Description
【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、プラスチックパイプラインに分岐連結部を作るためのプラスチック成形コネクタであって、部分的にパイプラインを包囲しかつ通路開口をもつサドル部分と、パイプソケットと、加熱巻線をもつ溶接素子とを有し、第1の加熱巻線は上記サドル部分の領域に配置され、第2の加熱巻線はパイプソケットの内周に配置され、溶接素子の巻線の両端が溶接装置用の接続部を形成しており、サドル部分とパイプラインの間及びパイプソケットと挿入された成形分岐部分又はパイプの間に同時に溶接連結がなされるようになっていて、媒体の圧力下においてプラスチックパイプラインに媒体-不浸透性の分岐連結部を形成するために使用することができるプラスチック成形コネクタに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ドイツ連邦共和国A1−22 08 862号には上記型式の成形コネクタが開示されている。上記既知のコネクタの成形分岐部分はその端に隣接して、アーク溶接スリーブによってパイプソケットに連結される。その大きな構造高さは不利である。というのは、分岐ライン用の分岐ソケットは溶接スリーブの上方に配置できるに過ぎないからである。更に、2つの別々の加熱巻線は4つの端子をもち、接続部を作るためには、2つの別々の巻線が必要である。

ドイツ連邦共和国C1−40 12 297号に示す成形コネクタもまた、2つの別々の加熱素子をもち、各素子は2つの端子を備え、加熱素子は抵抗線を巻き付けられたディスクとして開発されている。サドル形部分と分岐パイプ間のフランジ形連結部は両部分に大量の材料を必要とし、そのため該連結部は製造費用が極めて高価になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、パイプラインにパイプ分岐部を容易にかつ迅速に作ることができる比較的小さい構造高さの僅かな部分のみをもつ本文冒頭に記載した型式の成形コネクタを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的は本発明によって、溶接素子は溝内に裸抵抗線を配置している一体のプラスチックの巻線支持体を含み、上記巻線支持体は第1の加熱巻線を受け入れるサドル形部分と、通路開口をもちかつ第2の加熱巻線を受け入れる円筒形部分をもち、溶接素子は一体結合によって成形コネクタ内に埋設されるよう配置されており、かつ両加熱巻線は1本の抵抗線から作られることを特徴とするプラスチック成形コネクタによって達成される。
本発明の好適実施例は請求項1に従属する請求項に記載されている。

【実施例】
図1はプラスチック成形コネクタ2を示し、前記コネクタはプラスチックパイプライン1上に置かれ、そしてサドル部分3とパイプソケット4からなり、前記両部分は通路開口5を備える。成形コネクタ2は溶接素子6をもち、前記素子はサドル部分3の内側輪郭上の第1加熱巻線7と、パイプソケット4の内周上の第2加熱巻線8とからなる。2つの加熱巻線7、8は好適には1本の抵抗線9から作られ、従って1個の溶接素子6を形成する。2つの加熱巻線7、8は別々の抵抗線9から作ることもできる。その場合、2つの線は互いに接続される。第1加熱巻線7は螺旋状に、或る外径から通路開口5に一致する内径まで延在する。巻線は円形巻線でなく、方形又はその他の形状も可能である。第2加熱巻線8は円筒形巻線の形をなす第1加熱巻線7の内端に接続される。この巻線のターンは第1加熱巻線7に直角をなして上下関係に配置される。

第1加熱巻線7の外端と第2加熱巻線8の上端はプラグ型式の端子10、11に取付けられる。前記端子には溶接装置が接続される。

図1に示す溶接素子6の実施例の場合、該実施例はプラスチック被覆した抵抗線9からなり、前記素子のターンは互いに接近しており、好適には溶接によって互いに連結される。その結果、コンパクトな溶接素子6が得られる。射出成形によって成形コネクタ2を作るとき、溶接素子6は射出成形型内に挿入され、従って、前記型内にプラスチックを射出したとき、プラスチックは溶接素子6に一体に付着され、そして溶接素子は成形コネクタ内に埋設される。成形分岐部分12は、既知お手法で、取付けるべき成形分岐部分のための分岐ソケット13と、内ねじ14に螺入されるパイプドリル15とをもつ。

パイプライン1に対して液蜜状の分岐連結をなすために、成形コネクタ2は穿孔されるべき場所に置かれそして例えば締め付け帯の如き締め付け手段によってしっかりとパイプ上に保持される。成形分岐部分12は成形コネクタ2内に挿入され、そして取付け方向に応じて分岐ソケット13と整列させられる。次に、溶接装置がプラグ型式の接続部10、11に接続され、そして2つの加熱巻線7、8を加熱することによって、一方ではパイプライン1に対してそして他方では成形分岐部分12に対して流体蜜の溶接結合が同時になされる。成形分岐部分の連結後、流体圧下にあるパイプライン1にパイプドリル15によって開口15が既知の手法で作られ、こうして流体が成形分岐部分内に流入可能にされる。

図2を参照すれば、成形コネクタ2は分岐連結部を直接作るために使用され、パイプ17が成形コネクタ2に挿入されそして溶接取付けが図1に示す手法で行われる。

成形分岐部分12(図1)又はパイプ17(図2)を溶接前に所定位置に固定するため、図3に示すように成形コネクタ2は、パイプソケット4の端に締め付け装置18をもつ。この締め付け装置は例えば、パイプソケット4に配置されたスロット19とねじ20又は締め付け帯からなる。挿入された成形分岐部分12又はパイプ17は前記装置によってしっかり締め付けられる。

成形分岐部分12の分岐ソケット13を挿入しそして例えばパイプラインの長手方向軸線に対して0°又は90°の如き予定の角度位置に溶接するために、位置決め手段26が成形コネクタ2のパイプソケット4上に設けられる。前記手段は例えば、パイプソケット4上の溝と成形分岐部分12上の突出部又は突条からなる。

図4は他の実施例の溶接素子6をも成形コネクタ2を示す。該素子はプラスチックの巻線支持体21と、前記溝22に挿入された裸抵抗線9とからなる。

巻線支持体21は第1の加熱巻線7を受け入れるサドル形部分23と円筒形部分24をもち、前記円筒形部分は第2の加熱巻線8を受け入れかつ通路開口5をもつ。

抵抗線9を巻き付けられた巻線支持体21は成形コネクタ2の射出成形前に前述の如く、型内に挿入され、その結果加熱巻線7、8は射出成形後にプラスチック内に全体的に埋設される。

この変更実施例の利点は、裸抵抗線が使用できること及び、溶接結合面が滑らかになり、クレーターが形成されず、良好な溶接が可能になることにある。

Claims (3)
- プラスチックパイプライン(1)に分岐連結部を作るためのプラスチック成形コネクタで(2)あって、部分的にパイプライン(1)を包囲しかつ通路開口(5)をもつサドル部分(3)と、パイプソケット(4)と、加熱巻線(7、8)をもつ溶接素子(6)とを有し、第1の加熱巻線(7)は上記サドル部分(3)の領域に配置され、第2の加熱巻線(8)はパイプソケット(4)の内周に配置され、溶接素子(6)の巻線の両端が溶接装置用の接続部(10、11)を形成しており、サドル部分(3)とパイプライン(1)の間及びパイプソケット(4)と挿入された成形分岐部分(12)又はパイプ(17)の間に同時に溶接連結がなされるようになっていて、媒体の圧力下においてプラスチックパイプラインに媒体-不浸透性の分岐連結部を形成するために使用することができるプラスチック成形コネクタ(2)において、溶接素子(6)は溝(22)内に裸抵抗線を配置している一体のプラスチックの巻線支持体(21)を含み、上記巻線支持体(21)は第1の加熱巻線(7)を受け入れるサドル形部分(23)と、通路開口(5)をもちかつ第2の加熱巻線(8)を受け入れる円筒形部分(24)をもち、溶接素子(6)は一体結合によって成形コネクタ(2)内に埋設されるよう配置されており、かつ両加熱巻線(7、8)は1本の抵抗線から作られることを特徴とするプラスチック成形コネクタ。
- 第1の加熱巻線(7)は或る外径から通路開口(5)に一致する内径まで螺旋状に巻かれて形成され、そして第2の加熱巻線(8)は第1の加熱巻線の上記内径上でその第1の加熱巻線に直角をなす円筒形巻線として配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形コネクタ。
- 挿入された成形分岐部分(12)又はパイプ(17)を固定する締め付け装置(18)はパイプソケット(4)の挿入端に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の成形コネクタ。
