該テープ状止水材の各側辺部の粘着面をカバーする離型紙本体部を備えると共に、テープ状止水材の中間辺部の側で折り返されて屋外側に突出するように延ばされる剥がし操作部を備えた対の離型紙と、
両離型紙をテープ状止水材の中間辺部の背面側で分離可能に連結する連結片と、
テープ状止水材に取り付けられ、外壁目地をテープ状止水材よりも屋外側で止水すると共に、目地内空間部でテープ状止水材の両側辺部間に突出状態となり、該両側辺部を目地内空間部を挟む両対向面部に押し付ける弾力性を有するガスケットと
