Description
2.回折構造は、好ましくは二次元サブミクロン格子構造よりなる。
3.生産コストを低減するために、ビームマスクはマスク保持手段と一体的に組み込まれたものである。
4.マスク保持手段は、位置決め精度を高めるために、モータシャフトが嵌る内径と、ミクロ干渉構造および巨視構造を備えるマスク領域を有する。
5.ビームマスクの摩耗作用はポリカーボネートを使用することによって改善でき、コードビーム間の領域は透明であり、ピット構造およびランド構造は、次ぎの関数、D=L/2(n−l)
(式中、n=1.5、L=光信号の波長)を満たす厚さの差Dを有する。
6.ビーム偏向およびビーム形成を目的とするプリズム部材がビーム経路に導入される場合、信号供給源および信号受信器はタイミングディスクの一面に配設され得る。
7.プリズム部材が実質的に屋根形の基本構造よりなり、入射ビームおよび射出ビームが内側屋根面で反射されることにより、光信号の特に有利な平行度が達成される。
8.特に単純に設計された信号供給源を使用できるように、入射光ビームの領域において、集光光学系をプリズム部材の底部に組み込む必要がある。射出光ビームの領域では、回折構造および干渉構造がプリズム部材に形成することができ、それによっていかなる調整問題も生じないことを保証する。
9.統合度を高め生産コストを低減するために、マスク保持手段および信号供給源を備えるマスクがプリズム部材に一体化される。この目的で、ビーム入射の領域には、エネルギーを供給する働きをする導体プレートとプリズムの間でぴったり合う接続部を備える結合面が設けられている。
10.導体プレートは、信号供給源およびビーム受光器を備えるプリズム部材が単純な差込式接続によって配設され得る少なくとも1つの結合面を備える。
11.好ましい実施形態において、マスク保持手段は、ビーム供給源、プリズム部材およびビーム受光器のための共通統合面が精密射出成形部品の形態で設けられる。

Claims (6)
- モータと、タイミングディスクが固定されるモータシャフトと、光信号を生成するための信号供給源と、ビーム経路に導入されるビーム偏向およびビーム形成を目的とするプリズム部材と、光信号を形成するためのビームマスクと、信号受信器を備える導体プレートとから構成されるエンコーダアセンブリであって、
当該プリズム部材は、底部の一部にわたって広がり形成されたスペース部を導体プレートに差し込み接続される実質的に屋根形構造であり、入射ビームおよび射出ビームは該屋根形構造の内側面で反射され、
当該プリズム部材の底部において、入射光ビームの領域である当該スペース部に集光光学系が設けられ、射出光ビームの領域に当該ビームマスクが設けられるものであり、
当該ビームマスクは、回折構造および干渉構造を有するピット構造およびランド構造から構成されるコードバーを備えるものであり、
当該モータシャフトは、該プリズム部材の当該ビームマスクと該導体プレート間に該タイミングディスクが位置するように該導体プレートに通されることを特徴とするエンコーダアセンブリ。 - 前記回折構造は、二次元サブミクロン格子構造の形態で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンコーダアセンブリ。
- 前記ビームマスクは、マスク保持手段に一体的に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のエンコーダアセンブリ。
- 前記ビームマスクは、ポリカーボネート品であって、コードビーム間の領域は透明であり、ピット構造およびランド構造は、以下の関数、
D=L/2(n−l)
(式中、n=1.5、L=光信号の波長)を満たす厚さの差Dを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダアセンブリ。 - 前記マスク保持手段および信号供給源はプリズム部材と一体化されており、ビーム入射の領域において、導体プレートとプリズムの間でぴったり合う接続部を備える結合面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のエンコーダアセンブリ。
- 前記導体プレートには、プリズム部材が配設される結合面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のエンコーダアセンブリ。
