Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair restorer. The present invention relates to a hair-growing agent that synergistically improves the hair-growing effect of a testosterone 5α-reductase inhibitor and has no side effects.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Male pattern baldness and alopecia are said to be due to excessive male hormones. In particular, the main body of this male hormone in organs such as hair roots and sebaceous glands is known to be 5α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is produced by reducing testosterone by testosterone 5α-reductase (TSR) in these target organs. . That is, testosterone (male hormone) biosynthesized and secreted by the testis and adrenal glands reaches the sebaceous glands by blood flow, and is converted to DHT by TSR in the sebaceous gland cells. The DHT binds to an intracellular receptor and acts on the nucleus to promote the proliferation of sebaceous gland cells. On the other hand, DHT also acts on the hair mother cells to suppress cell division and prevent hair growth.
[0003]
Conventionally, for treating male pattern baldness and alopecia, a substance having a female hormone action such as estradiol, a substance having an antiandrogen action such as cyproterone acetate, a substance having a strong oxidizing power, chlorine dioxide (ClO 2 etc.) ) Has been used. However, hormonal agents and oxidizing agents have problems in terms of side effects and safety, and have been unable to be incorporated into cosmetics, or have been used only under the control of a doctor.
[0004]
Therefore, there was no problem in terms of side effects and safety, and as a result of screening a herbal extract that can be incorporated into cosmetics and the like, sage ( Salvia officinalis L.), hops ( Humulus lupulus L.), rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis L.), St. John's wort (Hypericum erectum Thunb.), peppermint (mentha arvensis L.var. piperascens Malinv. ), peppermint (mentha piperita L.), chamomile (matricaria chamomilla L.), arnica (Arnica montana L. ), ethanol extract of time (Thymus vulgaris L.) is, TSR inhibitory activity It has been found to have (Kokoku 6-47554).
[0005]
However, it is known that alopecia is also deeply related to the blood flow of the scalp. In particular, in the case of thinning and alopecia associated with aging, a sufficient hair-growing effect cannot be obtained with a TSR inhibitor alone.
[0006]
Parsley ( Petroselum saticum ) is a second-year herbaceous plant belonging to the Umbelliferae family, and is cultivated mainly for edible purposes worldwide, although its origin is in the Mediterranean. As the application of this parsley extract to an external preparation for skin, a whitening effect (JP-A-54-49344), an effect of preventing bad breath (JP-B-61-40646) and the like are disclosed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to obtain a hair restorer that is effective not only for male-type baldness but also for thinning and hair loss with aging, and that has no problem in side effects and safety.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Invention]
In order to achieve the above object, as a result of screening from plant extracts, it was found that a combined use of a TSR inhibitor and an extract of parsley ( Petroselum saticum ) provides a synergistically good hair- growing effect. And completed the present invention.
[0009]
The TSR inhibitor used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably sage ( Salvia officinalis L.), hop ( Humulus lupulus L.), rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis L.), Hypericum tiller ( Hypercumumer .). , mint (mentha arvensis L.var. piperascens Malinv. ), peppermint (mentha piperita L.), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.), arnica (Arnica montana L.), ethanol extract of time (Thymus vulgaris L.) One or two or more selected from the following are used.
[0010]
Sage (Salvia officinalis L.), hop (Humulus lupulus L.), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), St. John's wort (Hypericum erectum Thunb.), Peppermint (Mentha arvensis L.var. Piperascens Malinv. ), Peppermint (Mentha piperita L.), chamomile ( Matricaria chamomilla L.), arnica ( Arnica montana L.) and thyme ( Thymus vulgaris L.). Each was immersed in 50% ethanol at a rate of 1 g / 10 ml and allowed to stand for one week. Filtered to be prepared.
[0011]
The extraction site for obtaining the parsley extract used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is particularly preferable to extract from the leaves, stems, roots and seeds. At the time of extraction, leaves, stems, roots, seeds and the like may be used alone or in combination of two or more, and whole plants may be used. In addition, parsley can be extracted as is or in a dry state.
[0012]
The extraction solvent is not particularly limited, but examples include water, alcohols such as ethanol, methanol, 1,3-butylene glycol, glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin, and isopropyl alcohol, and organic solvents such as acetone, ether, and tetrahydrofuran. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more. In order to increase the extraction efficiency, a surfactant such as polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monolaurate may be added.
[0013]
Further, as the extraction method, there is a method of extracting by impregnation at room temperature, cooled or heated, a method of extracting using a distillation method such as steam, a pressing method of obtaining an extract by pressing from raw parsley, and the like. For example, these methods may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0014]
Further, as the extract, a crude extract as it is, or a purified and fractionated crude extract can be used.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the amount of the TSR inhibitor and the parsley extract to be added to the hair restorer is suitably 0.001 to 5% by weight, respectively. If the compounding amount is 0.001% by weight or less, a sufficient hair-growth effect cannot be obtained, but it is not necessary to mix too much.
[0016]
The hair restorer according to the present invention can be in the form of a lotion, oil, emulsion, cream, ointment and the like. Furthermore, in addition to the shape filled in a normal bottle or jar, a shape such as an aerosol foam or a spray can be adopted.
[0017]
In the present invention, if necessary, an oily base, an emollient, a gelling agent, various emulsifiers, fragrances, antioxidants generally used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc., as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. Various components such as a preservative, a coloring agent such as a dye, a cooling agent such as menthol, a bactericide, and a wetting agent can be added and blended.
[0018]
Furthermore, aloe, knotweed, nettle, fennel, enmeiso, oubak, holland mustard, oyster, licorice, kina, which have physiological activities such as cell activation, moisturizing, blood circulation promotion, anti-inflammatory, astringent, antibacterial, antioxidant, and sebum suppressing activities. Kingfisher, cucumber, cucumber, gentian, gennoshoko, burdock, suimantha, sansho, jujuk, gingerbread, white birch, horsetail, horsetail squirrel, scutellaria, sardine, chicory, eastern goldfish And plant extracts such as carrot, carrot, strawberry, hamaboufu, hamamelis, rose, coltsfoot, henna, bodaiju, jojoba, quince, marronnier, cornflower, mistletoe, eucalyptus, yukinoshita, lily, lavender and the like By combining fractionation of these extracts, the purified product with parsley extract, exert a synergistic effect.
[0019]
【Example】

[0021]
[Example 2] Cream type hair restorer
The oil phase components (1) to (4) and the aqueous phase components (5) to (9) are dissolved by heating and adjusted to 75 ° C. The oil phase component is added to the water phase component with stirring, and the mixture is uniformly emulsified using a homomixer. After cooling, the component (10) was added at 40 ° C. to adjust the pH, and then (11) and (12) were added, mixed and homogenized.
[Example 3] Lotion type hair restorer
Mix and homogenize all components (1) to (12).
[0023]
[Example] Tonic type hair restorer
Examples 4 to 12 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 of the tonic type hair restorer were prepared according to a standard method using the above formulation. Table 1 shows the types of TSR inhibitors blended in Examples 4 to 12 and the amounts of parsley (50% ethanol) extract and TSR inhibitor (50% ethanol) extracts of Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
[0024]
[Table 1]
[0025]
Dorsal C3 mice (5 mice per group) were shaved on the back, and the tonic type hair restorer shown in Table 1 was applied once a day each, and the regenerated hair area ratio (regenerated hair) 20 days after shaving was applied. (Area / shaved area) was measured.
[0026]
As is evident from the results shown in Table 1, the regenerated hair area ratios of Examples 4 to 12 of the present invention show values of 0.8 or more, which are more remarkable than those of Comparative Examples 1 to 3. It can be seen that is seen.
[0027]
A use test was performed using Example 5 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. A group consisting of 5 panelists (T group) with male-type hair loss symptoms of 25 to 35 years old and 5 panelists (S group) with thinning and hair loss due to aging of 65 to 75 years as one group They were used once a day for 6 months continuously to evaluate the amount of hair loss and changes in hair growth rate. The amount of hair loss was significantly reduced: 2 points, slightly reduced: 1 point, no change: 0 point, hair growth speed increased faster: 2 points, slightly increased: 1 point, no change : 0 points and the total of the S group and the T group are tabulated and shown in Table 2.
[0028]
[Table 2]
[0029]
As is clear from Table 2, Example 5 of the present invention showed a decrease in the amount of hair loss and a decrease in the hair growth rate in both the T group showing male pattern hair loss symptoms and the S group showing thinning and hair loss due to aging. Improvement was observed. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 in which only the parsley extract was blended as an active ingredient, the hair growth rate was slightly increased in the S group, but almost no change was observed in the T group. Conversely, in Comparative Example 2, in which only the hop extract, which is a TSR inhibitor, was added, the hair loss was slightly reduced and the hair growth rate was slightly increased in the T group, but almost no change was observed in the S group.
[0030]
It should be noted that no panelists complained of skin symptoms such as skin irritation such as pain and itching or skin allergic reaction during the use period in the above examples.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the hair restorer using the TSR inhibitor according to the present invention in combination with parsley extract has a synergistic effect of preventing hair loss and improving the hair growth rate, and furthermore, male-type baldness and thinning / hair loss due to aging. Is valid for both. Furthermore, the TSR inhibitor and parsley extract formulated in the present invention exhibit a hair-growth effect at a very low concentration, so that only a small amount of the TSR inhibitor and parsley extract can exert an effective effect, and a hair-growth agent with excellent safety Can be obtained.
