本発明は、プリント配線板製造における導通検査の検査治具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のプリント配線板導通検査の方法、装置は種々のものがある。これらの検査装置は、一般に導通検査するときに検査治具を空圧シリンダーなどでプリント配線板に押し当て、プローブピンをプリント配線板に確実に接触させ検査するものである。

上記の検査には、従来より固有の回路を持つプリント配線板にあわせた検査治具が使用されている。この検査治具には、スプリングをケースに内蔵し安定した接触を保持できるスプリングプローブを有する構造となっている。

更に高密度となってきたプリント配線板には、より細いプローブを使用しケースを用いずに、ボードに直接スプリングとプランジャーを組み込み、狭いピッチに対応してきた。一例として図3に示すように、保護ボード(13)、スプリングボード(14)、接点ボード(16)の3枚のボードにプランジャー(12)、スプリング(15)、接点(17)を内蔵している。ここで、スプリングボードにあけられた穴は、スプリングが自由に可動でき、プランジャーを押し込んでいる。一方、保護ボード、接点ボードにあけられた穴は、スプリングボードにあけられた穴よりも小さく、プランジャーと接点がスプリングの反力で外に脱落しない構造となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のプリント配線板導通検査において、ピンボードにスプリング、プランジャーを入れ、保護板で押さえる構造の検査治具においては、スプリングの取り出し方向とプランジャーの取り出し方向が対向しているため、治具の組み立てには専用の治工具を使用するなどして組立をおこなっていた。
また、寿命や修理などで部品を交換する場合には、一度組み立てられた治具は、垂直方向にボードを切り離すと部品が落下してしまう。部品の落下を防止するためには縦置きにして実施しなければならなかった。
一体化した保護ボード、プランジャーボード、スプリングボード、接点ボードの4枚のボードは、チェッカーに取り付ける関係からチェッカーボードの大きさとは必ずしも一致しないため、縦置きでは自立できず分解も片方の治具がずれ易く作業のしずらいものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、プリント配線板の配線回路を電気通電により導通検査する検査治具であって、該検査治具は、プリント配線板の回路と接触させるためのプランジャー(1)と、プランジャーを保持する保護ボード(2)と、保護ボード(2)からのプランジャーの落下を防止するプランジャー落下防止ボード(3)と、プランジャーを押し上げるスプリング(4)と、スプリングを納めるスプリングボード(5)と、スプリングの接触を受ける接点(7)と、接点を納める接点ボード(6)と、接点から計測器まで接続するリード線(9)と、接点にリード線をつなぐコネクタースリーブ(8)とからなり、前記プランジャーは、その中間部分の径が両先端の径よりも大きく形成され、保護ボードとプランジャー落下防止ボードとを対向させて形成される径の大きい部分にプランジャーの中間部分が組み込まれていることを特徴とする。

発明の実施の形態を実施例にもとづき図面を参照して説明する。
図1においてプランジャー(1)を保護板(2)落下防止ボード(3)にて挟み込む。プランジャーの形状は中間部分の径が両先端の径よりも大きく、そして保護板、落下防止ボードとも板の中間で穴の径が異なり、それぞれ径の大きいものを対向して組み込むことにより、プランジャーを保持することができる。
