Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of the outer wall joints in buildings such as unit housing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a plurality of wall materials or wall panels are arranged and attached to a wall portion of a building, gaps (outer wall joints) called joints are generated between the wall materials or wall panels. If this gap is left unattended, water will enter from that part and have an adverse effect.
Therefore, various measures have been taken using a liquid sealing material, a molded sealing material or the like in order to waterproof the joint portion.
Under such circumstances, there is a method of applying a liquid sealing material to the joint portion, but a method of inserting a gasket (one of the molded sealing materials) from the outside to the joint portion has been widely adopted. This is because construction can be performed by a dry method, construction is quick, simple and efficient, and excellent maintainability after construction.
[0003]
And when using the said gasket, the method of providing the secondary water stop in the back (inside the joint) using the gasket 1 as a primary water stop as the water stop method has been generalized recently.
Specifically, {circle around (1)} a method of inserting a cylindrical object as secondary water stop before inserting the gasket (prior art 1), {circle around (2)} at the doorway 6a on the wall side as shown in FIG. A method of attaching and abutting rubber 9 having a D-shaped cross section (second prior art), and (3) waterproofing with joint fasteners as described in JP-A-3-260240 There is a method of closing with a sheet (prior art 3).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described prior art has various problems. In the prior art 1, since the door of the wall is not necessarily smooth, a small gap is formed, and water has entered from this gap.
Prior art 2 has a risk that the D-shaped rubber 9 is peeled off when the wall is attached. In addition, when a significant difference occurred on the wall surface, the D-shaped rubbers 9 and 9 did not collide and the water could not be stopped.
In the prior art 3, the work of pulling out the waterproof sheet, the engagement of the fasteners, the reinsertion of the waterproof sheet and the number of construction steps are increased and complicated. In addition, small gaps are scattered between the gasket and the doorway of the wall, and wind and rain may invade from the gaps and the waterproof sheet may be inflated. And the meshing of the fasteners was loosened, and rainwater could enter. Furthermore, as can be said with the prior art 2, construction at the factory and construction at the site were required.
[0005]
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, easily and quickly without resulting only in construction of the outer wall joints waterproof locally, moreover, severe against wind and rain, complete and reliable waterproofing can achievement outer wall joint an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the gist of the present invention described in claim 1 is a waterproof structure of joints of adjacent outer walls, a gasket formed on both sides with a plurality of fins, and a joint, A sealing material in which an adhesive is attached to both side edges of the sheet-like body exceeding the width, and both sides of the sheet-like body are folded back, and the adhesive is wrapped in the folded portion The sealing material is disposed in the joint so as to straddle the joint, and the adhesive on both side edges of the sealing material is pushed out of the sheet-like body by pressing the fins of the gasket. It is in the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint characterized by having made it.
The gist of the present invention described in claim 2 is a waterproof structure of adjacent outer wall joints, in which a plurality of fins are formed on both sides and inserted into the joint, and a sheet shape exceeding the joint width. comprising a sealing material adhesive to both side edges of the body is attached, a, and the sealant is Kabusare is separate from the sheet-like covering material of the attached cohesive agent sheet product, the The sealing material is disposed in the joint so as to straddle the joint, and the adhesive on both side edges of the sealing material is pushed out of the covering material by pressing the fins of the gasket. The waterproof structure of the outer wall joint .
[0008]
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since the sealing material is disposed in the joint so as to straddle the joint, the joint is covered and sealed with the sealing material. When the adhesive on both side edges is pressed by the fins of the gasket, the anti-elasticity generated by the gasket trying to return to the cross-sectional shape before insertion enhances the waterproof effect. Since it suppresses the adhesive part with high sealing performance, waterproof performance is enhanced.
Further, a person first, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is covered on the folded portion or dressing, construction site is facilitated. And when a gasket and a sealing material are attached to the outer wall joint, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is pushed out of the sheet-like body (or coating material) by pressing the gasket, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive is formed between the wall and the sheet. The gap with the body will be closed, and the waterproof performance will be further enhanced.
Cross-sectional shape of the sheet over preparative shaped body and the central portion toward both sides are pre-shaped diverging curved or bent shape, since arrangement of a sheet-like member into the joint is facilitated, On-site construction is faster and easier. Similar effects even caulking material is used in place of the gasket, obtain the effect.
[0009]

[0010]
The gasket 1 includes a zipper type gasket and a string-like gasket, and here, a known packing type gasket is used.
The gasket 1 is made of a vulcanized rubber product obtained by extrusion molding, and the cross section is a right-and-left object with a cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. The basic characteristics of vulcanized rubber that can be elastically deformed (low elastic modulus and Young's modulus), soft, tenacious, and stretch well are utilized.
The gasket 1 includes an upper layer portion 11, a column portion 12, and a fin portion 13. The upper layer part 11 seals the joint width W1 having a concave cross section formed by the adjacent outer wall panel, the column part 12 and the fin part 13 are embedded in the joint part 5, and the gasket 1 is mounted by the elasticity of the fin part 13. The column part 12 exhibits the function of sealing the moisture by supporting the upper layer part 11 and the fin part 13.
The upper layer portion 11 is generally composed of a base portion 111 and an exterior thin layer 112 that forms a design surface in accordance with the exterior color on the base portion 111. The column portion 12 is a main bone that hangs down in a T-shaped cross section with respect to the upper layer portion 11. The fin portion 13 is configured such that the two fins 13a project in the lateral direction with the column portion 12 as an axis and slightly upward on the left and right sides at substantially equal intervals from the upper layer portion 11. The reason why the fin 13a is adjusted upward is that the gasket 1 easily enters the joint 5, and once the gasket 1 is mounted in the joint 5, the fin 13a exhibits a return function and is difficult to come off.
[0011]
The sealing material 2 consists of the sheet-like body 3 and the adhesive 4 which were cross-sectional shaped in the longitudinal direction (FIG. 4).
The sheet-like body 3 is waterproof, and its cross-sectional shape is shaped like a diverging curved or bent shape having a slope 32 extending upward from both sides from the bottom 31 (center) (FIG. 3). Both side edges of the sheet-like body 3 are folded outward to form a folded portion 33, and further, an inwardly returning portion 34 is formed near the tip. Thus, a storage space S is formed by the slope portion 32, the folded portion 33, and the return portion 34.
The material of the sheet-like body 3 is, for example, a synthetic resin such as a repulsive polypropylene resin or vinyl chloride resin, or a metal plate-like body having a spring action. The width W2 of the sheet-like body 3 is made larger than the assumed joint width W1. Specifically, if the joint width W1 is 10 mm to 14 mm, the width of the sheet-like body 3 is about 16 mm. Therefore, when the sheet-like body 3 is inserted into the joint 5, the sheet-like body 3 can be held near the center of the joint by a reaction force trying to spread outside (FIG. 2).
The thickness of the sheet-like body 3 is set to about 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm in order to give resilience to the polypropylene resin.
[0012]
The adhesive 4 has adhesiveness at room temperature and without solvent. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is roughly classified into rubber-based, acrylic-based, and silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesives according to its components. Here, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly composed of butyl rubber is used. Other examples of the rubber-based adhesive include natural rubber, synthetic natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and thermoplastic rubber.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is wrapped in the folded portion 33 and the return portion 34 on the outer back surface of the slope portion 32. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is stored in the storage space S so as to have a cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. In addition, since the adhesive 4 is wrapped in the folding | returning part 33 and the return part 34, there is no inconvenience in the handling of the sealing material 2. FIG.
[0013]
The waterproof structure of the outer wall joint 5 is a structure in which the adhesive 4 on both side edges of the sealing material 2 is pressed by the fins 13a of the gasket 1 in a state where the sealing material 2 is inserted into the outer wall joint 5. It is.
As a procedure of a waterproofing method for forming the waterproof structure, first, the sealing material 2 is inserted into the joint 5 (FIG. 2). Since the sealing material 2 has a curved shape that spreads upward from the bottom 31, it is easy to insert the sealing material 2 into the joint 5. The sheet-like body 3 is inserted into the joint 5 with a reduced width, but the adhesive 4 is not pushed out by opening the mouth of the return portion 34 in the insertion stage. This is because the force that the sheet-like body 3 bends inward is weaker than the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pushed out.
Thus, the sealing material 2 is held by the reaction force of the sheet-like body 3 near the center of the joint. In order to increase the holding force of the sheet-like body 3 to the outer wall door 6a or to quickly achieve the water stopping force, if necessary, the roller 4 is pushed over the slope portion 32, and at this stage the adhesive 4 A part may be taken out of the sheet-like body 3.
[0014]
Next, the gasket 1 is inserted into the joint 5. When the fin 13a of the gasket 1 presses the slope portion 32, the adhesive 4 on the back surface thereof is crushed. Then, with the doorway 6a (the outer wall side surface forming the joint 5) of the outer wall 6 as the back, the adhesive 4 that has lost its escape area opens the mouth of the return portion 34 and is pushed out of the sheet-like body 3.
[0015]
Thus, the fin 13a of the gasket 1 presses the slope portion 32 of the sheet-like body 3 disposed in the joint so as to straddle the joint 5 against the outer wall door 6a. When the adhesive 4 is located on the back surface side of the slope portion 32, the adhesive portion 4 is crushed by pressing the slope portion 32 against the outer wall door 6a.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pressed by the fins 13 a, the opening of the return portion 34 is opened by this pressing, and most of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pushed out of the sheet-like body 3. And the adhesive 4 covers the edge of the return part 34 like FIG. 1, and adhere | attaches it with the adhesive force to the outer wall doorway 6a. In addition, the sheet-like body 3 shaped in a curved shape is also spread by the fin 13a as shown in FIG. 1 when the gasket 1 is inserted into the joint 5.
[0016]
In the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint made in this way, the sheet-like body 3 disposed across the joint 5 seals the joint 5. And in the edge which the sheet-like body 3 contact | connects the outer wall doorway 6a, the adhesive 4 with strong adhesive force seals over the whole longitudinal direction. Therefore, the joint 5 is completely closed by the sealing material 2.
Since the sheet-like body 3 is fixed and held by the pressing force of the fin 13a of the gasket 1, it does not move in the joint. In addition, the gasket itself has a sealing action, and a waterproof structure that exhibits further waterproof performance is obtained. In FIG. 1, only the bottom fin 13 a is configured to press the adhesive 4, but other fins 13 a may also press the adhesive 4.
In this embodiment, the gasket 1 is used, but a caulking material (not shown) can be used instead.
[0017]
(2) Effect According to the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint and the waterproofing method described above, the sealing material 2 covers and seals the joint 5, and the edge of the sealing material 2 is sealed with the adhesive 4. Completely blocks the ingress of moisture. Even if the doorway 6a as the adherend is rough, the waterproof effect is enhanced by the adhesive force of the adhesive 4. When the surface of the doorway forming the joint 5 is too rough, or the surface of the doorway has a large water absorption and has unevenness similar to a capillary tube, the prevention performance is lowered only with the gasket. Here, the adhesive 4 which concerns on the sealing material 2 eliminates the said malfunction.
And, since the fixing of the sealing material 2 in the joint depends on the pressing force of the fin 13a of the gasket 1 without preparing a fixing member as a separate part, the construction is easy. In addition, the gasket 1 also has an original sealing function, and the waterproof performance is further enhanced.
That is, the gasket 1 as the primary water stop and the sealing material 2 as the secondary water stop are disposed in the back (in the joint), and the pressing force of the gasket 1 is used as a fixing means for the sealing material 2. The waterproof function is outstanding. Even if the doorway 6 a is not necessarily smooth, the adhesive 4 completely seals the joint between the sealing material 2 and the outer wall 6. Wind and rain entering from the gap between the gasket 1 and the doorway 6a are also reliably blocked here. There is no problem even if the sealing material 2 is slightly misaligned.
Until the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pressed by the gasket 1, it is wrapped in the sheet-like body 3, so that on-site construction is easy. And according to the said procedure, a waterproofing process can be achieved simply and rapidly only by construction on site.
[0018]
(2) Embodiment 2
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the adhesive 4 is attached to the outer back surface of the inclined surface portion 32 of the sheet-like body 3, and a separate sheet-like covering material 35 is covered on the adhesive 4. It is the composition which is done.
The covering material 35 has a shape in which an end portion of the release paper is a double-sided tape and an adhesive portion 35a is provided thereon. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is attached to the slope portion 32, and the covering material 35 is covered thereon (FIG. 6 (a)). Here, the covering material 35 is covered on the adhesive 4 so that the adhesive portion 35a of the double-sided tape is located on the bottom side. As shown in FIG. 6B, the covering material 35 is composed only of release paper, and the release paper is wound under the adhesive 4 so that the adhesive force of the adhesive 4 can be used for the inclined surface 32. It is also possible to attach the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 and cover the covering material 35 thereon. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0019]
According to the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint 5 and the waterproof method, the operation and effect are basically the same as those of the first embodiment. However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pushed out of the covering material 35 by the pressing of the fin 13a, but the opening 35 of the covering material 35 and the slope portion 32 is on the upper side, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pushed upward. As is clear from FIG. 7, the adhesive 4 is in a state of being built up from the outer wall doorway 6a to the upper end of the fin. This means that there is no flow-off of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 considered in the case where the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is pushed out below the tip of the fin as in the first embodiment, which is more excellent in waterproofness.
In this embodiment, a caulking material can be used instead of the gasket 1. And although it takes a little time for construction, the same operation and effect as the case where the gasket 1 is used are obtained.
[0020]
(3) Embodiment 3
In the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint and the waterproof method of the present embodiment, the sealing material 2 having a triangular cross section is used as shown in FIG.
The sheet-like body 3 is shaped in advance in a curved shape whose cross-sectional shape widens toward the both sides from the central portion 31 as shown in FIG. From this state, the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is attached to the outer surface near the side edges of the both slope portions 32 of the sheet-like body 3 that exceeds the joint width W1, and the inner surfaces of the front end portion 36 of the sheet-like body 3 are bonded together. Then, a sealing material 2 having a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. The sealing material 2 having such a shape spreads in a pre-shaped curved shape when the tip portion 36 is cut.
The adhesive 4 is difficult to handle because it is exposed, but once the sealing material 2 is set in the outer wall joint, there is no covering material 35 etc. Will be beneficial.
[0021]
As a procedure of the waterproofing method for the outer wall joint, first, the sealing material 2 is inserted into the joint 5. In this case, if the base surface 7 is present and the outer wall joint 5 has a concave cross section, it is convenient because it can be placed on the base surface 7 (see FIG. 11B). Next, the tip portion 36 of the sealing material 2 is cut. The sheet-like body 3 that has been shaped in advance in a curved shape exceeding the joint width W1 is opened by cutting the tip portion 36, and spreads across the joint 5 (FIG. 9).
Next, if necessary, the roller 4 is pushed and rolled on the slope portion 32, and the adhesive 4 is crushed to some extent at this stage. It is effective when you want to achieve water stoppage quickly.
After that, the gasket 1 is inserted into the joint 5, and the slope portion 32 with the adhesive 4 is pressed to seal the joint 5 with the fin 13a (FIG. 10).
Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. However, in this embodiment, the two fins 13 a press the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 through the slope portion 32. Further, unlike the first and second embodiments in which the entire gasket is inserted into the joint, the gasket exterior portion 14 comes into contact with the upper surface of the outer wall to seal the joint 5.
[0022]
According to the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint configured as described above and the waterproofing method thereof, the inner surfaces of the sheet-like body side edges are bonded to each other so as to be small, so the work of inserting the sealing material 2 into the joint is performed Compared to Forms 1 and 2, it becomes easier. In addition, as a method of accommodating the sealing material 2 small, as shown in FIG. 11 (A), the adhesive 4 is attached to the outer back surface of the upright portion 37, and at the same time, the inside of the upright portion 37 is joined to each other. The sealing material 2 having a substantially triangular cross section as shown in (b) may be used. In this case, in FIG. 11B, the joint portion is cut in the vertical direction, and the sheet-like body 3 is opened.
Other functions and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0023]
The present invention is not limited to those shown in the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. For example, the gasket 1 is not limited to the one shown in the embodiment, and covers all molded sealing materials.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the waterproof structure of the outer wall joint of the invention, only construction site in can be carried out easily and quickly. Moreover, the waterproof performance is very good, exhibiting an excellent effect to improve workability, reliability for waterproof .
