可動ジョーとの間にワークを締め付け挟持するバイスに設けられ、該バイスに備えられた増力装置による固定ジョーへの可動ジョーの締付力を調節するバイス用締付力調節装置において、
一端部が前記ネジ軸に結合され、内周面に顎部が形成された軸孔を有する結合部と、
該結合部の軸線方向に所定の空隙を形成する空間部を介して配設され、該結合部の軸線方向に貫通する軸孔を有すると共に、該結合部と反対側に位置する端部の外周縁に所定間隔を存して突設された複数の係合突起を有する間隙維持部と、
前記結合部の軸孔に一端部側が、前記間隙維持部の軸孔に他端部側が各々回転自在且つ摺動自在に挿通され、前記結合部の軸孔の顎部に係止された押圧部を一端部に保持する中心軸と、
前記結合部と前記間隙維持部との間において一端が該結合部に挿着され、他端が該間隙維持部に挿着されたガイド軸と、
前記中心軸の長手方向の略中間位置に固設され、前記結合部に対向する一端面から突出する第1ストッパーを有する第1クラッチと、
前記結合部及び前記間隙維持部に回転自在且つ軸線方向に摺動自在に外挿され、軸線方向に沿った摺動に応じて該間隙維持部の係合突起に係脱自在に係合する複数の係合凹部を有すると共に、前記結合部と間隙維持部との間の空間部に臨む内周面に形成された雌ネジを有する調節ノブと、
該調節ノブを、前記係合凹部が前記間隙維持部の係合突起に係合する方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
前記空間部内において前記ガイド軸に沿って移動自在に支持され、前記中心軸が回転自在且つ摺動自在に挿通される軸孔を有すると共に、前記ガイド軸が摺動自在に挿通されるガイド孔を有し、更に、外周面に前記調節ノブ内周の雌ネジに螺合する雄ネジが形成され、且つ前記第1クラッチの第1ストッパーに係脱自在に噛合する第2ストッパーを有する第2クラッチとを備えることを特徴とするバイス用締付力調節装置。 - 前記付勢手段は、前記結合部の前記間隙維持部に対向する端面に形成されたスプリング挿着凹部と、該スプリング挿着凹部の内径より小さな外径を有して一端が該スプリング挿着凹部の底部に埋設され、他端が前記第2クラッチを挿通して前記間隙維持部の前記結合部に対向する端面に埋設されたスプリング保持棒と、該スプリング保持棒における前記スプリング挿着凹部と前記第2クラッチとの間に介装されたスプリングとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイス用締付力調節装置。
- 前記中心軸の前記間隙維持部の内部に位置する外周面には、該中心軸の径方向に形成された保持凹部と、該保持凹部に収納保持されたボールスプリングと、該保持凹部に突没自在に保持されて該ボールスプリングによって保持凹部の外方に付勢されるボールとが設けられ、
前記間隙維持部の内周面には、前記ボールの一部が係脱自在に係止される係止凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバイス用締付力調節装置。 - 前記第1クラッチの第1ストッパーの先端面には、前記中心軸の正転方向に沿って傾斜する傾斜面が形成され、
前記第2クラッチの第2ストッパーの先端面には、前記第1ストッパーの傾斜面に対応して傾斜する傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のバイス用締付力調節装置。 - 前記間隙維持部の前記結合部の反対側の端面には、前記第1クラッチと前記第2クラッチとの間の距離を段階的に表す複数の表示文字が刻字され、
前記調節ノブの前記結合部の反対側の端面には、設定された前記表示文字を指す指示溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載のバイス用締付力調節装置。 - 前記調節ノブの前記結合部に対向する端面には、該調節ノブの所定の調節範囲外への過回転を防止するための過回転防止バーが突設され、
前記結合部には、該過回転防止バーを係止する係止バーが突設されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項記載のバイス用締付力調節装置。
