従来は、倉庫内あるいは配送センタ−に配置された多数の棚の収納部に、中央管理機から送信されてくるピッキング情報を受信し、該ピッキング情報と合致した収納部に取り付けられたディジタル表示器が点灯表示し、点灯表示した収納部の商品をピッキング作業を行っていた。

従来は、上述のように、それぞれの収納部にディジタル表示器を設けていたので、配線や工数に多大の労力を要するという課題があった。本発明は、上述の課題を解決するために案出されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、倉庫あるいは配送センタ−内に所定の間隔で多数の棚を配置し、該棚に収納された商品を中央管理機から送信されてくるピッキング情報に基づきピッキング作業を行う過程で使用するピッキング装置において、上記棚のそれぞれの収納部に受光面をやや上方斜めに向け固定した受光体と、上記棚の上方に、投光軸を斜め下方前方に向け首振り・旋回運動が可能なように装着され、かつ、上記中央管理機から伝送されてきたピッキング情報に基づき、首振り、旋回運動して、上記ピッキンギ情報と対応した収納部の受光体に上記ピッキング情報を投影する投影機とからなる構成とし、上述の課題を解決したものである。

本発明の一実施例を、以下図面に基づき説明すると、図1は本発明の全体のシステム図、図2は投影機で投影している状態を示す側面図で、ピッキング作業をする人の手の届く範囲の高さで、かつ横方向にも複数の収納部1Aに区切られた棚1が多数、所定の間隔で倉庫あるいは配送センタ−内に配置され、上記棚1で多数に区切られた収納部1Aのそれぞれに受光体2を、受光面2Aをやや上方斜めに向け固定し、その受光面2Aのすべてに光軸3Aを向けることができるように上記棚1の上部に首振り・旋回手段3Bを介して投影機3を取り付けている。

他の場所に設置された中央管理機4から伝送されてくるピッキング情報の内、収納部1Aの位置に対応した情報に基づき、その対応した位置に光軸3Aを向けるべく首振り・旋回手段3Bを駆動し、対応した位置に合致すると首振り・旋回手段4は停止すると共に上記受光面2Aにはピッキングすべき個数を投影する。

本発明は、上述のように、他の場所に設置された中央管理機から伝送されてくるピッキング情報の内、収納部の位置に対応した情報に基づき、その対応した位置に光軸を向けるべく首振り・旋回手段を駆動し、対応した位置に合致すると首振り・旋回手段は停止すると共に上記受光面にはピッキングすべき個数を投影し、この投影された収納部に収納された商品を投影された個数のみピッキング作業する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上述のように、高さ方向や水平方向に多数の収納棚が形成され、その多数の収納部のそれぞれには単なる一枚の板材で構成された受光体で投影機から投影された情報のみでピッキング作業が行えるので、レイアウトの変更が容易となり、かつレイアウト変更に伴うコストが安価となる。
