Description

本考案はシーリング構造に関し、特に発光警告機能を有するサービスホールキャップのオリジナルな構造形態に関する。
自動車は構造設計上、工具を入れて、ドアの内部機構や板金などを修理するために、ドアの側面にメンテナンス用の孔が設けられる場合がある。該メンテナンス用の孔は、通常、その他に用途がない。そこで、その見た目のよさや水漏れ防止などを考慮に入れて、メンテナンス用の孔を塞ぐために、関連業界ではサービスホールキャップという部品が開発されている。
現在、市販品に見られるサービスホールキャップは構造設計上、通常、ゴム製の円型ソフトプラグという簡単な形態であることから、構造が簡単で低コストというメリットがある。しかしながら、このような製品に関して、関連業界では、新製品をリリースするとき、新しいアイデアを持たせたり、付加価値を付けたり、または実用的機能を与えたりして、競合会社のものよりも使用者からの注目を惹きつけると同時に、多様化するユーザニーズを満たすことが求められている。それゆえ、従来のサービスホールキャップ構造は更に改善すべきところが多いと考えられる。
本考案は、サービスホールキャップを提供することを目的とし、解決しようとする課題は、より理想的で実用性があり、警示効果を有する、車のドアのサービスホールを塞ぐための新式サービスホールキャップを開発することにある。
上記の課題を解決するために、本考案のサービスホールキャップは、可撓性部材で作られ、サービスホールの周縁に嵌め込まれる受け部であって、該受け部は、差込部と、該差込部に環設された凸縁とを備える、受け部と、前記受け部内に設けられ、電源に電気的に接続される発光ユニットであって、該発光ユニットには基板があり、該基板のてっぺんには駆動回路、センサー及び複数の発光体が設けられ、該駆動回路は該電源に、該センサー及び該発光体はそれぞれ該駆動回路に電気的に接続され、該センサーは選択的に、該駆動回路を通じて、該電源から供給された電力で該発光体を駆動させるように設けられる、発光ユニットと、透光部材で作られ、該受け部の上にあり、該発光ユニットの基板の位置決めに設けられる上蓋と、該上蓋の周縁は該受け部内に収められ、受け部内に設けられた筐体であって、発光ユニットは筐体内に収められ、かつ位置決めされている、筐体とを含むことを特徴とする。
このようなオリジナルな設計により、本考案は従来技術に対して、該センサーが周囲環境により起動し、該駆動回路を通じて、該電源から供給された電力で、該発光体が光を発するよう駆動し、発光による警告機能及び付加価値を持たせてある。そのため、操縦者の駐車時にも乗車及び下車するときの安全性を高めることができるという実用性、進歩性及び産業用途に好適な利用可能性がある。

図１〜図４に本考案のサービスホールキャップの好適な第一実施例を示す。本実施例は説明のみに用いられ、本考案は係る構造に制限されない。この好適な実施例では、サービスホールキャップは受け部６０、該受け部６０内に設置された発光ユニット７０、該受け部６０のてっぺんにあり、該発光ユニット７０の位置決めに設けられた上蓋８０、及び受け部６０内に設けられた筐体９１を備える。発光ユニット７０は電源９２に電気的に接続されている。
この好適な実施例では、筐体９１は円筒形構造をなし、密閉端と開口端とを備える。筐体９１には電源９２、筐体９１の開口端に対応する発光ユニット７０が収められ、筐体９１の開口端の内縁には雌ねじ山部９３が設けられており、電源９２は相互に、直列に接続される三つの水銀電池である。
図４〜６に示すように、受け部６０は可撓性部材で作られ、サービスホールＢの周縁に嵌め込まれ、差込部６１と、差込部６１に環設された凸縁６２とを備える。受け部６０の差込部６１がサービスホールＢに差し込まれると、該凸縁６２の環周縁部が車のドアＡの表面に貼り付くように突き当てられる。受け部６０には、該筐体９１の開口端を嵌め込むための貫通孔６３が設けられ、該貫通孔６３の内壁の上部には環状の切込み６４が設けられ、該受け部６０の外縁には環状溝６５が設けられている。本考案を車のドアＡに取り付けたとき、該環状溝６５でサービスホールＢの周縁を収め、本考案の位置決めが達成されるように設けられる。
該発光ユニット７０には基板７１があり、該基板７１のてっぺんには、駆動回路７２、センサー７３及び複数の発光体７４が設けられる。駆動回路７２は該電源９２に、該センサー７３及び該発光体７４はそれぞれ該駆動回路７２に電気的に接続され、該センサー７３は周囲環境により起動し、該駆動回路７２を通じて、該電源９２から供給された電力で、該発光体７４が光を発するよう駆動するように設けられている。該基板７１にはまた、制御回路７５が設けられ、該制御回路７５と該駆動回路７２とは電気的に接続し、それによって、少なくとも、該発光体７４の発光モード及びその発光色を変更するという一つの選択法で行なわれる。該基板７１には更に、昇圧回路７６が設けられ、該昇圧回路７６と該駆動回路７２とは電気的に接続され、それによって、該電源９２の電圧が下がった場合、該電源９２から供給された電圧値を発光ユニット７０に必要とされる電圧値に上げるように設けられている。本考案の好適な実施例では、該センサー７３は、リードスイッチ、磁気スイッチまたは電磁スイッチでもよい。
該上蓋８０には、該発光体７４による発光特性を変更するために少なくともの１つのレンズ８１が設けられる。レンズ８１は皿体８２及び該皿体８２の底面に延伸された裾部８３を備える。少なくともの１つのレンズ８１は該皿体８２の上に設けられ、該裾部８３の外縁には該雌ねじ山部９３を締め付けるための雄ねじ山部８４が設けられる。該雌ねじ山部９３と雄ねじ山部８４とが相互に締め付けられると、該裾部８３の端部は、該発光ユニット７０の基板７１に突き当てて位置決められ、また、該皿体８２の周縁は、該環状の切込み６４に収められるように設けられる。
図７〜１０に本考案のサービスホールキャップの好適な第二実施例を示す。本実施例は説明のみに用いられ、本考案はその構造に制限されない。
この好適な実施例では、サービスホールキャップはサービスホールＢの周縁に嵌め込まれる受け部１０、該受け部１０内に設けられる発光ユニット３０、及び該受け部１０の上にあり、該発光ユニット３０の位置決めに設けられる上蓋２０を備えることを特徴とする。該受け部１０は可撓性部材で、該上蓋２０は透光部材で作られたものである。
該受け部１０は、差込部１１と、該差込部１１に環設された凸縁１２と、軸方向に設けられた該受け部１０の第１貫通孔１３とを備える。該受け部１０の差込部１１がサービスホールＢに差し込まれると、該凸縁１２の環周縁が該車のドアＡの表面に貼り付くように突き当てられる。
該発光ユニット３０は、電源（図示せず）に電気的に接続され、該発光ユニット３０には基板３１がある。基板３１のてっぺんには、駆動回路３２、センサー３３及び複数の発光体３４が設けられ、該駆動回路３２は該電源に、該センサー３３と該発光体３４はそれぞれ該駆動回路３２に電気的に接続されている。該センサー３３は周囲環境により起動し、該駆動回路３２を通じて、該電源から供給された電力で、該発光体３４が光を発するよう駆動するように設けられている。本考案の好適な実施例では、該駆動回路３２には複数の電源ケーブル３５が電気的に接続され、該電源ケーブル３５は該第１貫通孔１３を通って該電源に電気的に接続され、該電源は自動車用バッテリーである。
該上蓋２０には光通過面２１があり、その内部に収納空間２２が形成されている。該基板３１と複数の該発光体３４は、該収納空間２２に収められ、固定されている。図５に示すように、該上蓋２０の光通過面２１の内壁には、複数のキザキザ形状の反射マトリックス２３が設けられ、本実施例は、光の屈折及び該反射マトリックス２３の設置により、該発光ユニット３０の該発光体３４が点灯したとき、該上蓋２０から出た光を適当に発し、拡散すると同時に、外界からの光が差し込んだときにも、反射効果があるという発光と反射光による二重警告効果やメリットがある。図２、図３に示すように、該発光ユニット３０の基板３１に設置された複数の発光体３４は、フラット形のＬＥＤチップである。そのため、該発光体３４を最小限のスペースに収容可能で、該サービスホールキャップの薄型化を実現することが可能になる。
図８、図９、図１１に示すように、この好適な実施例では、該サービスホールキャップはさらに、該受け部１０内に設けられた筐体４０を備える。該筐体４０には該基板３１を収めるための凹部４２があり、該凹部４２の底面には、複数の該電源ケーブル３５を、該筐体４０を通らせるための第２貫通孔４１が設けられている。該電源ケーブル３５と該第２貫通孔４１の周縁間には、防水用の耐水性粘着剤５０が塗布されている。
上述した構造、組立設計により、本考案の使用における作動状況について次に説明する。使用者が車のドアＡを閉めると、該センサー３３、７３が金属製車のボディを磁気検知するということで、駆動回路３２、７２が該発光体３４、７４が光を発することを駆動しないことになっており、使用者が車のドアＡを開けると、センサー３３、７３の磁気検知対象とされる環境が変化したと分かる。そこで、後方に来る車や通行人に警告を与えるため、該センサー３３、７３が該駆動回路３２、７２を起動し、該発光体３４、７４が光を発するようになっている。そのため、前述した好適な第一実施例は更に該制御回路７５によって、少なくとも、該発光体７４の発光モード（例えば、持続的発光または点滅）及びその発光色を変更するという一つの選択法で行なわれ、後方に来る車や通行人に警告を与える効果が高められる。
本考案に掲示された「サービスホールキャップ」は、該発光ユニット、上蓋及び可撓性プラグを備えたオリジナルな構造形態や技術特徴により、本考案は背景技術で説明した従来の構造に対して、発光による警告機能及び付加価値を有するサービスホールキャップを提供し、操縦者の駐車時に乗車及び下車するときの安全性を大幅に高めることができるという実用性、進歩性がある。

Claims (5)

  1. サービスホールキャップであって、当該サービスホールキャップは、
    可撓性部材で作られ、サービスホール（Ｂ）の周縁に嵌め込まれる受け部（６０）であって、該受け部（６０）は差込部（６１）と、該差込部（６１）に環設された凸縁（６２）とを備える、受け部（６０）と、
    前記受け部（６０）内に設けられ、電源（９２）に電気的に接続される発光ユニット（７０）であって、該発光ユニット（７０）には基板（７１）があり、該基板（７１）のてっぺんには駆動回路（７２）、センサー（７３）及び複数の発光体（７４）が設けられ、該駆動回路（７２）は前記電源（９２）に、該センサー（７３）及び該発光体（７４）はそれぞれ前記駆動回路（７２）に電気的に接続され、前記センサー（７３）は選択的に前記駆動回路（７２）を通じて前記電源（９２）から供給された電力で前記発光体（７４）を駆動させるように設けられている、発光ユニット（７０）と、
    透光部材で作られ、前記受け部（６０）の上にあり、前記発光ユニット（７０）の基板（７１）に位置決めされて設けられる上蓋（８０）であって、該上蓋（８０）の周縁は前記受け部（６０）内に収められる、上蓋（８０）と、
    前記受け部（６０）内に設けられた筐体（９１）があって、前記発光ユニット（７０）は前記筐体（９１）内に収められ、かつ位置決められている、筐体（９１）と、
    を含むことを特徴とするサービスホールキャップ。
  2. 前記筐体（９１）は円筒形構造をなし、密閉端と開口端とを備え、
    前記筐体（９１）に前記電源（９２）が収納され、
    前記上蓋（８０）には少なくとも１つのレンズ（８１）が設けられ、皿体（８２）と該皿体（８２）の底面に延伸された裾部（８３）とを備え、
    前記少なくともの１つのレンズ（８１）は前記皿体（８２）の上に設けられ、
    前記受け部（６０）には、前記筐体（９１）の開口端を嵌め込むための貫通孔（６３）が設けられ、該貫通孔（６３）の内壁の上部には環状の切込み（６４）が設けられ、該環状の切込み（６４）には前記皿体（８２）の周縁が収められ、前記受け部（６０）の外縁には前記サービスホール（Ｂ）の周縁を収めるための環状溝（６５）が設けられ、それによって前記受け部（６０）の位置決めが行なわれるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のサービスホールキャップ。
  3. 前記基板（７１）には制御回路（７５）がさらに設けられ、該制御回路（７５）と前記駆動回路（７２）とは電気的に接続され、前記基板（７１）には昇圧回路（７６）がさらに設けられ、該昇圧回路（７６）と前記駆動回路（７２）とは電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のサービスホールキャップ。
  4. 前記筐体（９１）の開口端の内縁には雌ねじ山部（９３）、前記裾部（８３）の外縁には該雌ねじ山部（９３）を締め付けるための雄ねじ山部（８４）が設けられ、前記裾部（８３）の端部は、前記発光ユニット（７０）の基板（７１）に突き当てて位置決めされるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項３に記載のサービスホールキャップ。
  5. 前記上蓋（２０）は光通過面（２１）及び収納空間（２２）を備え、
    前記基板（３１）と前記複数の発光体（３４）は前記収納空間２２に収められて固定され、
    前記受け部（１０）には軸方向に設けられた第１貫通孔（１３）があり、
    前記駆動回路（３２）には複数の電源ケーブル（３５）が電気的に接続され、前記電源ケーブル（３５）は、前記受け部１０の第１貫通孔（１３）を通って前記電源に電気的に接続され、
    前記筐体（４０）には前記基板（３１）を収めるための凹部（４２）があり、前記凹部（４２）の底面には、前記複数の電源ケーブル（３５）を前記筐体（４０）に通すための第２貫通孔（４１）が設けられることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のサービスホールキャップ。
